I
had
been
planning
to
visit
Air
Space
for
a
really
long
time,
but
whenever
I
trekked
over
to
the
Khao
Takiab
area,
I
seemed
to
spend
the
whole
day
at
the
beach.
This
time
on
a
Sunday,
I
dropped
by
Air
Space
for
a
late
lunch
and
a
view
of
this
most
"Instagram-able"
Café/Restaurant.
It
is
exactly
as
other
reviewers
have
noted;
the
decor
and
atmosphere
is
unique.
The
architecture
and
layout
is
open
and
refreshing.
In
spite
of
all
the
glass
windows,
they
really
know
how
to
blast
the
air
conditioning
here.
I
love
it,
but
other
folks
might
freeze
to
death.
There
are
two
sections
you
can
choose
from;
the
restaurant
section
and
the
coffee
shop/café
section.
I
didn't
realize
this
fact
and
I
wandered
into
the
restaurant
area
while
a
tour
busload
of
remarkably
well-heeled
and
polite
Chinese
tourists
were
being
served.
This
group
was
not
a
problem
because
the
restaurant
area
is
quite
large
and
I
found
a
good
table
by
the
window.
The
Chinese
tour
group
were
chatting
amongst
themselves
in
a
relatively
normal
volume
and
even
though
they
were
taking
full
advantage
of
the
Instagram-able
moments,
they
were
really
polite
and
didn't
get
in
the
way.
The
live
music
was
nice
and
the
waiter
initially
brought
me
a
tattered
paper
menu
on
a
clipboard
and
then
he
brought
me
the
infamous
iPad
menu.
I
noticed
that
the
"All
Day
Breakfast"
was
not
listed
on
the
paper
menu,
but
it
was
listed
on
the
iPad.
The
waiter
explained
that
the
Breakfast
entrées
are
usually
served
at
the
coffee
shop
section
of
the
establishment.
(Until
this
point,
I
didn't
realize
there
were
two
sections.)
The
iPad
menu
is
a
bit
difficult
to
navigate
without
the
waiter's
assistance.
No
worries,
I
ordered
the
big
breakfast
for
280
Baht
and
it
was
OK.
As
other
reviewers
have
mentioned,
the
prices
are
slightly
higher
for
what
you
get
here,
and
there
are
other
restaurants
in
Hua
Hin
that
have
better
food
at
the
same
or
cheaper
prices,
but
they
don't
have
the
Instagram-able
architecture
and
decor.
The
two
egg,
two
sausage,
two
bacon
with
pan
fried
potatoes
and
a
small
salad
was
3.5
to
4
stars.
I
ordered
a
Cafe
Americano
with
some
extra
milk
on
the
side
and
they
also
brought
me
a
cup
of
hot
water
to
top
up
my
coffee...
although
I
think
they
misunderstood
my
request
for
some
"Warm
Milk"
on
the
side.
This
coffee
was
100
Baht.
They
have
Air
Space
branded
drinking
water
for
35
Baht.
In
my
experience
here,
the
waiter
service
was
really
good.
They
were
friendly,
knowledgeable
of
the
menu
dishes
and
very
professional
in
their
attitude
and
demeanor.
Good
job!
I
slowly
ate
my
meal,
sipped
my
coffee
and
enjoyed
the
live
music.
I
chilled
out
and
relaxed.
The
place
wasn't
crowded
and
the
waiters
were
attentive
but
not
pushy,
so
I
took
a
little
break
and
read
a
short
chapter
from
a
book
that
I
brought.
I
paid
my
bill
in
the
restaurant
side
and
then
I
walked
around
snapping
some
photos.
There
are
a
lot
of
details
here.
I
walked
over
to
the
coffee
shop
side
and
I
noticed
that
they
had
a
display
case
of
cakes.
I
ordered
the
Carrot
Cheese
Cake
and
relaxed
at
a
sofa
table.
The
place
was
almost
empty
and
I
note
that
there
are
some
convenient
power
outlets,
so
bringing
a
laptop
or
tablet
for
a
little
online
work
would
not
be
a
problem
as
long
you
order
drinks
and
food.
The
Carrot
Cake
was
165
Baht
plus
10%
service
charge
and
7%
VAT.
My
waiter
had
followed
me
from
the
restaurant
side
and
when
I
paid
the
bill
for
the
cake,
he
gave
me
a
complimentary
Air
Space
baseball
hat!
In
conclusion,
Air
Space
is
a
unique
establishment
in
Hua
Hin
that
is
worth
visiting.
The
combination
of
the
atmosphere,
the
service
and
the
food
came
together
for
me
on
this
visit.
