Classy-chic decor, spacious room, clean and serene private beach, huge infinity-edge pool, plentiful breakfast set, I would definitely give it a 5 stars only if the hotel met my request for a quiet-zone room. As a light sleeper, I booked the room with this special request two weeks in advance and re-confirmed this request right before the check-in. Yup, the hotel gave me the top-floor, corner room which on the first night was satisfactorily quiet. However, on the second night, the next room was occupied (it was during weekday and the rest of the rooms seemed empty). It was quiet until almost midnight when a sound of relentless, thumping beats from the adjacent room pierced through the silence of the night and became annoyingly audible for hours. Just can't believe the room at this price has no sound proof at all as the intermittent sounds of inconsiderate loud laughter and slamming of door in the middle night totally spoiled my vacation and experience! The thing is, there was no front desk available during that hours so the only thing I could do was to wait for the sound from that group of inconsiderate guests to just die down. How annoying!

Would put 4 or 5 stars review if not 2 things: - they force everyone to wear a mask and gloves at breakfast. I read review by customer about it but expected the stupid policy to vanish in July 2023, but apparently it wasn't the case there. - Staff lost one of bathrobes and blamed it on us. It's a bit weird because we certainly look like people who enjoy stealing bathrobes lol. It was sorted out but left some negative aftertaste. Also staff is largely disoriented - just an observation. Everything else is great - can't complain. With better management and abolition of stupid rules it deserves 4 or 5 stars.

Haven is Heaven. Pampered guests enjoy an amazing respite from the daily churn of reality. It's not expensive, so spoil yourself and come enjoy the comfort of the rooms, the exceptional food and spendid environment, tropical and natural. Breakfast is fantastic and coffee, real! Worth a mention. The showers, are perfect. Water pressure is a good strong push 💪 giving you a wonderful shower.

Clean and beautiful beach. But there is a noisy group seminar doing activities around hotel area and having a noisy party on beach until late night, which is disturbing. The hotel staff has not informed of this group seminar in advance. There are not enough parking lots.

What a fantastic hotel! friendly staffs, delicious foods, comfortable facilities, room is great, but please clean the front beach up it was so dirty plenty of plastics.

Quiet and peaceful hotel. Very impressed with the design that made the room (beachfront villa suite) very private and tranquil. Definitely consider for next staycation. The hotel is not too packed and just loved the vibes of the hotel. Although the staffs are not fully trained and because of not much of staffs, so don't expect to get a full service. No bellboy ready and need to carry the luggages by yourself from car to lobby and vice versa (acceptable since it s not that heavy) However, for those who have many luggages and require full service, may need to consider)

Small but beautiful hotel. This hotel was Haven prior charged to the new owner and renovated. Swimming pool along the beach is fabulous. Lovely hotel for a couple lovers. Beach front is beautiful indeed. Not crowded.

A nice boutique hotel with 6 villas and main building for rooms. The location is a bit remote from Hua Hin but makes it quite isolated and not many people around. The environment is superb for this size. Stayed in the Villa which got private pool at beach side, the villa is spacious and got nice view from bedroom. But for the private pool it is quite small and got no sunshine due to trees which gives some privacy, hence we used the main pool more often which is few steps away. The breakfast buffet serves Western, Thai, Japanese, Korean food which is quite international, but the quality is just OK. Overall it is very nice for remote urban escape stay if you look for some time to get disconnected (still they got some fast WiFi 😂)

The bedroom was good, the bathroom was large, the central pool had various depths suitable for children to play, breakfast was included and tasted great, pet-friendly.

Get here with a villa, get a good sleep with the natural sound of the tides

Great location, services and staff!! I called on the arrival day asking for a baby cot and staff response with kindness to get it ready before we arrived. We arrived around 11pm and all the staff (Reception, Bell boy, Maid) were super nice and helpful!

The sea view of this resort is perfect. We booked a 2 bedrooms seaview villa with private pool for birthday celebration. The hotel prepared us some balloons, birthday card, brownie and some fruits for surprise. Thanks for their preparation. The staff are so nice and helpful. As the hotel is not very big so the guests can enjoy the infinity pool well. I enjoyed the pool alone at 9 am. Relaxing!

If you’re looking for a boutique property in the Hua Hin area I would highly recommend. Off the beaten path and a good place to unplug for a few days. Alcohol is reasonably priced, staff is friendly, service is great and property is a short drive to Hua Hin proper. Will return

Vibe and location are very nice with Long Beach in front of the resort area as à bonus . Also food at the resort restaurant are perfect specially all goat dish .

Stay here before reaching to Bangkok and on the way back to Phuket, the hotel got an EV car charging underground car park. One of the highlights of this place was the swimming pool, which I really enjoyed, along with the beautiful view. I appreciated the attentive and friendly employees who provided excellent service, and the check-in and check-out processes were quick. The rooms were clean. However, a drawback is the location, which is far from the city center, with dark roads and parking quite low ceiling. Overall, it was great experience.

Very nice place, just a little bit outside of Hua Hin

I got a seaview room which was really nice and beautiful. The service was very good, all the staffs were really nice and helpful. The breakfast was the best, there were many selections and odd dishes you don’t expect to get in hotels!

Internet was a bit of an issue so if you have to work, plan to have a pocket wi-fi or any alternate solution

Good with kids, very clean, organized and animals look happy, relaxed and very well taken care of (see picture). The steak house is convenient with delicious food.

4 stars hotel... really! Overall is just soso...room, atmosphere (comparing with the same type of hotels), foods, and the lowest point here would be services. No bellboy, few staffs, phone in the room is not functional (inform staff, but not even asking to fix it, I had to call to the desk by using personal device multiple times). In conclusion, it is not that bad, but doesn't worth with the price and 4-stars hotel rating.

Was here for a friend’s wedding and it was lovely. A very good resort which is very well Managed as well. Nice cozy rooms with clean bathrooms and very helpful staff. The food was excellent but service was slow. Overall a pleasant experience.

We have thoroughly loved the stay, the staff are professional at providing top notch Thai hospitality. They will try their best to fulfill your wishes. We wanted a scooter and we just had to ask. Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle to the night market . Get the sea view rooms if you can.. they are highwell andstocked. Higher floors are better. Location is not the most convenient with respect to the city centre but we knew what we were getting, and so should you. Overall 5 stars for this well maintained little resort.
