Very clean room, nice shared space for breakfast or night time drink and the host was very helpful to arrange motorbikes and hold on to our bags during our two-day excursion to the national park. Would really recommend staying here!

Friendly host with exceptional level of English. Helpful tips and advice and can arrange scooter hire. Room was very clean and comfortable with one of the best and cleanest bathrooms I've seen in Thailand throughout my travels. Hua Hin is not my favourite place though.

Guest house provided drinking water had communal kettle, microwave and seating on balcony. Room was keen with comfy bed, tv and fridge. Is a little walk to everything and did have a problem with the dirty tap water for a short while.

A nice guesthouse on a quiet soi behind Grand Hotel Hua Hin. Great place if you want to stay in the center of the city and want to have a good rest.

Nice clean guesthouse.friendly owner .I think the guesthouse is in 2 houses next to each other .we had a room in the second house with a bathroom but it was down stairs.there is a kitchen and a little eating area .there is a bit of music from a bar or club but I just put ear plugs in .good free wifi

Unfortunately I have a light sleep. The room is next to a railway. The trains are sometimes honking when crossing starting from 06:30 am. The room is correct for the price but not well isolated from the noise. Point of improvement: no drinking water in the room :). The location is great except from the railway.
