By far the worst clinic I have been to. I had been coming here for prenatal care and today for my 4 week check up. Every time I come here its always something either im waiting for too long or end up being here for like 4 hours im just over it never will I come back here for service or recommend this place to anyone EVER. Besides my other horrible experiences here, today I waited 25 minutes in the check in line after being on time then was told I have to come back at 120 pm. Mind you my damn appointment was at 1140 AM. They act like they dont care except the lady who takes your blood thats the best they got. They take forever as well n sometimes catch attitudes in the front of you're asking various questions. Im just beyond over this place and hope after this I won't have to return.

So I’ve tried to get in contact with legacy pharmacy in Lyons multiple times over the phone. They hardly ever answer their calls. I cannot always go in person as I have a job as a tutor and I’m not always available to go in person. I am very fed up with the phone service with this pharmacy. I don’t have insurance so I cannot afford to go anywhere else. I give this a one star rating. If there is someone I could talk to about my experience at this particular legacy, that would be great. If there is someone I could talk to about the pharmacy in particular, that would be great. Otherwise I have no other complaints.

Waited 1hr past my appointment! And my catalytic converter was stolen from my car not worth going to this dump of a place avoid this clinic at all cost! Surrounded by a ghetto low class neighborhood!

This place is unbelievable. After three months of waiting with 3 times re-scheduling because Dr. Hernandez couldn't be at the clinic. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes before my scheduled time, I had to wait in line for 18 minutes and they said the doctor is on her way and she can see u at 1 pm. They rescheduled because of the time in line. How unprofessional and unresponsive service. Avoid this place and this doctor.

After I quit driving a truck there was no more company to offer me group health insurance and since I really can’t afford expensive medical insurance, I thought I was out of luck and my condition would get worse and that’s the end for me. Legacy is truly awesome and my savior. I was expecting poor service, but honestly they treat me better than all the medical facility I had been to when I had medical insurance. Dr Wininger is the best doctor I have ever. In fact she is the only Doctor that helped me improve, and she genuinely care that you get better. The people that give this place a bad review have personal problem themselves because nothing in this world is perfect and we should all be glad this place even exist. We should all be thankful

I’ve been coming here for months during my pregnancy and everyone here has been nice and friendly. I like my OB and they do a lot to make sure me and my baby are doing well. It’s a calm environment too.

The attention of the staff and doctors is very helpful, the care is first class, I recommend the legacy community Health clinics.

The absolute worst. I've tried to schedule dental visits here and twice in a row now they've cancelled my appointments "because the hygienist won't be in". Ok, so why not schedule me for a time when the hygienist WILL be in? Isn't that the point of making an appointment?! I've been waiting almost two months now for a visit, but I won't be waiting anymore – I'm going elsewhere.

I do not like this clinic been going to this clinic for almost 5 years my dr( dr Hernandez) diagnosed me with high blood pressure and pre diabetes and never once gave me ANY directions on how to treat it. I kept asking her about meds for my pre diabetes and she would NEVER give me any. And it was really hard to get an appointment with her. She acts like she cares but she really don’t. All she tells me is to go to the er and they will give me meds well they didn’t. So I had to find a new dr to take care of me cuz she wouldn’t. I wouldn’t go to this location

Definitely a lot better than the old building. Dr. Whitney is a great PCP and i really enjoy my visits. Very personable and nice.

Very good service. New building. Services are on a sliding scale. They have a medical, dental, optical, an on-site pharmacy. Reasonable pay plan. Works with most medical plans. I recommend their services. You will love it. Oh they have a children's department. They take emergencies at 7am M - F. I love their service.

Took my mother to this clinic for the first time today. The service was outstanding 👏 a very attentive reception and doctors.

This is a low-income clinic that provides basic services. Do not expect quality care.

Staff here is very professional and courtesy is a must for myself as I have a child with special needs, and behavioral issues.Dr. Mumme is the best when it comes to serving kids she looks for the best treatment options to suit every individual and make the family feel at easy , she is very caring about her patient.

My experience as a transgender female will always exceeded what others might view. Never the less a treatment for what goes beyond such is encouraging. And I'm very pleased they could see us for who we our..Not what society deems often ,with various conclusions and views that our highly misunderstood. I'm grateful for the understanding and support that they've allowed us. And hopefully a brighter future can be viewed one day

My son's pediatrician made an appointment for him to get a drive thru strep throat testing at this location. However, when I arrived there are no signs in the parking lot to call a number or a drive-through area for testing. I had to call back to the appointments office and make sure someone come meet me at my car. It NEVER happened. It is unorganized at this location!

I had a very excellent experience. I would recommend Legacy for anyone who is uninsured and needs assistance medically. This is the place to go!

I can't talk about all the locations, but the Lyons clinic in Houston has always made me feel well cared for. The staff I've interacted with there have been universally kind and patient.

the waiting time here is sometimes better than the private sector even with a full house. and the staffs were helpful and knowledgeable. Doctors and nurses here are friendly and supportive too!

I went to pickup my prescription for second time, I asked is there a lower rate and was told if prescription is under a Legacy Dr. name it will lower, so I did that and came back to find out the price went up 10 dollars 🤔

Everyone from the front desk staff that checked me in to the guy that helped me in the pharmacy was friendly and helpful. Dr. Mota was great. It was my first time seeing her as my regular PCP was not available that day and Dr Mota was very caring, professional and took time to explain things perfectly.

They have my children’s medical records and told me I need to make an appointment and pay $80 each kid to have them fill out a single form for school to provide the kids with soy milk. I was already told by a pediatrician there that I didn’t need to make an appointment for that and other clinics make you book an appointment so that they can bill the insurance.

My experience was great. I was able to talk to the same Dr. that provided to 3yrs ago and she knew my history. Fantastic🙏🏾

I love going here it’s not a bad place but the wait time is outrageous like they will have you waiting for hours just to see the doctor and it’s ridiculous they don’t know if you have other things to attend to it’s a shame

I have two teenagers I bring here and I love their doctor and the fact that you can pick up prescriptions on site assuming you’re able to wait. The dr visits are thorough, they don’t feel rushed like some places and you don’t wait excessively. I appreciate that the doctors really listen to what you say and respect the privacy of my teens by asking me to leave the room so she can have conversations about things they may not want me to be there for but there’s always a nurse in the room so they aren’t ever alone in my absence. The cons are that the pharmacy takes forever and that it’s damn near impossible to get anyone on the phone after the appointment if you have any questions or referrals.

They Cancel the Dentist Appointment Always they have told me 3 times to reschedule the appointment for Dentist. Not going Dentist here again 🥱

Staff is helpful and friendly but it's always crowded. I guess the demographics has something to do with that. It's the local clinic in the area. I go there because it's the closest to me, even though I'm now longer live in the area. Getting an appointment is hard because you may not get one until 2 months later.

Legacy Lyons pharmacy is a life saver for real. When I had COVID-19, they were so sweet. They had my antiviral meds delivered to my front door the same day I saw Dr Goldberg on the zoom. They put my blood pressure meds in the same delivery and really made it easier for me to get better fast and back to work. Thanks guys, you really are lifesavers ❤️💛💚💙💜
