Once we had the diamond I showed them an assortment of ideas and photos. Within a few days they had a wonderful digital rendering of the engagement ring. Called the Bellaire location asked if they could change a watch battery while I waited on. Sunday. The service was impeccable. I arrived, was greeted by everyone with a smile. The battery was changed, the time and date reset and I believe the watch was cleaned as well. Great customer service!
