I randomly discovered this place and I have no regrets. I love everything I've tried on menu and nothing disappointed. I tried the pot roast dinner and candied bacon this past weekend and wow. Every bite was bursting with flavour. The bacon was sweet and spicy, the roast tender, juicy, succulent, and most importantly, delicious. I didn't have room for dessert, but it's also worth treating yourself. I couldn't think of any other place I'd rather eat right now.

Went for brunch on a Saturday morning. I had the Bacon Jam Cheeseburger Benedict with grits and it was very flavorful. The candied bacon was amazing. I also tried a flight of mimosas (if you don't like salt on the rim of your cup make sure to ask without). There is plenty of parking as well as indoor and outdoor space.

This place never disappoints. Venue is perfect for brunch after church or breakfast with colleagues or a nice meal with friends and loved ones. The order and seat yourself concept allows for an easy flow. Food comes out quick and tasty. We had the chicken & waffles, appetizer wings and mimosa flight for a perfect Sunday brunch experience outside on the patio.

The Texas Bacon Jam Burger was great! Friends had the brisket tacos and Turkey Club Croissant They really enjoyed it. The Gelato and sorbet was excellent!

It’s overpriced, but I really enjoy their Cobb salad here. It comes out to $18 w/tax, but it’s delicious and filling. We also ordered a bacon jam burger which was yummy. The manager and staff at this location are also really nice, so we would come back!

A great place for a fabulous breakfast meal. I tried the shrimp creole omelet with an endless cup of coffee and topped it off with a mimosa. Super friendly and attentive service. Comfortable atmosphere makes it an enjoyable visit.

No words but AMAZING! Food, staff, water, air, etc. Lol. It’s the best. And Bill, hands down, is the best. He’s the manager but you would never know because he is working along with his staff. That’s true leadership.

So so yummy! First time in a WHILE that I’ve been genuinely impressed with a restaurants food. 10/10. Awesome prices and the restaurant is a really good vibe :)

Everyone here is very very welcoming. If you have any questions about the menu they will gladly answer every single one. The cinnamon french toast is extremely sweet and they are enough to feed 2 people. The omelet was kind of bland but the salsa was flavorful so adding that on top made it better.

My first time visiting this location with my sister and niece. I absolutely loved the ambiance, food and the flight mimosas!! I liked that the manager walked around to make sure everything was good. I was looking forward to enjoying their beautiful patio, but the weather was a little too cold and windy today. Will definitely be back.

My best friend and I come here atleast once or twice a month, they are very consistent with their food ! It’s always great and the customer service is always on point ! Bill the manager is great! He always checks on us and make sure everything is going good. I love the black walnut cafe ! ^_^

Iced vanilla latte was excellent! My brisket tacos were very tasty but I was expecting more out of the spinach artichoke dip sense it was $10 but portion was pretty small. Other than that everything else was good.

The best thing about the Black Walnut is it’s consistent. I get the Santa Fe salad every time (other items are great, like the salmon). Once I found the Santa Fe salad, I can’t get much else. The tortilla chips are thin strips and crispy, the cilantro dressing has a little kick to it. It’s the perfect salad for me. Oh and the full bar at this location is also nice. The staff are great and always helpful.

So I went in very confused. If you've never been Just know first thing you wanna do is find a table, look over the menu, and then get up to order your food. Food was very good and loved all of it. Also got Some drinks Blue Moon with orange juice and another called a "Flight" which was like a mixed drink sampler. Which was perfect. Great brunch place.

Came in on a Sunday so as expected the place was packed and overwhelming busy. The service was amazing! So many people checked up on us during our wait and after our meal came out. The lemon blueberry pancakes were absolutely to die for! The lobster Benedict was decent but probably wouldn’t order it again. Will definitely come back just not while its busy.

This is my 3rd time coming to this location and it never disappoints. Service is always great and the food is even better! The manager on duty tonight was Bill and he was very kind and made sure we had an excellent experience just as the times before. First time having the tiramasu and I very much enjoyed it. Will keep returning to try the delicious options for drinks and food they have available.

Went for brunch, solid spot for a low-key meal. You walk up and order then they bring food to you. The yogurt and granola was shockingly amazing. Not because I had low expectations but because it’s sort of a simple meal so hard to elevate. Great flavors and mix of textures. The salmon was good too. Well cooked and flavorful. You can ask for the “dinner” version which lets you choose the sauce + 2 sides. Sweet potato fries were decent but nothing to write home about.

Delicious chicken Cobb salad. So big I had to take it home. Great service and atmosphere. Will return. Second review... black walnut Cafe still has great food

I got the chicken and waffles with my eggs over hard and it was great! I got a small cafe mocha too and it was plenty of coffee for me. The waffle didn't come with butter which I thought was a little weird, but they do give you eggs with it when most places don't for chicken and waffles. The eggs were perfectly done if you're also someone that likes their eggs cooked all the way through.

Stopped here before my flight home because a family member recommended it. Bill was one of the friendliest hosts I have ever interacted with, very welcoming and helpful. The food was delicious delicious and fairly priced. Will definitely return if I’m in the area again.

Say it with me... A-M-A-Z-I-NG! Bill & his crew are a great group of people that actually seem excited about getting it right for you. We came Friday afternoon and our children (family of 7) loved the Chicken & Waffles, the chicken tortilla soup had me here 3 days later at breakfast eating chicken tortilla soup lol. My husband enjoyed the blueberry pancakes (he was asking for another stomach) I understand why you don't hear much about this place... people want to keep it a secret!!

I wanted to give them 5 stars for the customer service alone. However we had to get our order corrected twice due to the kitchen lacking. Thank goodness for excellent customer form the manager. He more than accommodated us for the kitchen causing us an inconvenience.

Some of the best Birria tacos I've had! Also, it was a beautiful restaurant. I would definitely recommend bringing a jacket as it gets a little cold sometimes.

It was my first visit here. it was Superb! We came to celebrate Cami's Birthday. Thank you, Bill, for coming to our table and giving Cami her slice of Birthday Cake. We will definitely come back.

Went here for a birthday breakfast, and we were extremely happy! Food is so delicious! Definitely will be going back! Are only complaint was the amount of potatoes for the hash browns that was served was small. Still tasted great, but we wanted a little bit more. Still had a great experience here! 5 stars!
