One of the best & our favorite to stay for HIGH beer.The service are always good and friendly ober & servesters.Foods and always yum-:)

visiting this place gave Fletcher Hotels more points from my perspective. they made a newly built/renovated residence of an old style Dutch architecture buildings. you can walk around enjoying water view with boats, go to one of the restaurants, use their business space or stay at a hotel like a nice gat-a-way place.

Recently enjoyed a High Tea reservation at Fletcher Hotel-Restaurant Nautisch Kwartier. The High Tea experience was presented beautifully, offering an abundance of delicious treats. The restaurant itself was elegant and well-maintained, with service that was satisfactory. However, I did notice a lack of ambiance in the restaurant, and the temperature was on the warmer side. Despite indicating my dietary preference as vegan during the reservation, it seemed that this detail wasn't taken into account 😢😢. Nevertheless, there were ample options available for vegetarians. It's important to note that there's still some confusion in certain places about the distinction between vegan and vegetarian diets.However I did expect more from a Hotel like Fletcher. Thank you to the team for their efforts. The overall experience was enjoyable, even though there were a few aspects that could be improved upon. Looking forward to returning in the future.

Tolles Hotel, Zimmer sind sauber und die kleinen Häuschen machen echt einen gemütlichen Eindruck. Waren bereits das zweite Mal dort und kommen bestimmt wieder

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Zimmern in Nebengebäuden, ein oder zwei Restaurants, einer Bar und auch einem größeren Veranstaltungsraum. Unser Zimmer war sehr groß und sauber, der Empfang freundlich und die Umgebung direkt am Wasser sehr attraktiv. Für die Fahrräder gibt es eine seeeeeehr lange abschließbare Garage (drei bis vier Mal so lang wie normal), die allerdings mit Rädern angefüllt war. Für unsere Räder haben wir eine andere, sichere Unterstellmöglichkeit gefunden. Von den zwei Restaurants haben wir das "italienisch" orientierte besucht. Wir waren mit dem Service, dem Essen und dem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis sehr zufrieden. Ein Kompliment an die Bedienung, die allein das komplette (!) Lokal bediente (Bestellungen aufnehmen, Getränke und Essen bringen, Tische zuweisen - das alles freundlich und professionell den ganzen Abend lang. Wir können Hotel und Restaurant empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

The place was really nice. It was cozy and has beautiful views. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy. The thing that I can complain was on our 2nd night dinner, the pasta with shrimp was really bland.

Nice room and very quiet location. The service in the Italian restaurant on site was awful. When we arrived were ignored for several minutes. We were finally shown to a table and placed our order. One dish was prepared very quickly then we could see it sitting under the heat lamp for 15minutes until the chef realised that two dishes had been ordered. He prepared the second dish and called for service. After he had called several times and no waiter had appeared, I stood up and carried the two plates to our table. We didn't realise it was self-service! The food was very good. The waitress asked if we would like dessert - and then vanished leaving us waiting for the menus. I had just stood up to go and get the menus myself when she reappeared. The final straw was when they tried to charge us 4.10 euro for two glasses of tap water.

Nice hotel but I ordered a nice suprise for my boyfriend and we had Email contact and they forget it! :( that was very sad

Rooms were very nice, it was a quiet picturesque area.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay. The room was very nice, the bed was quite soft. The food at the wine bar was very good. The best part was the friendly people at the reception desk especially the woman who checked us out early morning of April 4. Super friendly, very caring and so thoughtful. Please let her know she made our day. We will definitely check out other Fletcher hotels in our future travels!

The location, the friendly staff and the room had excellent facilities

The neighbors were awake until 2 and couldn't figure out how to close the windows, they slammed those things for an hour. It was really expensive and bed sheets were pretty rough, always came off bed in the middle of the nights we were there. Nothing much to do but spend money at their bar etc. Room itself was nice.

It looks very nice and the location is great. But the rooms were rather disappointing. You have to walk every morning through the ( mostly) rain to get to breakfast. The rooms are noisy because of air-conditioning that you cannot switch off. The beds are super laid out / soft . Breakfast was okay but not super great

A lovely place. The hotel employees are very kind and they want to make your wishes come true. This Sunday they even started the breakfast 30 minutes earlier just for us. Awesome. The breakfast has a huge selection. All food had a very high quality. My room was very clean and comfortable. Modern furniture and a comfortable bed. The wifi is free and you can easily watch streams :) I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. I will defiantly book again in Fletcher hotels! Keep up the great work

Beautiful location and beautiful hotel. Very good service and a takeaway solution for meals. NOTE - Make sure to check the room you receive before actually putting your things down. Ours seem to have been in the midst of renovation. Also - the terrace is next to a huge and noisy A/C. It’s OK when you’re in the room, but not so nice when in the terrace. Lastly - double check the bill before paying it. We almost paid twice for dinner.

The view on the harbour and the lake were very nice. The room was clean and the staff friendly.

We had diner in the restaurant. Beautiful place and very friendly waiters. Also the girl from the check-in was very friendly and very helpful, compliments for her. The card isn't that special, but I had a daily special, redfish on vegetables with bechamel and ravigotte sauce, just fantastic. My mother had saté Bali, she likes it too. A 5 star for my dish and the friendly staff!

Our boat (Riviera Geoffrey Chaucer) was docked right outside so we asked if they would put the football on which they agreed so good beer and great result 👍 very friendly people and a lovely marina area

Despite the description 'there is separate bath tub and shower' on the page and my confirmation e-mail, there was no bath tub in the room.I asked the reception desk, they said 'No, only suite room has it, suite room is only for wedding guest'. I was looking forward to take a bath, the description was misleading. And one more problem, I was waken up by loud fire alarm at 4:30am, other guests were also waken up, it was malfunction but there was no apologies from the hotel. Viewing around the hotel was nice.
