Ordered peach melon green tea. No melon or peach flavor and a tea bag was left inside the cup, leaving a bitter taste in the drink. I was in the car when I noticed it and too tired to go back to return it. Will not be getting bubble tea from here again.

This is my new favorite tea shop!!! Not only do they offer DOZENS of teas, they also offer yummy snacks as well. It's such a cute shop and there's a spacious seating area in the back of the shop. They have a ton of additive options for your tea including jellies and boba. There's plenty of parking and next to several other shopping areas so you can grab your tea and go shopping. The staff is so friendly and I can get in and out quickly. Check this place out.

Love this place. We just tried their jalapeño pineapple drink with only 25% sweetener which for our taste was plenty sweet. A little spicy but not overwhelming. Also taste like tajine is in it. Very tasty drink. Spicy Popcorn chicken always on point as well.

I had an amazing experience. Keisha made my time here spectacular. Her passion, dedication, and commitment to her work really shines through her customer service skills. Every time I walk into Teahouse, I am greeted by her radiant smile and positivity EVERYTHING that teahouse embodies! This woman deserves a raise, 10/10 would recommend, Thank you keisha.

Store is nice and clean. Staff was very friendly and they have variety of drinks. I ordered Thai green tea but they made me a regular Thai tea. After I told them, they immediately made me a new one. I gave 5 stars for their service. However, their drinks were not so good compared to other places. And for me it was not milk tea. It has more milk than tea. But if you want to have a place to hangout with group of friends and not really care about quality of drinks, this is a place for you.

I was having an atrocious day then I walked into teahouse and there were 3 employees who just brightened my day with their awesome customer service! I think their names were Jessica, Adam, and Oliver! What an awesome team and superb work ethic! I'm never getting my boba drinks from any other place other than Teahouse!!!!! 🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🧋

The Teahouse, a tapioca and tea shop, had the potential to be a delightful place to enjoy refreshing drinks. However, my recent experience was marred by significant issues with the service. Despite the shop's promising menu and pleasant ambiance, the repeated forgetfulness of the employees and prolonged wait times left a lot to be desired. Here's a breakdown of my visit: Upon entering The Teahouse, I was enticed by the variety of tapioca and tea options available. The menu offered a range of flavors and combinations that seemed appealing. The atmosphere was cozy, providing a relaxed setting for customers to enjoy their beverages. Unfortunately, the service fell far short of expectations. The employees seemed inattentive and frequently forgot to make orders, causing unnecessary delays and frustrations. I found myself waiting for an unreasonable amount of time, approximately 20 minutes, for a drink that should have taken no more than a few minutes to prepare. Such repeated oversights were highly disappointing and detracted from the overall experience. When I inquired about my order, the response I received was lackluster, and it did not address the inconvenience caused by the extended wait. The lack of accountability and responsiveness from the staff further added to my dissatisfaction. While the taste of the drink itself was satisfactory, the negative aspects of the service overshadowed any enjoyment. It's disheartening when a potentially pleasant visit is overshadowed by such avoidable issues. Improving the efficiency and attentiveness of the employees should be a priority for The Teahouse. Timely service is crucial, especially in a fast-paced environment where customers expect quick and efficient service. In conclusion, my experience at The Teahouse was marked by repeated forgetfulness, significant delays, and a lackluster response from the staff. The promising menu and pleasant ambiance were overshadowed by the disappointingly poor service. Unless there are improvements in the efficiency and attentiveness of the employees, I would hesitate to recommend The Teahouse to others.

Can't really go wrong with Bubble Tea. I enjoyed both the Hazelnut Coffee Cream and Almond Cream Tea with Tapioca balls. Ingredients seemed fresh

Here at 2 on a Saturday and it's been steadily packed! Nice selection of drinks, hot or cold, coffee or tea. Lots of toppings you can add and the tapioca pearls are delightfully soft. Very happy to see they've got dairy alternatives - I got soy. The staff is very efficient, so barely any wait despite the influx of customers. Reasonably priced at roundabout $5 a drink. They've got a front room where you order and pick up your drinks and then there's a back lounge area to relax. They've got games too. Looks like they've got finger food - ex egg rolls and popcorn chicken. Worth the stop!

I got the #1 teahouse cream tea. It tasted too tea-like for me. The boba was also really small, half the size of regular boba. I also waited a long time to get my drink. My friends did not like that the boba was super small. We couldn't eat inside because there weren't enough tables.

This place is always busy. I enjoy coming here. Service is great and they try to get you in and out as quickly as possible, unless you're dining in.

I always have a great experience with Teahouse! The back room is sooooo relaxing and the drinks are sooooo good! The food is on another level… I love coming with friends! The staff are always super nice and treat you like family. Very trendy! There is always a nice guy who likes to draw portraits for people and it adds to the chill mood. So, I 100% recommend because you will get addicted to it!!!

Woooo! What an experience! Never had a full blown adrenaline rush with boba and fried chicken before! There was a bit of an incident while I was there that I felt the need to step up for that got the blood P U M P I N! They comped me a popcorn chicken! I feel they didn't need too cause its what men are there for but it was much appreciated!!! Free entertainment aside, The Oolong red fruit tea was awesome and refreshing after working in the sun all day and the fried chicken was super tasty, moist and crunchy. I'll be back when im in the area again!

As good as any and better than most. Patient cashiers help guide selections. Nice disposition under the pressure of an occasional line. Willing to accommodate customizations (this is not a universal feature in this type of beverage business)

Tapioca Teahouse is my favorite stop for Boba. I love boba, and I’m very observant on the quality of tea when I stop anywhere for my boba tea fix. You get quality teas, and the best variety. As a stickler for customer service I can honestly say the location on Shepherd has great friendly staff. I always hear them give great suggestions, and descriptions to others who may not know exactly what they want, never impatient. Can’t wait for to the lounge/study area to open back up!

I think the tea was pretty good here. Kinda want to say it's better than KFT 🤔 this location was a little small but cozy and decorated. Staff was also friendly and polite.

Friendly, fresh drinks and favors! You can literally get something new every time you go in. I moved from out of state and was usually a Starbucks drinker 1-2 a week, I’ve been here for 6 weeks now and have not gone to Starbucks since, I always go to Teahouse!

This is by far the best place to order the cream blends especially with the boba. I come here pretty often because it’s so good so I totally recommend coming here if you haven’t.

Love the location, the ambience, the cleanliness and the hard working staff is just the cherry on top. I’m a regular at the Teahouse and lately I had been consistently disappointed by various locations that were always out of “Tapioca”. Thanks to newly opened Target store nextdoor, this Teahouse caught my attention and I have been hooked. Very well managed, keep up the good work. Highly recommended!!

Perf spot to sit down n get work done. Good vibe, top tier boba, and kitchen tapas to snack on.
