Great location right on the beach, first class service from very friendly and hospitable staff, nice buffet breakfast. Guest rooms are comfortable and well appointed the aircon works really well however bathrooms are dimly lit for my liking and they could be cleaned a bit better. Overall experience is very good and I would definitely have the Hotel on my to visit again my list.

The staff are great, everybody absolutely friendly and welcoming.. The hotel itself I did not like. Everything is in dark colors, the pool suites offer a view onto a wall, that was so bad I changed the room to a low er priced category that at least got some light in the daytime. Air conditioning did not work properly in both rooms. When set to 29 degrees, it did not cool at all, when set to 28 it cooled the room down to 21 degrees. Afternoon tea for about 1500thb incl. tax and service charge is a plain rip off. Three small fried spring rolls, three samosas, 2 small fruit scewers and one mousse cake plus a small can of tea is just plain ridiculous. This hotel would be ok at lower prices, but at nearly 6000thb per night, there are many much better options in Hua Hin.

Beautiful hotel located within walking distance of shopping malls and on beachfront at HuaHin. Has Middle Eastern style rooms and surroundings large pool on the beachfront with onsite parking, kids facilities, beach bar & restaurants. For special occasions such as weddings, birthday party or else a gazebo can be hired from the hotel placed on the beach with a romantic atmosphere (6000 bth) Not a cheap place to stay but one of the best .

My boyfriend and I stayed here for 4 days and it was absolutely wonderful. Our room is spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Love the jacuzzi inside the room. The staff are very friendly and courteous especially to Khun Game in service which always make sure we are enjoying our breakfast and stay at the hotel. The pool is great and they have mini bar on the side. Our experience was memorable and fantastic. Would love to come back here again. One of the best hotel and high service standard we've experienced.

We had the most amazing stay at Marrakesh. The people were friendly and helpful, the included breakfast was in a gorgeous setting and delicious, the room was absolutely amazing - simply magical - with a gorgeous rooftop terrace with a hot tub! Every detail was taken care of. The location in the middle was convenient and safe. We had dinner one night and it was simply beyond expectation - the decor and ambiance with live music, candles, pool. We also did the cocktail bar which was also amazing! While it was not inexpensive, it was a great value relative to other riads I considered. We simply could not more highly recommend Marrakesh!

The hotel is fine but not great for the price. We had to move rooms because the jacuzzi wasn’t working. The pool bar doesn’t open until 1pm at the earliest and there is no waiter service to the sunbeds. The pool area has missing tiles, pool lights falling out, the small decking area for sunbeds has rotting and uneven wood……. Etc, etc. The staff, although friendly, have no obvious management and everything is a little amateurish. The location means a taxi is necessary to travel anywhere. The Hilton is better located and the facilities are far better ….. we are considering moving as we are not here for a short time. Finally, the hotel next door has a very noisy pool area with kids club that is adjacent to our pool area…..the screaming & shouting is unbearable from 9.30am until lunchtime and some sound proofing needs to be provided.

I am writing as my wife, who wrote the review of our first two weeks needs to be updated. After an initial frustration with our stay we’d like to make a more recent update. The noisy first week was obviously a one off as this last week the neighbouring property has been much quieter. The poolside bar should be available from, at the latest, noon. The breakfast service from 7-11 means that staff are otherwise occupied. Surely breakfast from 6.30-10.30 would be an option making staff free to open the poolside bar earlier. Iced coffees or coconuts would be a lovely refreshing late morning offer from the pool bar. We asked for the windows to be cleaned to the breakfast room and it happened (all but one) straight away …… you couldn’t see out before! And the pool light hanging out was fixed promptly too. Shame we had to ask ….. still loads of general maintenance that should be addressed. Usual frustrations getting a sunbed every day …. Get up at 5.30am or don’t bother. The staff are very friendly & helpful. If you need anything ask Gam …. His English is excellent and will get anything done! As recompense for our first frustrations we were offered a lovely complimentary massage. Many thanks! We ran and owned our own hotels for 50 years before recently retiring and like to give fair feed back.

