Bad place to stay, just bad. I never saw towels and bedding so dirty and old and I've been traveling a lot around southeast Asia and stayed in much cheaper spots. Beds are made of stone. Bad breakfast. Not to mention lunch that we had at hotel's restaurant, it was a shame. All hotel smells like hell. The pool is useless, we didn't expect to be able to swim, but we cannot just sit around either. The only good thing is the view on the sunrise.

Where do I start.... The place looks very nice in the pictures and that's where it ends. Inside the rooms are very basic and not worth what they charge for them. Staff is very helpful but they don't speak English. Very hard and frustrating to communicate. The swimming pool is big but you only get sun before midday. Later you get the shade from the mountain. The hotel is almost 6km away from town. You need tuk tuk to get out. Breakfast is very basic. Will I stay again? Probably not, although I gad a got 3 day stay.

Attractive architecture, friendly (obsequious?) staff, spacious rooms, good air-con. Towels are grubby and old. The pool is beautiful but shallow and the water is so hot it's not refreshing at all. Breakfast is decent Burmese food (fried rice, kaut-sweh noodles, aloo, stir fried veggies, coffee, etc.) Sometimes it smells like the chambermaids/men smoke in your room when you're gone.

Not a good experience. Very outdated hotel, not wifi in all rooms, only cash and only US dollars (they charge additional 10% for exchange rate fees when paying in local currency), breakfast only local food and not good quality, water pressure is very low so taking a shower is a challenge. This is not a 3 stars hotel. Finally the location is very far away from downtown and is very difficult to get transportation.

Great location by the foot of the mountain looking straight at zwe gabin mountain. Very nice and fairly attentive staff by Myanmar standards. Very spacious and comfortable rooms. Very clean toilets and bathroom. Great water temperature and pressure. Nice pool. Good price. Not very good breakfast. TVs don't work.

Good hotel with spacious rooms. The villas are awesome, very big and located just below the limestone karsts. Stunning views during the day. Temple behind the hotel sometimes noisy all night long but that's got nothing to do with the hotel. Nice swimming pool and gym which you can kind of use anytime of day and night (the staff might claim they close at 10pm but in reality you can still use them later than this). Very relaxing massage chairs in the gym, but only one of them still works (out of 3 that were originally installed). Poor maintenance of facilities in general, even though the hotel is relatively new. Wifi is very slow in some of the guest rooms, while it works very well in the gym and the hallway. Breakfast mediocre. Dinner very expensive and slow service, takes around an hour for a meal to be served. Go elsewhere for your meals. Hotel is best suited to group travelers or those with their own transport as it's rather isolated, located some 8km from the city center.

It's a 3 star hotel on the highway. A decent one, nothing great and breath taking experience. The rooms are full carpetted. It has stand alone bungalow. I stayed in deluxe room. The size of the room is quite decent and I like the space. The hotel has ATM in the lobby. And also swimming pool and gymnasium. Don't expect too much of mordern facility. As compared to the size of the city the hotel is quite ok. The rooms and the hotel in particular very clean. Staffs are well behaved and the food menu is of limited stuff.

Visited twice to this hotel. Both are satisfactory. The views of front and back of the hotel is magnificent especially famous Zwegapin mountain at the east. The flat top of the main building is enjoyable with nice breeze and panoramic scenery.

Could not be nicer We went to Hpa-an with family and relatives and booked five rooms. We all enjoyed the service especially the breakfast buffet. They served with not only Burmese cuisine but western type of foods are available with tea and coffee. Food at the hotel's restaurant is relatively expensive though seems to be hygiene. The rooms are super clean and spacious with large windows, viewing the beautiful mountain. Appliances are installed in every single room, including TV, AC, dryers, etc. Seating area, coffee table and big wardrobe are set in each room. The most important is mattress, so comfy. The hotel is located at the base of the mountain and close to the central Hpa-an. The hotel itself has a swimming pool, spa and message chair for free access. Hotel staffs are warm, friendly, and welcoming with big smile though very little English language proficiency which is completely understandable. Overall, very nice and highly recommended. Will definitely come back again
