Hotel Than Lwin Paradise is an international 3-star hotel. It give unique, excellent great services for both local and foreign guests. It is located as lying on the Pa-an and Tokai Main Street, visitors can see the amazing river scene along this street. In addition, easy and quick transportation will take less cost and, only 10 minutes to the foot of Mount Zwekabin and only 15 minutes to Highway Express Station. The rooms are nice,convenient with reasonable prices. The service is good as well. They provide many amenities. Though they have bathtub, it is too small. The food at their restaurant is delicious.But take longer time to get food. Should order 30 minutes ahead of time. We can feel the nature of Thanlwin River. This hotel and restaurant is beside of Than Lwin river which make him significant among others.Sunset and sunrise scenes is very amazing.

An average hotel with fair price. The superlative thing is its restaurant located right beside Than Lwin River proposing riverside view. I advocate this for night breeze chill with beer alongside river.

Not Very bad hotel in Hpa-An.

One of the mid range hotel if you visit Kayin state. The price and foods are normal. If you wish for a budget stay in Kayin state, this is one of the choice. The place is located near Than Lwin river and they got a nice sunset view there.

Nice location by the river, friendly helpful staff, nice rooms. Breakfast is not very diverse but good local food. Restaurant is too expensive so we always went out to eat.

It has good River view and wide car park. Rooms are clean and breakfast is good. WiFi connection is poor and not reliable.

Fair price with exclusive river view hotel but a little bit of less clean Breakfast are fine with Burmese and American style. Most of the rooms' size are nearly the same. No lift nor escalator for three-storey flat. If you don't mind the higher floor and want the cheapest rooms, the rooms nearest to the 3rd floor stair will be the best view.