My girlfriend and l enjoyed our stay at Marrakesh. The only complaint was that our electricity went off on our first night staying at the hotel. We notified the front desk staff and were allowed to stay in another room for the night. The power was restored the next day.

Lovely hotel with great staff . I thoroughly enjoyed my stay...whilst the hotel is not as central as some it's still close enough to everything not to be inconvenienced. Pool could do with being open a little earlier as on hot days had to search for staff for refreshments.

The most unique hotel in Hua Hin The rooms are so spacious and filled with Moroccan touch, hotel facility is good, love the patio outside the hotel facing the beach. Breakfast choice was good, just a bit too much on processed food.

This was my second time here, which means I loved it! The pool is lap swimming length, the beach right there, amazing sunrises, wonderful breakfast buffet, lovely staff, and big comfy rooms and beds. It is a bit far from the town, but it's cheap to grab a 5-minute tuk tuk ride.

It’s a yes for changing style , afternoon tea was great I like banana roll. I like the room but not toilet. I was confused by too many mirrors even in shower room. I like the small little private pool but it’s high chlorine I guess when I stayed.

This is a super nice hotel with excellent service and very friendly staff. My wife hurt her foot in the ocean and they took really good care of her. The breakfast is great with lots of freshly made dishes. We especially want to thank the super attentive and friendly waitor Game for making our breakfast experience so great!

Lovely Moroccan theme hotel. large rooms Junior Suite for about $160 per night. Feedback base on my 1st day evening check in impressions. probably a hotel that perhaps due to its color scheme can look rather dated but overall no issues for the price. Hope the breakfast is good

Marrakesh had it all, excellent location on the beach with stunning area to sit by the pool or beach and enjoy a drink… staff were SO lovely, especially ‘Game’ who was very helpful and friendly and helped organise activities we were interested in. A true professional with such a personable character. Highly recommend.

I would have give a 5 star but the promotion pictures shows a huge pool, but this is for only adjecent condo appartments belonging to the establishment. Resort visitors had only a smaller pool available. Parking for visitors ia not great, too few and no roof. However the beach is great, breakfast good. Style is something different from all the other 4/5 star contemporary designs. Staff friendly and helpfull. Clean rooms and facilities. I recommend this hotel and I would like to come back.

Staying in Marrakesh has always been a good memories, so we decided to stay in Marrakesh whenever we were in Huahin. Unfortunately this time round we came across some unpleasant moment. One of the facilities that I enjoy was having a good dip in the jacuzzi at the balcony. When the water level reaches the outlet of the jacuzzi faucet, I on it and I was shocked to see dirt of black things coming out from all the outlet ( seems like the dirt from the skins) all black dirt spread out to the jacuzzi. It’s really disgusting that makes me jumped out of the jacuzzi immediately. It’s pretty sad to see the cleanliness of Marrakesh is declining. Air condition in the room is not well maintain as well as it sometimes went very cold and some times warm. But kudos to the staffs, maintaining their smiles and hospitality. This is one plus point to Marrakesh to have such a great staffs but unfortunately the cleanliness of the jacuzzi makes me not wanting to come back to stay again in Marrakesh. Hope this feedback of mine can be a help for Marrakesh to look into the matters and rectified it.

Had a 2 bedroom place. Nice enough. AC worked, clean. Lots of water bottles in the fridge. No hot water in kitchen or the master bathroom. "Continental breakfast" is eggs in your fridge for you to make, some yogurt, and a loaf of bread. Nespresso machine and 5 or 6 capsules provided. Very large, long pool that looks very pretty wifh a slide that looks fun for kids. On the beach but we didn't have time or good weather to check it out.

We really enjoyed this hotel, stayed for a week and would be happy to come back. Staff is friendly and service minded, rooms are clean and fresh, and the pool area right next to the beach is superb. I recommend booking a room with pool view, even if the pool belongs to the neighboring apartment complex and you can’t access it the other side overlooks the parking and is a bit noisier. Food at the hotel is good and if you want options there are plenty along the beach or just get a taxi to town, takes less than 10 minutes.

Room was lovely but the pool was busy and loud. Also and not really their fault but their were so many mosquitos. Food was not great. Hot tub on balcony was great.

