Love the location love that the staff are not over staffed equipment is clean my only issue is the people that come to the gym. In my experience it’s the customers that are gross for example 1 how hard is it to clean up after yourself in the shower or flushing the toilets after use? Very much a serious question. And example to I’m seeing plenty of people not wiping down the equipment after they use it. So this is a friendly reminder when coming to any establishment don’t go blaming the employees they are doing their jobs as best as possible. Again I do not work here I am a customer like the rest of us. And this is my point of view.

I love it here- clean gym, lots of machines, rarely is it ever slam packed busy. Solid community and the staff is really friendly. I’ll be coming back here for a while

The black girl at the front desk, she doesn't say anything to me or even don't look when she is alone or with coworker. Or gives me a "look" . However, when the leader is with her, she got big smile and welcoming. I thought there are two different people. Now i know the girl just have "two Faces" Today i asked her where the scanner is, i pointed the camera.. She doesn't clean anything just opens the bathroom doors and look inside then leave. Funny, Why don't you just ignore me always? Better then gave "the look" to your "Customers" Do your best to make people around you feel better. why two starts? 2/5 people are trying to be kind.. no, more like one of them..

Very friendly and accommodating staff but the place is very busy even at 10pm at night. There's not a lot of gyms in the area so they've got the market cornered which means you get people who camp out at their prefered workouts. There's a lot of sjw messaging around the gym which isn't my cup of tea but you might like it. All in all you can get your burn on for a reasonable price. It ain't the 24 off the 405 but they don't pretend to be either.

We’ve been going here for about 1-1/2 years now. It’s always clean, the staff is friendly and the machines always work (on the rare event that one breaks, they are repaired quickly). I’m not a huge gym rat… 45 min is all I need. It’s perfect for me

Staff is friendly and kind at this gym. I know some PF gym staff can be a turn off but they are friendly when you notify them of any paper towels missing or any mess from someone's water. I do like how the app gives a gym forecast of people attending so you know when it's best for you to go and not wait on any machines from anyone else.

The gym was clean, but I was surprised when I stepped into the women's bathroom. It was my first time at this location, a weekday around noon. The toilets weren't that clean, the showers had a few hair piles, and the shower curtains needed their own washing. I never had to worry about this at my old PF. I should have taken photos. I'll have to find another branch for now.

Management here wouldn't let me cancel my membership over the phone, and then charged me $99 for a yearly membership that I never signed up for before I could get in and cancel. Reporting these thieves to whichever authorities handle this stuff. (Anybody know who that'd be?)

Love this gym, trainers are so supportive . You feel welcome as soon as you enter and everyone there becomes your friend. Good variety of classes to keep you motivated and fun.

Get Erik to show you a workout made for you. I'm down 3 sizes and he started me off light! The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The gym is clean!! 95% of the people clean machines, but the 5% that don't are gross. Thank God staff is on top of it and clean machines every half-hour. 24 hour Fitness is within walking distance, but I prefer PF. 24 Hour stinks!!!

Will never go back to this location. When I walked in no one was at the desk. I then noticed some staff doing their own fitness workouts. The two young ladies who did eventually managed to emerge out of the shadows seemed confused as to what was happening. The women's locker room was dirty and the showers were disgusting. I walked out.

Great gym clean great staff seems like a everyone is respectful of each other.ONLY Problem is that not everyone where's deodorant THATS NASTY AND DIRTY COME ON PEOPLE YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE PLEASE IT SUCKS TO TRY TO WORK OUT WHEN YOU CANT BREATHE.

I am loving the experience. Training with Garrett has really been very helpful on my working out journey. I usually am never confident enough to use the machines so having the trainer will keep me wanting to come back.

Really impressed! No pressure easy online enrollment w/ low membership options. Love my multiple Huntington Beach location which my girl and I enjoy across from her HS. Visited my son in Dallas and He signed up after I took him inside while I dropped in for the massage chairs and tanning. :)

Good gym for the beginner to intermediate gym goer. Message chairs on the black card membership are a nice after workout treat.

It's a solid gym. It's missing a few things that would make it a great gym. If you're just looking for a good gym without a lot of free weights and a lot of judgement then this may be the correct gym for you. No pool, basketball court, or other luxury items, but a good place to go workout.

Love this location. Spotless, friendly staff and equipment is in excellent condition. My one complaint is the change of hours. Miss being open 24 hrs. Even staying open until midnight would be great.

This is my favorite gym. Clean, nice equipment, the app tells you how busy it is before you go. There are no classes or pool, but I am not interested in those so for $10 a month, you can't beat this place

Was shocked when the Huntington Beach store wouldn't even let my 10yr old in the building. Explained he was sitting in the lobby while my wife and I worked out 10ft away they said 13 to enter building.

So glad I'm a member. I never commit to anything for more than a year even threatened with cancel fees . Planet fitness has all the things I need and my home PF is the best .I use my black card and I visit many different PF I might even break a the record someday .

Very clean facility. A large variety of workout options for free weights, machines, medicine balls, ropes, and more. Clean restrooms and locker rooms. Never had a problem with the staff even once always been great thank you.

I feel like most of the time there is plenty of equipment available for use, unless someone sits on a machine with headphones on. I like to do my workout and leave. I wish people would not sit on machines to listen to music or make phone calls. It should be posted better to use a machine to workout, not as a chair.

I just joined 1 month ago and I absolutely love this place! It is immaculate and not crowded. The staff is outstanding and eagerly helps with anything I may need. I am a senior and I am definitely not alone. There is a very nice atmosphere in this gym. I am adding to my 5 star review. Now that I've been going for 5 months now, I have nothing but excellent things to say about the Huntington Beach location. I'd give it a 5++. Anthony is the manager and is fantastic! He's always there to help and is super nice. This gym is kept so clean! I'm a member for life! I highly recommend

Nice and clean! Showers are updated and have soap dispensers (some locations don’t) The tanning rooms are small but clean.. so not complaining just sharing my observation. Employees are nice and seem better trained than most locations. A+

Scam company. Have to send a letter to cancel membership even though you can sign up online, just so they can steal money for as long as possible. Purposely doesn’t let you use a credit card to make it harder to get your money back

The Huntington Beach planet fitness staff is awesome. They have enough equipment lots of cardio machines and everything is super super clean.

Wonderful staff to answer all my questions and a clean gym. I love all the different machines and also tanning and water jet massage is awesome.
