Great gym and location for those living South Hua Hin. Pro : design super airy and definitely workout inspiring. Machines are great and they have it all. Price is attractive and fair. Clean place, even smell Dettol in bathrooms. Cons : the carpet on the mezzanine looks old and dirty. Should change for a liner. 1 Leg machine has a handle cover with fabric , will get old and dirty. They should hang small towel that can be used to clean machines after used, with antiseptic. Lots of people sweats on it and leave the next user with that sweat and smell on it. + The plastic with be damaged very soon if they let People sweat on it and no clean right after.

I usually go to Endorphin across the road. The rocket scientist at Endorphin decided to double+ the price from 90 to 200 baht. Said no and headed to Tank Gym @ 120. More spacious and more equipment. I'm not cheap but doubling+ the price is taking the urine.

Solid gym. I'd say one of the more complete gyms in Hua Hin. Open air setup. There is NO air-conditioning FYI. If you're fickle about that, then you should look elsewhere. Fans are available, however. I go when they open in the morning around 7AM, and it's fairly empty. I pay 60 THB for a day pass, so it's very affordable. They got a squat rack, a deadlift platform, free weights, cardio equipment, and a bunch of machines. There is also a second level, but I didn't go up there. It looked like more cardio bikes and possibly another squat rack.

Gym has mostly new equipments big space. It got the sit up bench and "Stair mechine" and most of the body exercise of the body part.There is the second floor for the streching. It's almost and outdoor Gym, cus there is no Air condition at all only fans and some open wondows.It's too hot to go there in the middle of the day. The baht rooms are the dressing room, which is not really the dressing room, cus you have to change cloths on the baht room or in WC. The price is ok, 80 baht per one time, 799 baht per month.There are free parking in front of the Gym. Minus point of this gym for me, is no AC, otherwise other things overall are ok.
