We came for breakfast and we had a great time and food. Staff was very nice. We ordered the smoked salmon which was delicious and we also got a pitcher of Mimosas which were also really good.

Anyone living in downtown or who works downtown should definitely give this place a try. Its a good cafe with lots of good bakery products to offer and decent coffee options along with Tea. The ambiance is great and the staff is quite friendly. I’ll definitely recommend it.

Went here for a Saturday brunch. Have to say the food and the coffee was all great. Menu had lots of options and probably one of the best espresso coffees I’ve had in Houston. If they had table service it would of been 5 stars for sure. Would certainly go back again.

Store is nice and has a good view. We came on Saturday afternoon and wanted to sit by the window but the table hadn’t been cleaned yet. One of us still sat down to keep the table because it was the only window seat available and others went to order first. However, there wasn’t still no one coming to clean the table for us. We had to come to talk to one of employees and asked her to clean our table. I ordered Mayan Mocha. The sweet was just enough for me and coffee was not too strong. It’s perfect for my taste. However, there was cayenne pepper which I was aware of but didn’t think it was quite spicy for me.

Very nice, clean place to go eat at and drink a delicious coffee or tea blends. Only thing I can complain about is I got my hot tea after I finished my breakfast and needed to leave. I really dont think they did that on purpose. I would still come back and recommend this place..

Don’t be fooled by the reviews! Cappuccino was warm and flavor was average at best. Not worth 4 plus dollars. We ordered two breakfast meals at 10:30 they arrived at 11:40. When the food arrived it was cold. After taking over an hour to prepare they should have at least made sure we received warm food. There was no seating available as everyone was waiting for their meals to be delivered. I seen no signs of any management staff thanking customers or apologizing for their long wait. Breakfast was 45.00 with two drinks. So overpriced for the service and food we received.

Located at the corner of the Main and Congress. Latte is good. Staffs are friendly. Tacos and pastries r an excellent. Love the front door design, instead of facing either of Main/Congress, Boomtown Coffee sacrificed dining room space, it trimmed off the corner unit and open the front side by side from Main to Congress in order to have more exposure from both sides of street's traffic 👍👍👍

Hello! I came here because of all the cute cafe pictures I saw. So of course I had a mini photo shoot myself... ha! Mimosas are definitely not good. Not for $13 either! The food was okay. I had a breakfast croissant and my date had the trio taco plate. Ehh not the best. I DID have a honey latte and it was sooo good for only $4 or something. I will try to add more pics of the food and not me 🙂
