I found it to be a beautiful and quiet beach, if you take the normal regional train from Hua-Hin station you can get there very easily and from Suan Son station you just walk to the beach and there are many restaurants and public toilets there also.

Beautiful beach that is mainly used by Thais. Here you can rent a sun chair for THB 20 (price 2017/2018/2019) and find your shady spot under the coniferous trees. A table costs the same. Surrounding food stalls, shops and souvenir shops offer food, drinks, ... for little money. No sunbed/parasol storage like on the other beaches. The beach is in an accessible military area. The guard on the access road lets you through without any problem. Cross the railway track, then left and immediately right again. Everything was very pleasant and informal.

The wind blows all the time. It is a long beach next to Hat Sai Noi. There are quite a lot of people. Most of them are Thai families. There's like a food center nearby. You can buy one to sit and eat on the beach. The price is not expensive. There are tables and chairs for rent. Each chair is 20 baht. We rented 2 chairs and 1 table for 60 baht. (Update: Mussels bought from the first store There is only one shop for sale. I got diarrhea after eating 🥲)

Terrific beach. Good facilities. Less crowded than Hua Hin except on weekends where it's busier but still not not half as busy as the local Hua Hin beaches. Great food court with lots of Thai food choices.

We always have a visit to this beach when staying at Hua Hin. The sand is usually wide and the sea on most days is pleasant to have a walk in. We particularly love to see the small sand crabs scurrying around and the variety of birds who make it their home. At the start of the beach there are inexpensive sun beds to hire and a number of cafes. We always enjoy a walk of the full length of the beach. In the afternoon you can often see local people collecting cockles. Although the sand is not golden this beach is still worth a visit! 👍 😀 The beach is closed every Wednesday and please remember only to smoke in dedicated smoking areas!

Very peaceful, not so many tourists coming here yet many locals... But it's not that crowded comparing to any touristy place in Thailand

Feel like the old time Thai beach. Nice sand mix with old fashion and new age.

The air on here is very clean and fresh for a deep breath. Environment on this beach is also plenty of being natural. I saw a lot of mini-crabs were walking and running on the beach. They tried to make their home by roll sand to a round ball and put away from their house. These creature makes me craze for them. I fall in love om these beach so much. If you have time for travelling, why not you try to visit these beach? You will love it.

Lovely beach, mainly locals on here, it coats 20 thb to enter with parking right next to the beach. Chairs and umbrellas available there is a couple of food halls and a few shops. The beach itself is very clean and large so it felt empty all day although there were quiet a few people there. Definitely worth a visit

The parking fee is 20 baht. The beach bed seat fee is 20 baht each. The atmosphere is good. There's an umbrella made from a pine tree. I'm impressed.

👍👍 This is the best spot I know to watch the sunrise in Hua Hin. You can park your car or bike here. Max is about 10 cars, umpteen bikes. If it rains you can shelter in the pagoda. Around the corner is a 7-11 so you can get an early morning coffee and watch the sunrise. The tide here is a mysteriou...
