Marta is absolutely the best! She has been treating me for probably around 10+ years now. The environment is safe, welcoming, and comfortable and she is professional, well trained, and experienced. Marta is very strong so the treatments go very deep. I'm convinced that is what makes her the best! She continues to help with an on-going hamstring issue to get me back on my bike more often. With her help I continue to run (everything from 5k's to marathons) and more recently do Crossfit workouts. Marta definitely helps me remain active and injury free. Additionally, Marta is helpful and honest. She will provide exercises to do at home and if I can manage with a longer time span between sessions she will tell me. There has never been the concern that she wants me in more often just to get the business. Marta is a pleasure to work with at staying healthy. While there are closer options for me (e.g. a sports clinic across the street) I can't envision going to anyone else.

I can't recommend Marta and her team at Myosense enough. They have been essential for me to ensure that body stays pain free and my mobility stay fluid. Keep up the amazing work, folks.

I recently had a back massage at Myosense with Sam RMT. I had significant trigger point issues with the right scapula and the base of my neck. Sam methodically provided deep tissue massage on those knotted muscles and work them free. I highly recommend Myosense and Sam and will use their services again in the future. P.L.

I have been seeing Marta off and on for many years, through several traumatic injuries, i.e. severe whiplash, psoas tear/ tendonitis, low back issues, anterior pelvic tilt, etc. She is an exceptionally skilled practitioner, has an extensive knowledge of the fascia and muscles and can find the source of the issue every time. She tailors the treatment to your concern and always with great results. She brought me back from barely functional to strong and fit, and thanks to her I was able to return to most of my physical activities, where doctors and other practitioners had given up on me. Amazing! Had one of the best massages. Great slightly warmed bed. Sam is fantastic, i noticed he has recent certification in craniosacral therapy (I think that's what it was called...), and is great at applying it to help relax and relieve tension in the back of the head and neck area. Thanks!!!

Myosense has been my go to ever since I moved to Ottawa in 2017. J.P's work has been nothing short of a miracle for me. Through acupuncture, massage, cupping and cosmetic acupuncture, he has helped me overcome a lot of issues related to stress, digestion, and fatigue. The overall sense of well-being is heightened every time I leave this place. One of the best wellness clinics in Ottawa and J.P. is so so knowledgeable!
