Nice members, tennis Pros and most staff. Tennis courts condition are 6/10. *One BiG problem here is their “manager - Zac W” “Power hungry, Incompetent and bad decision maker. **Not sure how this dude was transferred from the Midwest to Houston for this job., what a waste! “He needs to be replaced as several members have complained about him” Lifetime Galleria tennis center is a better bang for your buck if you’re wanting indoor tennis and better gym management. Good Luck

Extremely overpriced for what it is. $200 for a gym without a locker, no pool, no hot sauna, no jacuzzi, cold plunge. When you add the locker and the petty credit card processing fee, you might as well join the brand new lifetime with better amenities and more locations.

Been going to this gym for almost 2 years now. This place is top notch. Super friendly staff. Equipment top of the line. Best part is they have a great bball court with great runs throughout the week. April 2023 update: Having to knock down my rating from 5 to 3 stars because they have decided to allow Pickleball to take over the basketball court. Such a shame.

Love the Met. They make an effort to plan out great activities for kids, like monkey bingo. The fitness equipment is always in top condition and the womens locker room is spotless. Parking can be a problem depending on what time you come in. Overall, this is a great gym in downtown Houston.

I take tennis lessons and clinics here. Great alternative , they are indoors courts when weather is bad. The other is, parking garage is awful, people drive fast, they are ON your tail, and seems like everyone owns a truck in the garage. It makes parking impossible on top of extremely tight parking spots. NEW CARS,... pray you don’t receive a door ding!! 😬 Plan EXTRA time to park and calm your nerves!!

I used to work here back when I was in high school in 2003 and I must say they treated the staff good. Food was always good and the members never looked down on us. Glad my first job ever was here no kidding

Best secret in Houston. Been upgraded to resemble a lifetime, really quality machines and equipment. Not crazy busy so it’s a nice place to get things done. More than just a gym with the dining options and hangout areas. Love this place.

I play basketball here on the weekdays. Good group of guys and fun place. There’s also a golf simulator I’ve been meaning to try

Customer service from management is non-existent. Act like they are doing you a favor. Club is ok, cold room has never worked and steam room does half the time. Average club but for the price would go elsewhere. If you want tennis lifetime at the galleria is twice the club and service. If you try to quit for lack of service they still take your 30 day notice dues and $500 loyalty fee

A great place, a lot of options for active exercise. Nice cafe is there too 😀

Been a member for two years now. Great indoor tennis courts, state of the art workout equipment, a variety of fitness classes, cafe and bar. Membership is great value for everything that you get.

The facility is in a great location. The equipment, courts, group activity rooms, restaurant & snack bar, and locker rooms are all marvelous. The staff is wonderful and provide great service with wide smiles.

Had a Business Meeting..funny you can tell which Clubs are not use to African-Americans..I laugh because memberships are the same no matter what your Ethnicity. The waiter act as if we were the 1st African-American he ever served without a Caucasian Member. It must change..

To have the pleasure of both indoor tennis courts and an excellent tennis program and extensive selection of sports to choose from is great value for the monthly dues. 🥰

I love this gym - very clean, plenty of equipment, friendly staff, and some of the best locker rooms I’ve ever seen. Plenty of amenities like hair dryers, shampoo, shower gel, razors, mouth wash, towels, etc. The group fitness classes are fun and the personal trainers are excellent. Great spot to work out!
