Nourish has completely stolen my heart AND my tastebuds! I've explored a variety of items on the menu, and every single one has left me speechless. Janna is obviously an angel sent from culinary heaven, and you can taste the love in her cuisine. From her savory salads and curry bowls (with made-from-scratch dressings and sauces) to her gourmet vegan cheeses (that are like no other vegan cheese you've ever put in your mouth) to her sweet (and yet still healthy!) cheesecakes and sweets, I honestly can't say enough about the yumminess. It isn't very easy to find tasty vegan food made with pure and quality ingredients...and delivered fresh to your door?! It's an absolute dream come true. I would recommend Nourish over and over again. Lip-smackingly Delicious! 😋 Seriously, order some today. You can thank me later.

In my quest to find delicious, fresh and nutritious meals, I have tried several options for myself and my family. There was always something unsatisfactory until I found Nourish Cooking. Janna, the chef and owner prepares every meal with careful thought, passion and love. Her soups are innovative, healthy and sumptuous. The meals are full of vibrant veggies, variety of grains, herbs and worldly spices. Portions are perfect. And, her price point affordable. Kudos to Nourish Co!

I am a regular customer of Nourish Cooking Co. and I also have a background in culinary arts—so I feel qualified to accurately review this company and I must say—I am in love with this business! They serve delicious, healthy, and beautiful food! Nourish Cooking Co. is unlike any other food service in Houston. The meals are truly a treat to eat AND you’re left feeling great afterwards! The prices and portions are also great—I’ve never ordered anything that didn’t leave me full and satisfied. My favorites are the Hot and Sour soup and the Green Curry Tofu bowl, but I’ve tried everything on the menu and it’s all delicious! Highly recommend!

Nourish Cooking is the perfect name as this is TRULY nourishing in every way...this inspiring menu includes only healing, delicious, well-sourced ingredients that are excellent for your health and well being! They deliver the food with a warm smile and it comes presented beautifully! The soups are the most delicious soups that I have ever tasted, the salads are incredibly fresh, gorgeous works of art that are so creative - you will NEVER miss the dairy or other mystery ingredients, and the hot meals are filling and delightful. This is REAL, CLEAN FOOD that you can FEEL GREAT about eating and feeding your family. I have been looking for these kind of clean eating restaurants my entire adult life and this is by far one of the best. My family is NOT VEGAN and this hidden gem will be a STAPLE in our home from now on. This is REAL food cooked with love and care - through and through!! I immediately thought of Janna when I needed a creative, curated, HEALTHY menu options for a corporate event. The ingredients were EXCELLENT, well-thought out,and so fresh. I knew I could trust Janna.

Several weeks back I decided to try more plant based meals. I found Nourish Cooking on the internet and I called and Janna was extremely helpful getting me started suggesting different meals. I’m not a cook nor am I detail oriented so having someone to help me figure out what to eat to have a balanced diet was phenomenal. So, I get all this and my meals delivered to my door. What more can I ask?

I have been using Nourish Cooking for a few weeks now and I could not be happier. I am a weekday vegetarian and was tired of always just eating salad for lunch. Delivery is only $7 in their area, and the menu online has all the nutrition facts. Janna’s food is super fresh and tasty. The spicy Oaxacan bowl is amazing!! And I love the Thai curry tofu bowl. She isn’t afraid of using spice, and this isn’t your average boring vegetable dish. I also love the soups, the butternut squash and the mushroom quinoa are my favorites. Also, the price is reasonable and is what I’d pay at the company cafe. But now I have lunches I can’t wait to eat!! You should order some now.

WOW! Nourish is my new favorite place for vegan food in Houston. My kids love the variety. I love the flavors. My husband, who is not a vegan, wanted extra helpings of the soups and salads. Thank you for help me keep my family healthy.

The food is delicious, fresh and made from scratch with quality ingredients, well presented and packaged, portion balanced, and at a great price to quality. So happy I gave it a try. I recently discovered this place with amazing vegan soups and salads. I loved that I can preorder for the week, and the food gets deliver fresh and yummy!!! I’ll definitely order more of the Thai crunch salad and the soups I have tried this far are fantastic!!!

The bowls were absolutely delicious and the presentation was so beautiful. The shakes taste amazing and are filled with the absolute best ingredients for health and longevity. The quality of the ingredients is unparalleled. This is truly the best vegan food I have had.

OMG I love this company! I normally do not write reviews but I am compelled to do so for Nourish. I came across them after a coworker was having some delicious smelling soup for lunch. I asked her who made it and she told me all about Nourish. The food is delicious AND super healthy. Something I have had a hard time finding in Houston since moving from LA 5 years ago. I am not a vegan but I like to eat healthy. I am able to use their vegan meals with my lunches and dinners. I have even served the salads at dinner parties and my guests rave about how beautiful and yummy they are. I am so happy to have discovered Nourish and cannot recommend the quality and taste enough. 5 stars all the way!

I ordered the vegan Thai tofu bowl. It was fantastic! The black rice is so good for you and is not a common ingredient. It also had wasabi sesame seeds which I think are pretty cool. The tofu texture was perfect and the green curry was delicious. Customer service is beyond, Janna and her team have been so wonderful to work with and I will continue using them to my meatless Mondays!
