I recently visited Be Well Medical Clinic for treatment for food poisoning and was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and care provided by the staff. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease, and the communication with the staff was easy and clear. The clinic is conveniently located and has a clean and comfortable atmosphere. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable, and they made sure that all my concerns were addressed. The treatment plan they provided was effective and helped me recover quickly. This clinic very much reminds me of my Doctors office in Canada.My doctor ,Dr Paem is an excellent General Practitioner speaking fluent english .The service and empathy is all I can expect and more.They also have lab test available along with a pharmacy and a Physiotherapist .

Very nice and well equipped medical center. Staff speaks perfectly English. Also physiotherapy, lab facilities, house visits, etc. Very reasonable prices. Lots of parking space. I am very pleased that I discovered this Medical Center!

Perfect welcome for my foot injury taken care of quickly but I'm not sure if I saw the doctor rather a pharmacist or a nurse and the treatment does not work Not good But following this comment, the center immediately reacted and contacted me and received me the same day for further treatment with a doctor and gave me a follow-up appointment tomorrow! So competent, responsive and very kind! THANKS

Truly unbelievable. This place is really amazing. I've never said anything good about a clinic before but this place needs 10 stars. They are kind, prompt, helpful, attentive, clean, perfect. Dr Paemika did the best job taking off a mole on my face. There is absolutely no scar. She was so easy to talk to. I highly recommend this place. Thanks to all for their hard work.

New visitor/patient appointment & was well received by reception. Very little wait before seeing the doctor who was courteous & professional with her diagnosis & explanation. Very reasonable $$$, clean premises & close available parking. Would go back in a heartbeat.

My first time using the services at BeWell was disappointing, however, they went up and above to create a better second experience. I would return again with this in mind. It’s clear that they strive to provide a more thoughtful clinic for your medical needs.

My son and I started to have Covid symptoms so I decided to take all my 3 children there to get Covid-19 PCR test. They mixed up the samples and gave the wrong results (no name on the sample tubes). This is unacceptable and very risky. The staff swabbed my 5-year son way too deep his nose was bleeding for an hour! This mess costs us 10,000bht! One star is way too many already.

Probably the best General Practioners in Hua Hin. Very professional 'Western ' style set up. For more serious ailments they can provide a referral discount for Bangkok Hospital.

BeWell clinic is excellent. All the staff are friendly and efficient. In particular I would like to point out Dr. Paemika who is probably the first doctor in Thailand to have treated my long standing problem and actually CARES about my recovery. She has even made out of work hours phone calls to check on my condition if I had some treatment. Other docs in hospitals etc. seem to prefer to act as drug salespersons, whether they are efficient or not. Dr. Paemika instead takes great care to find the right drug for the problem and will order it if they don't already stock it. Not only that....she is a lovely person. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Our experience at Be well could not have gone better. Modern Western medicine and legendary Thai service. The staff, the welcome, the facilities, the professionalism are perfect! Reception by email, by telephone or in person, in English, no difficulty in understanding each other, ideal when you have to explain your symptoms and understand a diagnosis and treatment to follow. Doctor Paemika was perfect, giving my wife a quick diagnosis of pneumonia, without scaring us. In addition, the treatment is immediately available on site in their pharmacy. Most impressive: they offered to open the clinic on a Sunday morning 30 minutes early, so that my wife could receive her treatment and then we could catch our train on time at Hua Hin station. Just perfect.

Arrived in the parking lot with a torn ligament, was immediately taken to the waiting area in a wheelchair and was provided with cooling without being asked before the very competent and nice doctor took care of me. Thank you Bewell!

Its a great Clinic with very friendly staff. Its located at Banyan Residences, so you would expect it to be expensive. But the prices are actually very reasonable instead. Can reccomend this place for every medical issue that does not requre a hospital. They speak fluent english and offer membership programs.

If you need a GP, this is the only place in Hua Hin that provides western style GP services and in my experience, the quality of the service here is far superior to any GP in the UK, as you can get same day appointments here. Additionally, should you need a hospital referall, in my experience, it is better to go through best will and let them handle everything for you as your less likely to get lost in translation as you would if you went directly to the hospital. My whole family uses best will for all medical necessities and they been excellent.

This clinic has the very best doctors, nurses, dentists and fysiotherapists. Very much like a GP office in Western Europe but without the long waiting times but with the great Thai service mind and friendly service. Dr Paemika is a fabulous doctor, very knowledgeable, kind and caring.

Great clinic. I got my driver's license medical certificate here, the cost is better than other places. Also visited their dental office, treated my wife's tooth decay and put veneers, we liked everything very much, friendly staff and quality of work. Would recommend!
