I went to the clinic with high confidence because of personal recommendation. My initial reaction was favourable because those waiting were predominantly Thai . I registered and my distance vision was checked by the receptionist. Closing time at midday was approaching and I was asked to return another time to see the specialist. I was surprised to be charged "only 500 bahts" for this. No receipt was offered or given. I returned the following day and saw the doctor. He is very pleasant and competent and told me what I already knew about my eyes. I wanted to get some new prescription spectacles but sadly the testing equipment in his consulting room was not functioning. It was agreed that I would be contacted by phone when I should return. That was over two weeks ago, since when I have heard nothing. At this visit I was charged a further 1200 bahts, not excessive but equally I was told nothing more than i already knew.(again no receipt). A really disappointing experience. I cannot recommend because I did not get the new properly prescribed specs which was the reason I went there. Is the main problem the receptionist, who seemed pleasant but is not really reliable?

My husband and I and mother who is 87yrs old could not be more delighted with the professional care we received at this clinic. Mother had an eye infection caused by a dropped lower eyelid. She was referred for surgery when the infection cleared. Thank you so much to doctor and all staff who were so lovely to our mother

I would like to thank the doctor for being clear and efficient in his work and communication. He speaks good English and acts professionally. The price is reasonable too. The receptionists were polite and efficient. I recommend this place.

I was very impressed visiting this clinic. I suffered from contact lenses wearing complications. Dr.Pairat is very competent and helpful. He gave me some strict treatments and the outcome was very satisfied. I also made eye-glasses from him. The quality was excellent, comparable to what I got from Bangkok.

I had lens replacement surgery on my eyes in Korea several years ago. The process was painful and left me almost blind for 2 weeks. Hence I was reluctant to have invasive surgery on my eyes again. I was buying increasingly more powerful spectacles to overcome the challenges I was having seeing my laptop, reading and any close up work. This came to a head yesterday when I bought my 3rd pair of spectacles in as many weeks, that were again not entirely successful. Therefore I visited Dr. Pairat. He gave me a thorough examination and said he could repair the damage to my eye with laser treatment. He explained that it would be entirely painless and only take a few minutes. I agreed and true to his word, it was painless and quick and I had no difficulty driving home afterwards. After a nights sleep, I have no discomfort and am writing this on my phone, which would have been impossible previously. Also not forgetting the ladies in the doctor's office. They all spoke excellent English, were friendly, professional and a credit to their profession and I thank them very much for making my visit so pleasant.

I would like to thank Dr Paitat and is staff very efficient and explaining what was wrong and showing me and putting me at ease with my problem. Excellent service and would recommend to anyone who have eye problems.

You can't make appointments, not even when I explained that I would come with my elderly mother in law who has multiple health issues. The reception was very rude and hang up on me. Not a way to treat potential patients. I called on the the 11th of July just after 5 pm
