The receptionists are the rudest people I have ever met. And not once but every single visit. The doctor was amazing but unfortunately we had to start taking our son to a different doctor due to their constant rude behavior. There was never a reason for their rude behavior. Maybe they are told to be like that by their upper management. If you have any self respect then you Definitely wouldn’t want to go to This clinic.

I strongly recommend this clinic, OBGYN and Pediatric services are amazing. The crew speaks several languages and the attention is the best in the area. You don't have to worry about prices as they evaluate your income to determine fee you have to pay.

Customer service is 0. I called them yesterday and they transferred the call, waited on the call for a long time and it just went to voice message. I called them again today someone picked up, I explained to her what's going on and she didn't respond to me after explanation and I could hear them talking low with each other. I kept saying hello am I talking to someone and they didn't say a thing to me. Now am just going to find my son another clinic that can pay attention to him.

I just called the place about 3-7 min ago and the front desk receptionist was not helpful. I was inquiring whether or not they accepted my insurance and the front desk lady whoever picked up my call was not in the mood to help me.

Had to schedule an appointment for a month out, couldn't get anyone to answer the phone and confirm the clinic location so I missed. Receptionists at the Westheimer location were rude. Dr. Summay was awesome when I saw her at HCA, but I can't deal with the lack of communication and outright hostility from the office staff.

Horribly incompetent staff. I went here in November for a referral to physical therapy. The doctor said ok but the staff was the problem. They originally never worked on the referral until I told them I would not be back in to see the doctor until I had a referral. They then refer me to a physical therapist who doesn't take my insurance. I ended up on a conference call with the woman who handles refers, her boss and the head of marketing at Apex physical therapy (the place that told me they didn't take my insurance 30 minutes after I arrived for my appointment.) I then gave Hope clinic the name and number of a physical therapist in blue cross blue shield's app for my particular plan. Do you think they sent me there? Nope, they then refer me to a physical therapist in KATY even though I don't drive. The woman who is in charge of referrals kept lying instead of owning up to here mistakes. We live in the information age. We create data on everything we do. I literally had evidence refuting everything she tried to use as an excuse blaming me. She even claimed I told Apex that I didn't want to go to my appointment even though I woke up late, took an Uber and therefore have literally evidence that I paid $12 to go to the appointment at the office than then told me they didn't take my insurance.

My daughter has been waiting in the procedure room for over 30 min and has yet to be seen by the doctor and is only there for a well woman check up . This clinic is the most unprofessional clinic I’ve ever had to experience for myself or my children . If there’s only 3 people in waiting area why is she still waiting for the doctor? They only have one doctor or what? They can’t pop they’re head in the door and say something to my daughter about the doctor will be there in a min ? They literally have her waiting, a nervous wreck because this is her first time having a Pap smear ! They won’t allow anyone in the roo with her to make it worse ! So rude !

If you don't care about your health by all means make an apointment but if you have issues between apointments you can call and leave a message, you may or may not get a call back. You have been warned.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Both Reyna and Alvaro helped me with my forms. Walked in because Had numbed arm the night before. My wait was short and the Doctor was very good. I recommend them.

I really like the service and the way they treat the patients, especially with Dr Pham every time!

I’m strongly convinced that everyone who works here is entirely incompetent. I’ve had one problem after another. I understand this is an income based clinic but that shouldn’t mean you get terrible care. They need to get their practice together.

This clinic is the worst about calling in your medicine something that takes 10 minute takes them a week something needs to be done about this gave them 1 star only cause it would not post without giving a star
