Some great staffs with a good service mind but a more senior person (K. J..a) with poor manners (not listening to customers, ignoring them as if they were air) could use a good customer service course. With Thailand trying to recover from the economic woes of a collapsed tourism industry it is now even more important than ever to show foreigners we are the land of smiles and provide quality service. Let's never forget that foreigners can go anywhere in the world to celebrate their holidays or retirement. Let's be grateful for them chosing Thailand. 🇹🇭
