What a find!! Staff here are so helpful and pleasant. Mike, the owner, seems rather shy initially. But he's been in business here for 25 years so really does have the inside scoop about the area, attractions, and the like. Upon chatting with him, I learned much and received first-rate service and incredible kindness with airline assistance and tour booking. I now wish I'd have booked more outings with his company, but am looking forward to some while still in Hua Hin. It's also a delight to work with an obviously educated guy and some English-speaking staff. Knowing his business is properly licensed, as are his drivers and guides, is also a huge PLUS because it's hard as a foreigner/newbie to Thailand to know whom to use or trust amidst the gajillion taxi/tour services up and down the street. Flyer beautifully constructed. Every excursion can be checked in advance on the Internet using CubeScan. We had booked the RIVER KWAI 2 DAYS excursion. These experiences are indescribable. And at a price that we thought was really cheap.

We have booked an individual trip for today through the General Manager, Mike Pschipsch, first to the spectacular Maeklong Railway Market and then to the breathtakingly beautiful Tham Khao Luang Cave. The pickup was super punctual at our hotel. We drove relaxed and safely in the fully air-conditioned van. Communication with the driver worked very well in English. Mike was very polite and very efficient good service

"I will retire in one year, so write what ever you want", a quote from Mr Ken himself, when we said that we would write a bad review. He sold tickets to Kho Phi Phi using an agent that had bad buses, took forever and included several hours of waiting on a bus station middle in the night. Mr Ken could not see that it is his problem that the travel companies he uses had poor or none quality, and that he had not informed us of that fact. If you want to support Ken's retirement, please feel free to use him, but we will never do that mistake again.

Today's trip was fun. My family received good service from the staff.

Started the adventure by booking this trip on their website, easy website and very useful self explainable. We, a party of four where picked up right on time in the early hours of the morning by the tour guide Mr. Bom and his driver. Big comfortable van with air conditioning. Right away we where explained the itinerary and all the possibilities of visiting toilets. The driver felt very safe with his driving and we got to learn later that day that he was a former truck driver (18 wheeler). So without spoiling any more….. The buffet was amazing, and the restaurant view was spectacular (cannot beat that) Our tour guide Mr. Bom was with us all the time helping and attending in whatever we needed Sooo in words ill give the trip a 5 star rating and the tour crew a 6 star rating. Needless to say: we’re from Sweden and of course we compare this trip with all other trips taken in other places in Thailand as Europe as South America. Thank you for this wonderful experience 🙏🏼

We have booked several tours. Each one was fantastic and we really enjoyed it. The tour guide spoke German and was great. We will be back soon and will definitely book with you again. Great Taxi from BKK to HH. He stops whereever you want or need. Toilette or eat something. I feel safe and he is fast...

Transfers to/from the airport work reliably and on time. Driver with sensible driving style, good service. The excursions are also great. Contact by email or telephone also in German.

We went on the tour to Sam Roi Yod National Park & Praya Nakhorn Cave and we had a great day. The guide was fantastic. No complaints about that. The reason for only 4 stars and not 5 stars is due to the tour was rated moderate in difficulty. I believe it should be rated Hard. Is was hard going there and hard getting back. Otherwise good job and a great day for us.

Very impressive and interesting 2-day tour to the River Kwai. Overnight at the romantic River Raft Hotel in Sai Yok National Park. Competent and friendly tour guide.

Very efficient and professional. Showed up on time and handled billing and communication effectively and courteously. If booking a driver suggest specifying non-smoking vehicle (unless you smoke, of course:).
