Came back since my last visit 6 years ago and they turn into pet friendly hotel. Since they didn’t separate pet zone and area for pets was quite limited, I don’t think it is convenient to have your pets with you here (but pet washing station at the beach was nice). Pet massage and super cute afternoon tea were a life saver though. Services and staff were average compared with other 5 stars out there. The Barai spa and chilled beachfront area were the most amazing things for this stay. 4 stars are for well maintenance room, the pool and the giant slider.

One of the finest experiences I’ve had at a resort in Thailand. From the moment we arrived we were greeted warmly and felt genuinely welcomed. They honored our Globalist status and all the benefits it entails. Our suite was very clean, roomy and well appointed. The resort staff was exceptional in all aspects and in every encounter we had. A special thanks to Vito, he made our stay all the more special with his kindness and dedication to providing a superior customer service experience. It was a pleasure meeting and communicating with him during our stay. The Hyatt Regency Hua Hin is fortunate to have him as an employee and representative of their commitment to excellence. We look forward to returning on our next trip.

Beautiful landscape and atmosphere with huge green garden and beach. If you come with your dog there is pet area where is separated from normal guests. The room for pet can stay, there is a dog bed, pet bowl and doggy doll provided for your dog. Good place for long vacation with your dog and family.

HYATT never disappoints you! I mostly traveled with only Hyatt in every county I visited since everywhere I go Hyatt is in the best location and provides best food and service. For Hua Hin, resort is connected with beach so you can enjoy both pool and sea. Gardening is amazing and it makes me feel like I’m surrounded by nature while having all convenient service. Very clean night market is 5 min walking from the resort as well. Highly recommend!

We often go to Hua Hin and this time decided to visit Hyatt Regency. We read a lot of good reviews but we found the overall picture to be mediocre compared to other 5* hotels in Hua Hin.First of all, we stayed in a pet friendly room with our dog. When we arrived in the room I stepped through the room in my socks, my black socks turned white because of the hair of the previous dog or cat that stayed there. This means that the room has not been cleaned as it should be. staff is friendly only the guards are too much - totally unnecessary so much control. The breakfast was fantastic.

Unfortunately had an awful experience with the management and hospitality of Hyatt Regency Hua Hin. Did the reservation and payment of pool access room with Booking and informed the Hotel that we will be coming with a dog. When we arrived from Bangkok, the manager Eve informed us, that they only accept the dogs in designated room, which is different type with garden view (where by the way on the terrace is very strong smell of pet toilet) and we can stay only 1 night instead of 6 reserved nights, because they are fully booked from tomorrow. It's totally ridiculous and completely unacceptable for the Hotel of such level. After 40 minutes they found and only offered 1 option is to stay at garden view room type and asked us to pay again for the 6 nights! Needless to say, that their lobby is outside, no fans for clients, only for their staff. We refused to accept their only option, and went to another Hotel. And one more important notice, when we started to load our luggage back to the car, the Hotel staff put them all on the ground, instead of the car trunk. Definitely not 5 star service. I would highly recommend to avoid this branch in Hua Hin, if you are traveling with the dog. We will never come back to this Hotel again.

The location, pool, service and breakfast were all fantastic. The room was truly terrible though: dated, extremely humid and with a really bad smell. We got a new room as the staff acknowledged our concerns but unfortunately it was exactly the same as the previous one. The staff even lit a scented candle but it did not help. It was not the experience we were expecting from a 5 stars hotel. Not recommended.

I have been there a few times . The room and service was very nice . Overall, the hotel is really beautiful, relaxing and clean . Probably the best resort in huahin. The beach is very nice , I always had a good time there. Small footnote: it wouldn’t hurt if the mark up for the pet friendly room could be a bit lower .

Amazing Hotel & Staff. The only Hyatt property in Hua Hin and a must visit Resort especially if you're a Hyatt member. Club lounge experience is Top class and the beach area is so much more cleaner than other resorts up north. Will go back soon.

We stayed there two times and all the time we found their staff very attentive and friendly. The receptionists (especially the male that was on duty that night we checked in, on our second stay) were very accommodating. He really looked for ways to fulfill our room request. Kudos to him. The club lounge is also very relaxing and everyone there was so accomodating. We had the swimup pool room and the suite room. The beach when the tide is high is great for swimming. The water slide makes the stay more fun especially for kids.We will gladly go back there again!

Best choice in Hua Hin. Great pool and beach. Thanks for the vegan menu and being pet friendly. I also loved the life music at evening time. If hot shower water would run faster, that would be amazing 🙏

We had stayed here twice before and were never in doubt about where to stay this year. It was a pleasure from day one. Rooms are great and likewise the service. The location couldn't be better. If we will come again? Yes, please!

Hyatt Regency Hua Hin offers a blissful retreat. Impeccable service, luxurious accommodations, and a serene atmosphere make it a standout choice. The spacious rooms, stunning pool, and diverse dining options enhance the overall experience. A perfect blend of relaxation and sophistication, ensuring a memorable stay on Thailand's enchanting coast.

Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. Special mention to Vito for being so welcoming and making us feel at ‘home’ for the week. The restaurants at the hotel were superb with lots of variety and the location was ideal only being a short walk from the night market / local town. We can’t wait to return!

My time at the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin was an absolute dream. The combination of a stunning pool, beautiful landscape, comfy bedroom, quality breakfast, and impeccable service make this resort a paradise. One of the standout features of this resort is its pool area. The pool is vast, sparkling clean, and surrounded by lush greenery, creating a tropical paradise that is perfect for relaxation. It's no wonder I never wanted to leave! If you're looking for an extraordinary getaway that leaves you longing to return, the Hyatt Regency Hua Hin is undoubtedly the place to be.

Terrible service!!!! Was there any? We booked months in advance (3rooms) and they put us in opposite ends of the resort! Didn’t seem to have anyone staying there you could always get a pool side lounge-but no one would come around with drinks or food. You could order them at the restaurant by the pool but would wait 20-30 for them-it’s a beer buddy, not hard to mix. We would return to our room every afternoon and our floor would be wet with condensation almost fell a couple times. The dampness in the room never really left. I get it’s a humid country but the other rooms were not like that. When we talked to the front desk about it they treated us like we were lying idiots. Not cool. Save your money-DONT. STAY. HERE.

The best resort in Hua Hin, in our opinion. Beautiful, lush green grounds; excellent pools; good selection of restaurants. The staff are also very attentive. Particular credit goes to Vito Chen, Guest Experience Manager, who is a superstar and deserves a promotion. We’ve been here 3 times and will come back again.

A beautiful hotel located on quiet side of HuaHin, very beautiful sandy beach, peaceful and can relax by the pool. Location: good near cicada market (open only weekend) Room: clean and modern. Staffs: friendly and helpful. Restaurants : fresh seafood, very tasty, varieties of food on menu both Thai and western. Breakfast : good, variety of choices both western breakfast or Thai breakfast Beach: wide sand beach and clean, you can swim when it’s not red flag show. Overall we were happy and hope to go back there again :)

Beautiful property with many facilities, beautiful swimming pool, great service staff. Only problem was the disappointment to not have a bathtub in the room as I’ve seen on some pictures and I think they should also add a coffee corner in the room. Otherwise the staff was amazing and bed extremely confortable.

Excellent hotel with well presented grounds and right on the beach. The staff were friendly and very helpful, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and very well equipped and the food at the restaurant was of a good quality. I didn't use the pool, but it's very large with a water slide for kids. There are great amenities, like a tennis court, basketball court, minigolf, etc and the hotel lays on activities like archery and football. I visited for a corporate retreat so can't comment on the price, but I would imagine it is worth it.

We had an amazing time at Hyatt regency and it was all thanks to the lovely staff and beautiful venue. Our favorite was Vito who went above and beyond to make us feel especially welcomed. He remembered small details of our conversation and even offered us a lovely present upon checking out that showed that he really listened. He addressed us by our names each time and it was very personable. Such a big change from other places we ever stayed. So big thanks to him! We will definitely be back!

We recently visit this resort twice over two consecutive weeks. It was a truly fabulous experience all round. Two staff in particular made our visit extra special, being Jaydai and Vito. Thanks once again to the both of you. We have visited many of the resorts in Hua Hin over the years but this was by far the best. The beach front location is amazing, as are the swimming pools, and rooms. Make sure you try the Massaman curry at the restaurant as it is outstanding. Breakfast is delicious and there is a wide selection. The iced tea was my personal favourite. Looking forward to return.

Amazing experience and had a great time there. Spent 4 days 3 nights last week, so I had a little time to browse and spent quality time. The favourite part of this is hotel activities being offered. We actually couldn't participate some of them. Everyone is very helpful and can be counted on. I like the gym in particular because it has maximum 3 people working out at the same time and followed SHA. As I work in DMC business i appreciate what hotel has to offer. Try McFarland House for afternoon tea, we loved it immensely, we asked for vegan option and it was delicious vegan option. Breakfast at Figs is wonderful, I prefer to eat there late in the morning after my walk and work out. Staff are friendly and we had great breakfasts. I haven't tried all parking lots but a couple of parking places i parked was no roof but then again it's just my thoughts. Security and privacy are excellent. Spa was famous around there but I am not a massage person so i didn't try. Overall, absolutely loved my time there. If you like waking up and see the trees and sound of ocean, this would be a perfect place to stay. Will come again.

What a lovely recharging stay!! Warm welcome from all staffs. Generous hospitality and generous activities. We enjoyed everything here… room, balcony, beach, landscape, restaurants, yoga and spa treatment. Breakfast was tasty. The room is nicely renovated. There are 2 parts of hotel, Hyatt Regency and the BARAI. They are well connected through landscape. Would highly recommend to others and will definitely come back.