Would have rated it 5 stars if it wasn't for the below-standard problem tackling skills and rudeness of the manager. There was a problem with our booking done and already paid through an agent and we as a guest understood that problem. However, instead of providing us a proper assistance right away the manager (Kate) just repeatedly and rudely told us off and put aside all responsibilities the resort should take. This, in my opinion, is not the level of hospitality a resort of this grade ought to have and not what guests should tolerate. We ackowledge and accept issues regarding agent booking but what we weren't satisfied of was the low standard of this one manager. All of other hotel staff and their services were great, including the rooms and comfort. The 3 stars deducted was solely on that one manager.

Absolutely love this boutique hotel. My new favorite hotel in Hua Hin. Would love to stay here again! The grounds are beautiful, love the design. The room is great, I only wish they had more drawers to put our stuff away. We got the plunge pool room and really enjoyed it. The bed and pillows were comfortable; air con worked great. Service is superb at this hotel, everyone puts in a lot of effort to make sure your stay is enjoyable. They are friendly and always asking if you need anything else. Absolutely loved their breakfast, wide variety of food, drinks, and desserts; caters to vegetarians. They have a separate menu for vegetarians to order from. Also, really enjoyed the beach bar and chilling on the bean bags during late afternoons. Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

I went there with my partner for the restaurant. Options of Moroccan food are limited and they are good: couscous salad and Lamb tagine are good. Service is nice. Evening vibe, not really for lunch as they open at 2h pm. Access to garden and beach are very convenient.

It’s unique place, beautiful, you can walk through the beach from the hotel. I booked fountain pool suite, so we can enjoy our private pool in the room. But just many mosquitoes at private pool when it’s getting dark, but they gave us mosquitoes repellent lotion👌🏻

Stayed here for almost 3 weeks and we did not want to leave. Buffet breakfast is great, even during weekdays when there are not much guests, always the same quantity and quality. Sometimes I ask them to cook something else for me like the soup with pork and rice and they’d happily do it. Different kinds of coffee like espresso, macchiatto, latte, etc. Even there non-breakfast menu is good like the burger, spaghetti and ALL of their desserts. Rooms are big, bed is comfortable, rooms were quiet enough that I could work comfortably (I work at night). Though I would say that the cleaners don’t clean enough since they left the toilet as it is (not scrubbed). BTW, we got the cheapest room and it did not look cheap at all. Staff: AMAZING. Especialy Game and the rest of the servers. Also the kitchen staff. Note, Nut, Tingy, Belle, the bartender, the afternoon waiter who wears eye glasses. Even the receptionists and the bellboys. I wish we could tip them all. Location: I could safely say they have the best location. Walking distance to Blueport Mall, right accross the resort there are pharmacies, a dental clinic and streetfood. Right next to Nai Lert Resto which is a really nice beachfront resto. Beach: Prolly the best location too Second time to stay here. First was in 2014. Only difference I noticed is that the staff now speak much less English. Totally understandable since they have much more Thai guests than foreigners now. Overall, I’d happily stay there again and I highly recommend it.

Room was clean, A/C was so cold. I love jacuzzi tub outside the room with sea view. Nice birthday cake but a little but too sweet. Staff were friendly. Fast response when booking via the hotel. I would definitely go back.

We had a lovely 5D4N stay at Marrakesh resort! The place is beautifully decorated and it was so welcoming. Bath and bed were great! Staff are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely love the pool area and the view 😍 The water is warm at night so we enjoyed the pool at night too! The only downside are the mosquitoes around the resort. We got bitten outside our fountain pool area. Also, there was sewage smell coming from our initial room so we requested for a room change and they gladly did it. Gotta work on that smell cos it’s funky and nasty. Lastly, we were disappointed with the breakfast. Unfortunately I skipped bfast. It tasted really bad. I mean bacon is suppose to be chewy, not crispy. Maybe a change of chef and menu might work? But otherwise, I’ll definitely return cos we loved our stay! We grab ordered whenever we felt hungry! So lotsa food options near our hotel! Lastly, the parking lots are unique. First time seeing a car manually pushed 😂 quite hilarious. It will be good if you guys find a place for parking! Good luck! And thank you!
