A quiet spot to relax. Good food, nice service and amazing river view. You can take photos down there. I love this place so much and it's one of the reasons why I want to come again to Hsipaw.

Wow! Super impressed with this place. Set amongst the tranquil river, it's not only beautiful but food is also great. I ordered the tea leaf salad, long bean salad and spinach wontons. Huge portions! I spent a few hours here, the puppy is an added bonus!! Highly recommend.

Strongly recommended :) owner (Mr. Wok) is super gentle as all the staff. Food was also great and the location by the river was amazing - the only downside is that's a bit out of reach, but if you have the opportunity you should visit this place ;) try Mrs. Popcorn as well, north of the city!

Great spot, worth the walking! The walk is quite nice, but the spot is even better. Great views to the river from a shaded and quiet spot, beautiful artisan furniture and very quiet. The food was really good for a reasonable price and the service was good too. We will definitely come again. Several vegetarian options and they try to be environmentally friendly. This a small place and is very familiar. We enjoyed watching the boats past by and children playing in the river. The curry is a bit spicy (even though they said it is not haha), so be careful.

It's not often I write a review but eating at Mr.Wok has inspired me to do so as he deserves much more business than he gets. The food is fantastic and it is the most magical setting on the river. The company is great and you can happily hang out all day or evening. The walk from town is beautiful through fields and along the river. Prices are a bit higher than elsewhere in Hsipaw but you are paying for quality ingredients (many of which are grown in his own garden) and that is very important. I hope to return one day and stay in his guesthouse when it is built ;)

Really nice food. Beautiful location with splendid view of the river. We went there twice. Shrimp tempura, tomato salad, fish with lime sauce, chicken basil, pineapple juices,... All were excellent and the staff is really friendly!

One of the best experiences in Hsipaw! It was by far my favorite meal in all of Myanmar. Great selection, beautiful setting and Mr. Wok is an incredible person. He really cares about the community and the environment and was very interesting to chat with. You will be missing out if you miss this spot!
