My favourite of the night markets in and around central Bangkok. Set amongst the shiny skyscrapers of Rama IX it has over 100 stands - around two thirds food, one third other. The non-food stalls are a bit limited (unless you want second-hand retro trainers and cat-shirts!), but the food and drink selection is fantastic! Thai, Korean, Japanese and even a couple of European food stands. Plus there are several bars and a few beer stands. What’s not to like?!? Photos were taken on a Tuesday evening at around 5.30, just before the sun set and it got properly busy.

This new night market is cleaner. The passage way is wide enough for shopping. However, I think it is over rated. It seems to have more food stalls as compared to the old night market. If you prefer night market with more food stalls, this is meant for you. We had volcano pork ribs (火山排骨) and it was awesome. However, make sure you visit the right stall.

Huge night market with lots of stalls selling street skewers, desserts, seafood, pork ribs in hot sauce. There are many fashion items and accessories for young people too. Walk ways quite narrow, so be prepared to squeeze in the crowd. Take good care of your wallet and mobile phone. Alfresco life music and bar is available. Good to visit in the evening when visiting Bangkok.

such a disappoint market. i don't really recommend to go. always you need to pay something. you can feel the people who sells food or stuff they are so greedy about money. toilet is really awful and you need to pay 5 bath. i don't care i need to pay but it's really old. also, the middle of table seat is all from food truck. they were forcing us to buy one beer for 300 bath if we want to stay table. there is not much place to have snack. the market needs lots of improvement.

This is a very lively night market with plenty of food. I am surprised by the huge crowd, and I am surprised again by the taste of the food. The taste is good. The atmosphere is amazing! We recommend that you visit at least once. You have to pay to use the toilet. Be sure to bring coins

Very popular place for varieties of food options, beverages, clothes and other items. It's mainly known for its food options (even insects). The place opens in the evening after 4pm and the best time to visit would be after 7pm. But we had gone a little early so many shops were just getting set up. The mango smoothie was amazing. Do try the Durian fruit there. Overall a good place to visit.

This location doesn't quite capture the interest of my family and me. Many of the food stalls offer similar options, and the overall quality is rather mediocre. We visited on a Sunday night, and it wasn't particularly bustling, especially towards the back of the premises where it was quite tranquil. The majority of diners were Asian; I don't recall seeing any Westerners during our visit.

    - Food and Drink: There are so many stalls. Some food tastes so much better at other restaurants. I was kind of disappointed at the time but I had a great experience trying out many things in one place. - Price: of course it's cheaper than in restaurants. - Atmosphere: it's very crowded but fun. - Hygiene: it depends on each shop.

Very excited to be there for the first time, but was later disappointed with certain food there. Well, it's not that crowded at certain days, but it can gets sweaty as you walk thru all the stalls. Though the look of the seafood was very enticing... but there's a problem is when you eat it, they ain't so fresh as you look. Because the vendor does knows how to cheat you in many ways. Order a platter of seafood for dinner, at least 3 out of 5 dishes are obviously not only that they are not fresh, but it's been stale probably for days. That's what you eat when you see all the live seafood placed on displayed.

Overall a great first time experience for me. It was crowded but not too much to not be able to walk. Food selection was good and diverse with affordable price. Shops were quite cheap and you will be able to find some gems here. Been here twice in two days and it was raining in both occasions, still it is quite fun! Come if you haven’t been here before as it is certainly worth it.

Went here just to try the famous dish green chili pork ribs 🤤 totally satisfied. There’re other food stalls and clothing options for you to shop but since our purpose has fulfilled, we only walked around for a little bit and went back. Our friends got a few good buys so I guess the price here is quite reasonable overall.

Such a fun night market! So many options for food (not so many for vegetarians unless you go for the sweet stuff like Mango sticky rice etc). Great selection for stores to shop for the clothes. Interesting interactive stalls available too where you get to paint etc. I went around 8 pm on a Monday night, and it was so crowded we had to make laps to find a place where we could just sit and eat. The only downside for me is the crowd and how it hard it is to move around.

