👍👍 Beautiful surrounding, I went twice. First just to explore by bicycle, second time with a guide who explained a lot about the stupas and temples (it was a tour offered by our hotel Mr. Charles). I fell in love with the old tree next to the teakwood monastery - it grew out of the stupa!

😐 Quite new and clean building but has similar features to old hotels (no lift, room keys, small bathrooms without showers).
Feels a bit micro-managed and strict about everything. 11 (or noon?) checkout time is enforced even with low occupancy. They won't rent motorbikes to foreigners with a license...
