Have been there two nights. It was a good experience. Neat and clean room. Very spacious. And the price is reasonable. They offer Free breakfast. Its a continental-thai style breakfast. But everyone likes it. Only problem we faced that there are no good restaurants near to the hotel. Hotel have it's own restaurant. But we wanted to step out and try some other foods/restaurants. Other than that it's worth for the price. I will recommend to my friends if they are planning to go Bangkok.

We truly love this place. Have stayed multiple times now. Rooms are a good size for the price. The lobby/bar is a good place to sit with friends for a chat. Ideal location for events happening at Thailand Cultural Center.

The place was good. Service was good. Quality of rooms was awesome. PS: the people in Bangkok are really very rude ... They don't smile at you when greeting customers. I requested a gentleman to click a family pic for is and his hand + facial expressions told me to get lost. Another instance of their rude attitude was when we asked a bike taxi to take us to a certain point... He agreed. Since he was eating his dinner we politely told him to finish while we were waiting. After about 40 seconds he closed his box ... Started the bike and zoomed off from right in front of us with another passenger without even telling us anything. Shopkeepers don't smile ... Hotel reception people don't smile despite being in the hospitality industry.... That is pathetic.. Artrium was overall a very good place to stay in

While the facilities itself are okay, the location of the hotel is not ideal. It is not close to anything and is right next to the highway. You can hear the traffic all night and the only thing separating the pool from the traffic is a fence. The buffet is OKAY and the Wifi was not steady. Overall, my experience here was disappointing. The pictures on the site are not true to reality. Also, all of the workers there were not very friendly. I think there are better options in this price range and near the city.

For this price point this place was great. We stayed here because it was only a couple of kilometers from the Thai cultural center. Beds were very comfortable although the room was a little worn in some places. We were on the west facing side of the building which made it a bit hard for the ac to keep up at first. After I ordered a bucket of ice for 60bt I realized there is a 7-11 right next door.

the room is good the lobby is very beautiful size of room is good big enough only not top class but when i booked i was expecting much less when i see the entrance and lobby i really surprised so it's good hotel

This hotel suits our budget for just a weekend getaway. The location is close to MRT Huaykwang. The only downside was that the pool was on the ground floor. Would have been nice if it was on the top floor for privacy. But apart from that it's a great place to stay.

For a 3 star hotel, this place is great! The bed is comfortable, the room is clean and there is a swimming pool. There is a 7 Eleven right next door and it is a 5 minute taxi ride to the Huai kwang MRT station. The only negative side is that there are not many restaurant options near by so a taxi ride is required to get to the nearest markets, only about 5 or 10 minute ride however. Overall we were satisfied.

Masal Tea served is not hot we tried Telling staff but issue was they couldn’t speak in English . Girls who were managing said you go and get , while i was telling tea is not hot go an check She was telling me you go and take tea ✅🧐😞 People don’t know what kind of customer coming and Aloo bhaji is made without puri what the use,,,, No dental and saving kit while shaving kit given is 5th world quality Extremely bad experience in hote Room number 815 I guess hotel very insensitive and to be avoided by Indian Hotel is big disgrace for Thailand and Bangkok

Excellent property with all modern amenities. Check in was smooth and the reception was welcoming. Rooms are spacious with double bed or two single bed option. House keeping service was fast. Breakfast had multiple options and the food was tasty. Metro is 10 mins walk from the hotel with multiple 7 Eleven shops around the area. You can also find multiple Chinese eateries on both sides of the road.

Great hospitality with helpful staffs. The pricing of the hotel is economic and the rooms and service is awesome. They gave me a balcony room and the view outside was amazing. Really thankful to the staffs as me and my friend were mistakenly going to take Pork food, she came and let us know and changed the plate. If I will go Bangkok again then will definitely stay here.

Reception is fine, staff is fine - not exceeding any expectations. The room had ants, bathroom had ants and the underside of the bathroom sink is not fully fixed, nails poking down from the cement. Smoking rooms on the same hallway made the hallway smell horrible.. too expensive for this.
