I’ve been doing yoga with TJ for over a year now. Our classes are always fun and productive. TJ adapts to the level of each student, depending on his abilities. We devote a lot of time to stretching, strengthening the back and abs, doing balances, learning handstands and headstands. I see the positive impact of yoga on my body, health and mood. Thank you very much, TJ! I am very glad that I can practice with such an experienced teacher as TJ.

Kru Tae is not only a beautiful person, but a very attentive teacher to all her students. If you want to open your hips or mind (believe me - to open your mind is much easier than to open hips) - Kru Tae will help you to do it in a proper way 😉

The place is clean, quiet, simple, peaceful. All teachers are lovely and teach well. There are many levels, difficult and easy.

Kru Tae is not only an accomplished yoga teacher, she is a compassionate and caring person. Each student feels that positive energy. She can teach to the needs of the student, demonstrate basic or very advanced poses, assist hands-on, and teach the correct use of props and options seamlessly in class. Tae is always available after class for questions. She is knowledgeable in many yoga styles and can customize private one-on-one or small group private lessons for any students' needs. I feel very fortunate to have her in Hua Hin.

I have known Kru Tae for over five years and have attended many of her classes.. A few things come to mind. Her sequencing and and queueing of the asanas are very good. Begin able to do this leads to a natural progression to the peak pose in class. She is very focused on proper alignment too. Hands on adjustments are welcomed as the student knows that she has the knowledge to do this safely . She also has a good command of the English language. (and also has a pleasant personality and a warm smile.) Her classes can be strong and demanding( with many options for all levels from beginner to advance students) but, there is always some time for some light hearted humor and laughter. Her hip opener classes are not to be missed!

I really like studying here. The teachers are kind and teach me how to build strength. Getting into the correct posture Teachers pay attention to the details of the trainees. Always arranging the pose. I recommend it.
