Manager Lupe you need to get it together!!! You served a customer unclean food begged for the opportunity to correct them accused customer of getting food replaced already. Be professional and do your job correctly HAD you did your job correctly the food for one would have been clean… Secondly you would have known they meal was never replaced!

I bought a 10 wing special and was asked what size of dipping sauce I wanted. I told them whatever it normally comes with. When I received my bill, there was a 3 dollar charge on it for the dipping sauce that is normally free.

I'm not sure what happened to this location but the service and atmosphere is just awful. All the workers were just sitting around in a booth, clearly had nothing to do, yet it still took forever for anyone to come check on us. The food was ok.

Trying to DoorDash and the online menu does not offer tenders in their buttery lemon pepper flavor. I called and was told it was the medium lemon pepper, but that also is not what I want. I don’t want any buffalo flavor, just the butter/lemon pepper dry rub. Very disappointed such a simple order was too complicated to place online. They really need to fix their online menu options. I won’t DoorDash brewings anymore. UPDATE: 4 months later and the menu still hasn’t been updated to offer the flavor

One of the worst experiences not because of our waiter she did a great job was super friendly and helpful. But the food was absolutely horrible we all got different thing none if them were good. Wings were dry and all tasted the same shrimp were rubbery. Just wasn't a good meal experience.

The manager Lupe insulted my spouse accusing her of getting her order replaced three times already. I will do a dispute with my bank instead of giving you the uportunity to correct! Never give a restaurant a second chance to BE CLEAN anyway!!!

We went to the Uvalde & I-10 location on Sunday 5-29-22. It was short staffed but the food & prices were good. Unfortunately there are car thrives that target this location & know where the blind spots are. So be careful where u park at night. Don't park on the side of the building. There is very little light & only one window that can see the vehicles parked on the side of the building. Several cars including some people who came with us had been broken into into. The cameras sucked so ther was nothing the manage= on duty could do. It look like they actually tried to steal the car. So again be very careful.

We loooove this Brewingz at East Frwy/Uvalde! The food is always great. The manager, Richard, is always very attentive to walk around and make sure we have everything we need. We cannot forget to mention Phil and Abby! They are the best wait staff you could ever ask for. Definitely repeat customers. :)

Definitely not a place to come back, they take their sweet time to get your food, they serve other people that came after you first, and let you waiting. The quality of the food has dropped a lot the taste is so weird. Floors feels sticky all the time like if they dropped some sort of soda on it and didn't mop. The smell of the restaurant is not pleasant. The restroom is worse than a mess they don't even bother going there to at least check if there's any paper or something missing. They definitely need to put more attention to the restaurant in general.

Took two bites out of the enchilada chicken sandwich last night. Sent it back and didn't order Anything else. Started throwing up by 2am. I knew that chicken was off! Thanks for getting me sick.

My experience at the Brewwings off I-10 and Uvalde exceeds any other brew wings I have dined in so far. I’d like to start with my server, Xavier. From the moment I was sat until I left he was perfect. From checking on me to making sure everything I ordered was correct to specific detail, and always coming to make sure everything was okay and my beers were full, I was very surprised to experience this type of customer service and a brew wings location. I will definitely be coming back!

Nice place! I came here a few weeks ago because Bombshells was full, but it turned out to be a happy accident! The food was good, the drinks were stiff and the atmosphere was nice and chill. TVs all around so a good place to watch the game. And can't forget about the attentive staff! Definitely will be back!

Love the onion rings! Thin and crispy. Wings are sometimes a bit dry but overall good. Girls who work there are always nice.

Unexpected got a boneless wings deal today so that was fun! Bre wingz always has good wings and today was no different, absolutely love the place!

I’ve been coming here for a few years in person and ordering to go. I placed an order about 3weeks ago and Richard too my order. And I MUST say I was a happy camper. I always ask for my fries crispy and NEVER get the this way. Well Richard went above and beyond my fries did not have to be sent back. Thank you Brewingz for stepping up your game and kiddos to our waiter in Halloween he was very courteous. He deserved his $20 tip in a 15 dollar tab!