Great place to eat when you're in Bangkok. They've put most of the local food accessible here, and as a bonus they also have things for tourists to bring home.

We wanted to go to the other Jodd Fairs but Rama 9 was closer to our hotel so we went here instead. So many food stalls to choose from! Definitely one of the best night markets in Bangkok. Food and fruit shakes were all good.

Much better than the last time we came. Shops are more organised, plenty of shopping and food choices. Nice music too. A few of the large food outlets are quite aggressive in getting you to dine in, kind of irritating. Other than that, it's a good night market to visit. You get everything there.

Have wide variety of seafood. Do visit if you’re a seafood lover. I’m not really a seafood lover but there are other good food like the fried sticker drumstick which is 10 baht each and it is a steal. Highly recommend it if you love fried chicken. They also have very cheap and tasty drinks but you’ll need to find. I highly recommend people to walk through the whole thing before making the decision of what to eat to do justice to all of the stalls here.

Lots of stores to get fun food items from and buy clothing and souvenirs. It's open until 12am. You have to try the honey ice cream it's amazing! If you're feeling adventurous they also have crocodile, which as you can guess, tastes like chicken.

Amazing night market. Would recommend to visit! The place has a wide variety of food and they all taste so good. There are some clothing shops and drinking place at the end. You can choose to sit and have a meal at some of the tent area, or at the common sitting areas where you can bring all the various food and drinks to share with friends. We tried raw prawns, moo ping, squid eggs, pad thai, coconut ice cream, lemon drink, coconut drink, beer and more. It starts getting crowded after 6pm so be aware.

To me this is the best night market in Bangkok, even though it's not an old/traditional one. Great food, mostly Thai people, rather nice things to buy at the stands. Def. worthwhile going.

Very touristy. Food stalls were pretty repetitive, not the tastiest, yet were pricier than more local joints. The only item here worth trying might be the pork rib tower - very tender!

One of the best markets in Bangkok! Unsurprisingly it gets very busy in the evening and also quite hot, so dress accordingly. There is lots to see and discover. Shopping, eating, drinking, vibing to music… everything is possible! At this market there is something for everyone! Cash or Scan are the most common payment options, card payments are very rare. This location is closing down at the end of the year, but there is already a new Jodds Fairs.

Very nice night market. More food stalls than clothes. The smoothie stall by the pretty lady on TikTok was quite good, worth to try. Most food there are other cuisines like Korean and Japanese. Not really have authentic Thai food. Very convenient from Rama 9 station, just take train there. Worth a visit but do have a empty stomach before coming!

Jodd fairs night market covers a large area on both sides of the road. Very crowded with tourists. It's open daily from 4pm till midnight. Advise to visit at night as it is cooler. Majority sell street foods of thais. We found one halal stall selling seafood and egg noodles. We couldn't cover all the area in a visit. Better find the area that sells the items that you want. In one area, there are souvenirs, clothing, and others

A popular night market near where I stay. A must visit night market for tourist. Most of the stalls are food and drinks, some stall selling fashion, souvenir, arts and crafts. It is a fun place to hang out with friends. This place is very crowded in the night and weekend.

The market is a fantastic place to find fresh, organic produce and support local farmers. The vibrant atmosphere, friendly vendors, and variety of products make it a truly enjoyable experience. From juicy fruits to colorful vegetables, the quality of the produce is exceptional. The community vibe and the opportunity to connect with local growers make the farmers market a gem in the city.

A giant night market with walking distance from nearby trains station. Its has a total of 700 different stalls to choose from. Many varieties of local authentic street foods at reasonable prices. The operating hours from 4pm until midnight. A popular place to hang out during night time.

This night market is not too big but it is absolutely jam packed with both locals and tourists. There are queues pretty much for most of the famous food stalls. 50% food, 50% retail shops. It can get pretty hot so be sure to go in light clothing. Worth the visit for the authentic Thai night market experience.

we went 3 different night market. This one is the best in food, traffic and people. Price is in wide range between different shop, should look around if you mind they charge you more. Staff are all very nice and thoughtful. We had very good time here.
