An affordable space in SG Palya walkable to colleges like Christ University, St. John Medical College and an accessible area to Forum Mall, and all the Happening places in Bengaluru are just a walking distance away. The rent here is affordable but the rooms are small and the food is not that good. But it has all the other services like washing machine, WiFi and parking area along side a dinning hall. The manager is friendly though so you can anytime visit the place and check it out.

A good and peaceful place for the aspirants and students who are looking for admissions in Christ University and willing to stay near and around the area. Place includes safe parking area which is being monitored by 24×7 camera, Good Food including for both North and South Indian students. PG is monitored with CCTV Surveillance, Lift Accessible, Power backup facility, WiFi Facility. All the necessary requirements for a student and working professional are being fulfilled

I stayed here for my course and I was been here till my course end. Only reason is the safety and food at an affordable cost. We got a room with two washrooms. Looks like an extra large room. Very much close to Christ university main campus.

Worst PG in the area very bad food and attitude of owner is also very bad I lost my 24k he didn't give back my deposit amount I just live 15 days their . The experience is totally very bad

I have stayed in several PGs in Bangalore and Hyderabad but for me Good Lands PG is the best. It has all amenities I was looking for. My office is just within 5 minutes walkable distance. I need not have to travel in city buses anymore. The rooms are clean and spacious with good ventilation, beds are comfortable and food is nice. There is a washing machine in every floor which I haven't seen in any other PG. Housekeeping facility is available. 24×7 hot water facility is there, refrigerator is provided in the ground floor for common use. The PG owners are friendly and your problems are resolved quickly. Affordable place located very close to Christ University and Srinivasa Theatre. I would surely recommend Good Lands PG to anyone who is looking for a good PG to stay.
