Always come here to get my kids their shots, a in and out thing and I have to wait for two hours or more. I do not have Medicaid I have insurance through my job and their PCP do not offer shots so I have to pay cash when coming here. But they never tell me how long will the wait be I asked several times if there's people in front of me but the lady at the front desk will tell me she's going to check but never gets up from her desk and that's what pisses me off 😠 try to avoid bringing your kids to a place where they have no friendly staff and bad customer service...

Doctor is good but the staff is unprofessional and not properly trained or just does not care. They make so many mistakes from not sending medications to pharmacy, not getting blood results in days when it should have been one day. Person for billing should be trained on patient confidentiality and not just leave people files on her window for people to see. Problem is when pointed out she did not get the issue? There are laws against this! Been waiting on her to call insurance to verify procedure and it’s been days and apparently too busy to make a phone call that would make them money. Are these people even certified to work here?

This clinic I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend anyone NOT to go to, ESPECIALLY if you have kids. Dr.kwama the doctor, basically in so many words told me, I don’t have a choice for my child, because I refuse a certain test that Dr. Kwama wanted to give my child. He didn’t recommend anything else he canceled my appointment and he was very rude, didn’t let me talk, and he didn’t let me explain my concern as a parent, he was very petty and controlling, and was trying to make a decision for my child, after I refuse because I have a choice as a parent to do so, so he basically refuse to see my daughter with the high fever she had, he said he would prescribe her medication, he refuse to give her medicine, after he said he would. He refused to do everything right and not see a sick child, never checked her out. “Dr.Kwama” is not for the people, he is for himself, and his opinions ONLY, let alone for the precious children. The lowest rating of stars we can rate this place is 1, but I rate it a 0 a🥚.

Been to it 3 times and I always have to wait more than an hour and a half even with an appointment. Most of the nurses are really nice. The Dr.... No comment 👊🙄... But I wouldn't recommend this place at all especially if you have a child under 12 yrs old. This place makes me feel unsure. But I'm very sure I'm not going back to that place again!!

Staff is awesome! The Doctor is a half in and half out of it type. This clinic is so understanding and efficient and helpful - the staff anyways is for sure. Love them for ease and convenience, but will be changing bc the doctor must be tired of helping and he does not listen well and seems to not care and wants to get you in and out without any good advice. Not sure how he is still in business might be time to retire ijs. I did use to like them but something happened to this doctor thank you so much for being great in the past, but not anymore. I am sure he will be getting hit with a medical malpractice soon, I was thinking of reporting him but nah it is not worth my time - I will move on!

there is no point on making an appointment because you’ll still be waiting for 2+ Hours to be put in a room where you are waiting for another hour. Also the doctor did not prescribed anything to me when I communicated my throat was hurting and I previously had a fever

Please don't waste your time and money and find a better place. This doctor doesn't really seem to care for his patients. He tells you old stories about his past for what? He doesn't listen to the patient's concerns and just sends you back home with something that might take the pain away for a few days but the problem is still there. I recently came here with my little brother and he was rude. Cut my brother off while he was trying to explain his concerns. Instead of listening he told him an old memory of his. Sent him home with pain killers and my brother in a week had to be taken to the hospital because the problem got worse. So please save your money and time coming here and find yourself a better location.

I wish I could give Zero stars. This place is terrible and the PA that like to be called Doctor (we all know a PA is a Master’s degree and nowhere near the amount of school an MD goes through. I brought my son here on 4/18/23. Unfortunately we are in search of a new pedi and couldn’t get in to for a same day appt anywhere as a new patient. So, I called this place because back in my College/no insurance days I would come here (SAME PA THEN) when I was sick for the affordability. So, I bring my son after five days of fever, vomiting and what I believed had turned intol the following infection and some kind of URI. He had already missed 3 days of school at that point and EVERYONE with school aged children in this state knows they can only excuse 3 days without a dr note. The experience with the PA wasn’t great. His bedside manner is definitely lacking with children and he got so irritated that my 8yo kept pulling away when he was shoving the ear scope in his ear roughly to see. So, he writes the meds he feels is appropriate and Thank the Lord he did agree with an Antibiotic. I ask for a Dr note for my son and explain the situation. My son ended up missing the remainder of that week and didn’t return to school and didn’t return until 4/24/24. We’ll the PA wrote the dr note ONLY for the day we saw him 4/18/23 and now we are getting a Truancy letter from the School. When I called to request some help with the Dr note they wouldn’t even extend it one or two days to avoid a Truancy letter when we were seen by him and I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING to him. Needless to say I am livid. I feel this clinic feels because it typically services a demographic that’s on state insurance or a lower socioeconomic demographic that he can treat educated consumers and patients this way. It’s completely unacceptable and I will be reporting this clinic. Do BETTER!

Worst experience in Dr office ever... Visit wasn't for me but for husband... The Dr is very rude. My husband was trying to ask questions and explain his symptoms. Dr completely cut him off and told him I don't have time for your questions... Look I understand that you might have a very busy schedule (a lot of patience), but you're a Dr. It's in your job description to be able to meet a patient's needs. If you can't do that then what's the point of being a Dr.

This is the worst Dr in Houston, he doesn't write down what u tell him. I went for sinus and he prescribed something for a cough which I never had. He argued with me and was very rude, I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this man. The only reason I gave 1 🌟 is because the office staff are really nice.

The wait time is long and the doctor doesn’t even seem to care

The staff is cool but the doctor is a hour and 45 minutes late on the website it clearly says it opens up at 9 a.m. and I wonder why he is just walking in at 10:31. That is ridiculous people have places to be sitting in the clinic all day is not what I want to do. All I came for was a sports physical. It is shouldn't take this long my daughter has to be back at school.

They open up at 9 am I get there at 10 am I ask is the doctor here cause I notice 2 patients sitting in waiting room no rooms filled they say no I ask what time will he be here she says 10:30 ..10:30 comes and goes still no doctor waiting and cause I have to go to work also he doesn’t get here til 11:30 and still have to wait until he is situated very unprofessional and the wait is too long DONT recommend this place at all you will be waiting an hours plus to be seen so cancel any plans you make for that day

Berry Medical Transportstion staff apparently thinks it is okay to park in a handicap spot while waiting for their patient to finish their therapy appt/Dr appt. Which caused my oxygen dependant daughter to have walk further to get to her appt since there was no other handicap spots available.

These folks have always been so helpful and are very kind thank you for your patience and wonderful service

Came here today for my babys check up he's a newborn i was pretty nervous as i wanted to come with my husband because the baby cries alot sometimes but couldn't because he had to work. The lady at the front is nice they helped me in a timely matter. I did have a question about my babys umbilical cord falling off and the doctor was very patient with my baby trough the crying (alot) of crying... noone ever rushed me and they helped me calmn my baby down till i could put him in the car it was a good experience

Very unprofessional the dr is never on time please don't waste yalls time or money here find a better dr than this one
