A Grab order from this branch. They delivered me this pitiful latte instead of a caramel macchiato. Note the absence of foam and caramel drizzles. When I complained to Grab, Starbucks claimed that my order was correct, preventing me from getting a refund. This branch is incompetent and dishonest.

My most favourite Starbucks in the world. Outside seating is great, service excellent, all the staff are friendly and very helpful. I love the staff ask me if I want my usual order the moment I walk in the door. Always nice little inspiring messages on the drink cup.

Good coffee, clean, nice seating, good wifi, bathroom clean. Prices are just so much higher than other nice Thai coffee shops selling similar product.

I don’t understand why the prices in these stores are the same in Thailand as America. Surely the staff aren’t paid U.S. wages along with the prices of water, electric and real estate.

Hello every body. I come here every day and today have new staff. They are very stupid and not understand nothing. I need to paid 2 time because they forget some of my order. And I order almond croissant but today can’t be hot because the microwave are broken. You paid same price but is poor service. It’s really bad for this company to do like that.

DO NOT COME HERE FOR WIFI!!!!! My experience here was a disaster. I had an important meeting I needed to attend and this locations Wifi was as slow as 1990's dial-up. Not on the baristas, as they tried to help but clearly Starbucks corporate does not invest any resources into this location. Please don't make the same mistake I did if you have important work to do remotely by trusting this place.

Starbucks located in center of town. Normal quality Starbucks coffee, like everywhere else. Service was quick. Restaurant was clean. Toilets are upstairs, not wheelchair friendly, but Thailand is wheelchair friendly anywhere. Inside terras had airconditioning and outside is in the shade. Would recommend if you don't have access to good coffee elsewhere.

The staff speaks good English, and he is a very good salesman. Initially planned to have an Americano, but the staff saw my daughter, actively promoting buying 650 baths, will get a Starbuck Sling bag worth 410 bath for free. He will keep on counting how much more to buy to get the bag. At last, spending 650 bath for 3 drinks and 3 meals, haha

Good coffee. Very friendly staff. Efficient. Did not try their food but looked really good. They have cakes and savoury snacks such as pies and croissants. Again, big ups to the staff. Impressed.