My recent visit to BreWingZ Uvalde was an exceptional experience. The customer service was excellent. Richard was a great host and catered to our every need. The atmosphere was ambient and great for a date night. I will surely be returning soon.

BreWingZ has been my go to for wings for some time now. They have good wings, made right, with a good selection of sauces to select from. They also have a large menu in case you or someone joining you want something other than wings. I had never been to this particular location until last weekend. The chain is pretty consistent in my opinion and this location matches my experience at others. One thing I will say is I went here to catch up with an old friend and we were here a long time and we were never made to feel like we should be moving along, like many places might do if you end up somewhere for longer than usual. The food was good, the staff was friendly. I'd definitely stop here again.

Every time I order online the options for margaritas are frozen or on the rocks.... so why when I go pick up order, no margaritas on the rocks can be sold on a "To Go Order"??

Two for one wings on Tuesday... I got the Cajun wings and tried order a drink. They were out of the drinks I wanted so, I finally settled for a beer. Aside from that the wings were good and so was the service. Seems as if they keep it real simple here. Don't try to get fancy with your drinks (they won't have it) stick to beer.

Wings sold at a gas station are better than these shriveled up chicharrones they call wings. and beers always flat not worth it left feeling disappointed not even worth a quarter of what i spent.The staff is nice tho

Great service! I haven’t been here since 7years ago, but what a change! We came to celebrate my husband’s bff birthday and Richard gave us a great awesomeness service. We learned he is the new manager here and I am very satisfied with his service! Thank you!

My wings were pretty good. I sat down had a drink idk why because it didn’t have any alcohol in it but that’s okay. Everyone was friendly. No Apple Pay or anything like that old fashioned payment selection.

Had amazing food and an amazing server. Her name was Abigail she was fast, always checked on us for refills and to see if we needed anything. will definitely come back for her service and food. Add biscuits to the menu. I'd like a piece of some biscuits.

This is a great place to come. Depending on the waitstaff. If you don’t like one, ask to be served by another! They are GREAT!!! ☺️☺️

I really enjoy eating take out lunch from this location. I always order a kid’s meal (4pc) and fries. The wings are always crispy and hot I have tasted both the curly fries and the pickle chips (a bit salty imo). My favorite wing sauces are Thai Spice & Flaming Hot Cheeto. The ladies in the front desk are always very nice as well.

The wings were precooked and cooked again. So they were not fresh. I don't mind waiting for the wings a lil bit longer. The sauce flavors are good. Will try again and ask for non precooked wings l.

The place if old but well kept. Great to watch NFL football again. .They offer any game. New wing flavors are awesome. Great job!!!

It's football season again. I'm a Chicago Bear fan, so I bring the family here so we can watch the game. They put the game on one of their big screens for us. Had a great time. Food and service was outstanding.

Our waitress was nice however the length of waiting for the food was insane. They told her 10 min and before we left an hour later of waiting they still said 10 more minutes. We paid for our drinks and left. Still left her a nice tip. It wasn't her fault.

The wings were really good. The french fries were NOT good....they tasted like they were day old fries that were refried. I paid full price for tough to chew fries that were bits and pieces and others were very crispy but tasted old. They were served with about 5 good spiral fries, probably to mask the old ones. I do have to say that I didn't insist on calling. I did however called once and no answer. Not satisfied.

Worst place ever!!! Waited over 20mins to get our drinks. The waitress don't pay attention to you at all...and the manager doesn't care about anything but herself.

Love this place, great people and staff and the food is amazing. I love the Brewing burger and the wings with the mango habanero sauce, also the chicken egg rolls.

Took my family to have lunch here and the host was nice sat us in a table but the server never greeted us. Sat there 26 minutes and not once did she come to our table it's the one with the very short hair. And we've had that issue with her before, hopefully our next visit isn't bad. Please bring back the old staff y'all had at least they made us feel very welcomed

Food was great. How ever the bathroom was just nasty. If they do not keep it clean how much effort are they putting into cleaning anything else?
