    could have driven a Harley through without hitting barriers they were playing on their phones and chatting. I stood there for several minutes while googling “coffee near me.” I just left as, did a couple other people . I changed my review from last year’s which was 4 stars, because the service is abysmal

    I really love Starbucks. I love their green tea frappe alot. Me and that frappe got a thing going on. Shush don't tell my hubby I have been trying to stay away as of recent because they can be a little pricey. They taste so good so it's kind of addictive. "Really" I always get the green tea frappe. I rarely ever try anything else and I'm always happy when I get my order. Life is beautiful with my Jesus and my frappe. Love it!!!

    I was going to be quiet, but this Starbucks branch has consistently performed poorly. Sorry. There is always staffing issue here. They are understaffed most of the time, so during coffee time especially in the morning, the store has about ten or twelve of us staring at two baristas and a cashier. Because of this understaff issue, the cashier sometimes has to help prepare too. So, after a customer orders, sometimes we have to wait for an order to be prepared before being asked what we want to buy. Why not order online then? Good question. Ordering online ahead of time, plenty of time, eliminates your wait time. With curbside order, you don’t even have to step in the store. That doesn’t work either. Many times, order is not ready. Today for example, I ordered via the app. The app took my ordered and confirmed that order is received. Not too long after, the Starbucks app notified that the order is ready to be picked up. So, we were in front of the store and the order was not coming out. We had to come in the store. We showed our order and they said we ordered from the wrong store. We double checked and we were in the right store. They said then that the order is not ready yet. We showed the note from Starbucks app that it said it was ready for pick up. They said if it’s not there, it’s not ready. Long story short, after arguing to defend our order, we finally got the coffee. But, what an obstacle course just to get a coffee that we have to pay for…😔 Every time…

    Got my drink and it was melted, got in the drive thru again to ask for a new one… the new one was melted and they made the order wrong. At this point I’m not going back…,

    The staff at this Starbucks is consistently friendly, helpful, and clearly caring about the safety of the community. They’ve been troopers through the pandemic and I feel comfortable picking up from this store. They have a great outdoor patio. It can get a bit loud because they are right on the feeder next to I-10 (on the Eastbound side). Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a quick coffee stop in the area.

    Jenna, Gilbert, Terrance, Wesley, Becky, Megan!!!!! OMG they work SO fast!! They were all so busy it was hard to catch name tags!! Never an idle moment with them! They got our order out so fast and there were so many people here! They were fantastic!! I loved seeing them and the atmosphere was friendly and fast paced. They suggested different add ins and breakfast items as well as knew the menu inside and out! They were quick to make the drinks perfectly so everything was fresh! I couldn’t tell who the manager was because they all worked like they should be one!! We ordered the mango dragonfruit lemonade refresher, egg white bites, and the vanilla bean cream Frappuccino with dragonfruit.

    Starbucks on Durham is such a welcoming atmosphere! The employees are always so nice and always welcoming to all the people that come inside the store. Service is fast and clean. I usually place my order through the Mobil app and my drink is always made by the time I pick it up. The store itself is always clean and well organized. Thumps up for an awesome customer service! Keep it up! 😃

    Rude, no customer service! Stood inside with no others customers there for over 5 minutes. An employee came from back, looked dead at me and went back in back. Did not say give me a minute or anything. I left and won't be back.

    I’m super impressed with this Starbucks. Everyone is so calm and efficient. Barista with the sailboat tattooed on the back of their arm is killing it at customer service

    Really friendly staff and good service at this Starbucks, but not a ton of outlets inside, and it gets very crowded at times. They have a large shady patio with some outlets available outside.

    Latte was decent but their restrooms were nasty. If you have gender neutral restrooms, people need to be cleaning them every hour or so because now I’m kinda turned off of my coffee because makes me question if the baristas have clean hands.

    Everytime they never have the refreshers! I called them from the parking lot asking if they had it, even though online shows they do, I was told yes over the phone. So I go in and order and I’m being told they are out even though I see the mix! Smh I spend 100-110 a week on Starbucks and can prove it and yet this is how they do customers?!for a multimillion dollar establishment they really need to do better and ACTUALLY make management more involved and take care of the facilities

    Smaller location, but great staff. Less of a location for groups of students, mostly pickup orders. Half the location is taken by a amazing walled patio that runs the length of the building.

    This place is quite closed to my home so it is only option for coffee time in Starbucks. Unfortunately there is no drive through, but good parking area is waiting for me lol

    Friendly, but it should never take over 10 minutes to grab two drinks when you walk right up to the counter and order. I understand rushes but it wasn't busy. Just seem like the staff is more concerned with online orders than helping customers waiting in the store. Went back to this store on different days and times and seems like the experience is universal at this location. Will be visiting other coffee shops in the future.

    Great staff!! Small little shop, no drive thru, but so glad we stopped and walked in. I think we talked too much to the staff, they may have forgotten to put sugar in my spouse's coffee. Oh, well. I loved it!

    Waited for store to open. Ordered from a super friendly employee. Used bathroom and was shocked that it appeared to NOT have been cleaned from the night before. Huh?? Thought that was part of the store pre-opening process.. Apparently not. Counter was empty of breakfast items. One employee was still checking sell-by dates on the lunch and dessert items before filling bottom case. Guess someone was late coming in. Coffee was strong but ok..

    The coffee was good, however this is such a small Starbucks there was hardly any inside seating so it made sitting down and talking to the person I met there difficult. We had to sit outside because all 5 or so inside tables were taken. This would have been okay except it was summer in Houston so it was very hot outside and the outdoor seating is next to a busy road. Probably would pick a different location for meeting someone next time.

    I like this Starbucks Coffee Shop located on the eastbound Katy Freeway service road @ Durham Dr. The contemporary seating area is well lighted with small tables and a bar with chairs. The barista who assisted me was friendly and service was prompt. It was a good place to wait out the rain on a cold, dreary day.

    Fine stop. Just met up with a couple friends. Got a coffee with steamed milk. Staff was super friendly! Price was reasonable enough! Def worth a stop! Would recommend!
