24 Hr fitness is convenient in regards to locations and hours availability.The membership costs to me are a little high. I wish they would offer different types of memberships and tiers of accessibility. I don't want to have to pay for things such as the sauna, jacuzzi, steam room and pool. I will never use those. Just a suggestion 💪😁

This is my default gym. I like 24 and the staff here is great but this 24 next to bucca di beppo is falling apart, very dated. Been coming here for a year and no visual improvements. Showers leak, some machines are broken and poorly maintained. Theres 2 or 3 bikes that are broken as of last week. One threadmill also was broken. Locker room can use some upgrades. I had shoes stolen from me here last week while i was showering so definitely some shady people coming in. Also please change to a sports channel in the lockers. The drew Barrymore show is getting old lol. For 24 corporate, please invest some money in this gym to make it at least a little better. This is a convenient location and a lot of people come here. Update 6/6 All mens showers where out of body and hair wash, at 2pm. Not the first time this happens. Also, your corner sink hand sensor has been broken for over 1 year. Fix this your sinks please. Sauna was extra dirty as well, with a big ball of black hair by the drain. Let me know what time you refill and clean everything (if you do) so i can come at that time instead.

If you care about your workout and workout only. This is a fantastic gym. If your picky about fine details in cleanliness and upkeep, you won't particularly enjoy this gym nor any gym except Equinox. Out of all the gyms I've been too I get some of my best workouts here. They have Hammer Strength, Hoist and I believe some matrix equipment which in my experience offer some of the best selectorized and plate loaded equipment. Only 4 squat racks which is a bit of a bummer but usually pretty easy to get one before peak hours. Even going during peak hours it's decently easy with only 4 racks. In total, 8/10 experience here.

Weights were all over the place on the rack Nothing was organized. Incline bench is pretty uncomfortable and inconvenient to use( old). lots of cardio equipment, which is great. Unfortunately the only restrooms are downstairs and they are filthy the floors or dark so make sure you were shower shoes. Basketball court was decent.

Rude front desk staffs. Not very friendly. Restroom is disgusting n smell so the shower you can smell the sewage coming up. They need to clean up the place. Too bad my gym closer to me closed down so I have to come here. Otherwise NO !

Would give 5 stars for the aqua class! My mom with arthritis is enjoying it a lot. However, the pool is not well maintained - that's why I deducted some stars. She says it's getting so dirty and feels and looks like it's not getting cleaned at all. I hope they can maintain the pool better.

Terrible decision I ever made. They offered me a anual plan and the front staff told me I could cancel any time, I moved and they don’t have any location close to me and they won’t refund me. This is ridiculous. I did a claim spoke with the manager nothing this is unbelievable. Go upstairs check under the machines and equipment you will see a lot dust under it. When an equipment goes bad forget it will take a couple weeks or even a month to get fixed. Really sad. Recommend go to other gyms because now they only have the name 24h but actually they are not.

Feels good to be back. Haven’t had any issues with the app. I’m able to pick my times with no problem. Been noticing every time I come, the employees aren’t very friendly and aware of their surrounding. An easy “have a good workout” or “bye, have a nice day” would be nice when the goers are waving goodbye and thanking you for reopening.

This place used to be my great workout place. Now it's just mediocre. They don't open 24 hours either. They should rename themselves to back 12 hours instead of misleading 24 hour fitness name.

I can not believe how dirty this place is, it is truly filthy I was amazed at the foul smell of the rest room all the debris on the floors, the rest room floors are filthy. I will take photos tomorrow and post, why would I continue to work out here if it does not get cleaned , I will give see if I went on the day before the cleaning crew showed up. I will try the fountain valley location and see if they are any cleaner

There is no safety place, there is no security, the police and even the staffs working here don't care about you so you have to be careful, there are a lot of crooks around this area. Within a week there are 4 cases of car theft, internal locks being cut in the lockers many police reports but they still do nothing. Cameras no working.

It has been a long time that i decided to come back to 24 hour fitness. This location, OMG it need to remodel. its too old and dirty, specially the wet area. Swimming , Steam room. Jacuzzi. I am very interest in this club because its near my house. But I have to other in Garden Grove. No Go for me.

Weights all over the place unorganized. Only one set of 10lb barbell weights. Dust and hair all around the benches and machines. Cable tower has been broken for weeks. Old incline benches that wobble. But good deadlift platforms downstairs.

Ok. Some of the management staff are a bit rude. Parking could be taxing during peak hours and honestly for the price they're charging vs. what they offer, there are better gym options available elsewhere.

Good not great. We're in the orange tier and the sauna/steam are still closed. The gym is relatively empty most of the time because why would you an extra pay a fee for amenities you can't use. It actually is quite nice without a mob in there all the time. An unexpected benefit.

Great place to workout, jacuzzi the best and all facilities are kepted clean constantly.

A convenient local gym. Following the restructuring, it's been a comforting holdover of consistency. 2 floors, modern equipment, a pool and all the other standard health club features. Only wish their kids club would reopen.

The staff is very friendly. Everyone there is happy to help set up the app for you, and explain how you can critique it . Not only to scan your membership from your phone, but you can adjust your personal needs to get workouts. Once you've plateaued, it can easily be adjusted. The bathrooms and locker rooms are clean, and even during busy hours there is enough equipment so you can still get your complete workout in.

I’ve just recently moved a Huntington Beach and I’m currently in 24 hour member. This is the first time I’ve been to the 24 hours in Huntington Beach and I absolutely love this place. The only thing I can suggest is that a lot of the machines upstairs on floor two do not have proper safety connectors so the weights you cannot move past 10 pounds. There’s actually a lot of machines that do not have these latch features on it so you’re not able to use the machine but I will say that overall the gym is excellent. The pool area was very clean. The bathroom area was also very clean and there are a lot of machines to use so even though those machines that don’t have watches on them to use, you can still use other machines that are similar, but just may not get the best workout. I’ll post pictures and videos later tomorrow and update this review.

Dusty gym don’t come here. Been a member at 24 hour fitness for 10 years this is the worst one. Today no paper towels in the whole gym when I say something to the front desk they just shrug and say sorry dude. No effort to run out and get some paper towels not really that hard to do. Bathrooms always smell awful. Half the time nobody at front desk. Limited weights and machines and no cell service + spotty Wi-Fi. Worst gym I’ve been to. The last thing on earth I want to waste my time doing is being on the phone with corporate but I guess I have to call them tomorrow when their call center reopens

Poorly ran gym. Broken bikes, smells steam room, dirty sauna that is often down, a jacuzzi that is down several times a week, and now the pool down several days straight. Can't complain either. Your complaints don't go to anyone who cares to fix it. DISASTER!

Monday afternoon in April. AC barely on, really hot in the large weight room, no paper in men's restroom stalls, grips on weight machines all tore up

The handicap and elderly people came to this place daily, most of them have trouble walking upstairs( I am a handicap person); however; the elevator has frequently broke down( it worked for a few days or a week and broke down again. it happened too many times this year..). The manager and the people work there seem to don't care about that. The elevator has been breaking down more than a week and it has not been fixed yet. I am so frustrated. Also, some of the equipments are bad and they take a long time to fix. I chose to came here because it's close to my home. Now I am thinking about switching to other fitness club like Planet Fitness....

I went here last weekend with a friend to check it out for the 1st time...The bathrooms/locker room/sink areas are very dirty which most likely that jacuzzi is disgusting as well. I'm sure no one cleans/disinfects the equipment either. The area to walk to the sauna (which was out of order ) is wet all over the floors with no slip mats to walk on, I was so afraid I was going to slip & fall. The people that work there are nice I'm sure but whomever is in charge needs to step it up & take care of business because that place is a reflection of you & it's disgusting. I doubt I will buy a membership here. I'm shocked & saddened that Bella Terra has something this ran down.

This 24 hr is always clean and has lots of machines available for use. It also has a basketball court and pool which is awesome. Parking can be a bit of a struggle but this is the nicest 24 hr gym in the area.

Good equipment. 2pm wasnt packed. Didnt have to wait for any machines. Nice staff
