Amazing stay and service. The entire staff was professional and helpful. We requested for a early check-in and was provided with the same. Our room had a welcome note made out of flowers and leaves which was amazing. Food was amazing specially breakfast buffet. While we were checking out, we asked if we could keep our luggage in the locker room, as we had a flight in the evening. And they came up with a most amazing solution. They offered us to put the luggage in the room itself and we could come back in the evening and take rest before leaving for the airport.

This Marriott property urgently needs a refurbishment. The freshness of the rooms, towels and linen are missing. The property is pretty old too. I was seeing shower inside the bathtub after a long time in a five star property. There are two separate taps for the hot and cold water and one needs to have good skills to get the proper mix of water. Though the room quality has disappointed me, their food, service at the restaurant and in room dining was amazing. Individual attention was being given to all guests and I appreciate the intent shown in addressing the concerns was really good. The entire team gave me the reassurance of addressing the concerns.

The hotel is fine with mixed feelings, I stayed here for 5 nights. Upon check in I got a room which cannot be considered even as 1 star with cheap furniture and damages around. Checking with them multiple times got a different room which was much better. Some staff are hard working and good, but not all of them. Breakfast was good, if foreigners around then you will be ignored completely (I'm also foreigner but I don't look like one lol 😆).

Food is awesome and hospitality of the staff is good. This is nearer to Hussain Sagar Lake. Due to its close proximity to Lake there will be a some bad stench in the open areas and in parking lot. Inside ambience is good. Stayed here for a night and the staff is courteous and extended our late check-out as well. Overall a Very good stay at this property.

It's a wonderful hotel. I had coffee in the coffee shop, it was great and the staff were nice too. I also took spa treatment and it was amazing experience. The therapist were professional but I am disappointed with the billing process. During the billing process the spa receptionist requested me to get my 12 digit credit card details, which was shocking as I have never seen anyone take my card details like this. When I asked why they need my first 12 digit card details and with whose permission they are taking guest card details. They told me that their finance team had asked them to take card details. I understand that the receptionist team is doing their job but it is very disappointing that Marriott Hotel is following this process and taking guest card details which is not legal.

I stayed here for a night. Was expecting better room seeing 5 star hotel but the room was equal to a star. Unpleasant odor, Dirty kettle, broken shower, broken trash can, dirty towel etc were some experience during our stay. So had to check out within a day. Phone number mentioned on the booking or website doesn’t connect. So there is no way you can connect with the hotel staff. Overall only service by the staff was good.

First we were offered a corner room which the front desk told us that it is an upgrade but it was comparatively a smaller room with lake view. The rooms were old and the bath room was very small and the floor is pooling with water stagnation. The front desk was not courteous as we asked them to change the room but they took whole day to change it. Ambience was good and the restaurant is good

The bathroom wasn't clean with stains on the glass and walls. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. Overall the hotel seems old and in need of a face-lift. The staff were courteous and very nice and friendly. The food at Okra was decent but lacking in variety and balance. The chairs in the dining room were extremely uncomfortable. It was an ok experience.

One of my favourite places to stay as well as to eat. We got so many hotels now a days, but Marriott is unique. The ambience and their view of the Tank Bund makes it more beautiful. A room costs you around 9-12k per night.

Went there thrice to meet my American friend from Texas visiting hyd. The staff is very courteous and I had a great time. Except one instance. I was not carrying a charger so I asked room service for a charger. To this they said that they only have fixed chargers and they will charge it and get it back for me. I switched off my phone and gave them for charging. When they returned it, it was on and there was the message that the SD card has been inserted. It means somebody switched on my phone and even took out the SD card and then replaced it. Everybody is out there stealing data in the tech world so this is not a surprise. I didn't have anything worth hiding so I didn't care. But people should be beware of giving your phone to charge to the hotel staff. Rest the food was awesome.

It was a grand stay. The rooms are cozy. The view from my window was awesome. The hygiene is well-maintained. They also have gym and spa facility, which is relaxing after a tiring day. They are also aware of sustainable usage, which is evident from the night lighting facility of the hotel. Plus there is grand decorations, good food and cozy ambiance.

I have been visiting Marriott regularly for business trips. Always top class service provided with good hygiene protocols. This time I also got an upgrade to their Suite. Thanks to the management for this gesture to returning guests.

Attended an engagement function there with friends. The ball room is in the cellar. Ambiance and decor was average. Food was vegetarian and was good. A wedding was also happening at the ground floor, so parking was a problem. Vallet has parked the car at a far off place

Best thing about this place is the prompt reply to your requests. The infrastructure is just ok. Room had that musty smell. Even room change does not help. Solution provided by hotel is to spray air freshner which did not help. Staff promptness is the only reason for 4 stars. Breakfast spread was ok but again service was quick and friendly.

Was very sceptical to enter the hotel as I always knew it at Viceroy in the early days and also the bad smell around. The place took me be surprise. Very clean, great staff and food. Manged the place so well that the bad smell (stink) had challenges getting into the reception itself. Very very well managed place. Will surely get back to stay once again.

Continental food is good here's. Indian food is not so good. The food counters are not arranged in a proper way. Veg and non veg and kept in same place causing confusion. The buffet system is so congested and in this pandemic situation, due to crowd, all dishes were not visible in proper way so that we can have with ease.

I did not complete my 24 hour stay and left within few hours due to hygiene related concerns & other issues observed at the hotel although I paid full amount in advance. Detailed feedback shared on Marriott website and complaint also forwarded by email to the front office manager yesterday. The staff here also need to wear masks compulsorily.

Good but not great! Certainly got the look and feel to it and their breakfast was amazing but rooms lack adequate sound proofing, and aren't big either. Hassle free check in and check out experience and decent views from the room. Amenities are ample and the location is great but in all, for the price that was paid I wouldn't probably go back again!

Extra ordinary ambience... Staff was really friendly... Not so pocket friendly but definitely worth the price that we utilise. Food was also best. Hardly I could see the lake view from my room. Rest everything was best.

The buffet is well laid out. Comparatively decently priced provided you do justice to the assortments of deserts, snacks, and main course. Friday to Sunday there is rush. So come prepared by say 1230 PM. Ambience is good. Book yourself well in advance. By the way there is 50% discount for defence serving as well as veterans.

Timeless Elegance. I stayed overnight to attend a two days Conference for Netsurf Communications Pvt Ltd. It was the perfect size and space for what I needed. Very clean and comfortable, Love the rooms, staff are friendly, accommodating and professional . The menu has a great variety of food choices and the preparation made for superior tasting. The convention Center had state of the art facility, catered for the right business meetings. Wonderful exteriors too.

The Marriott was a good hotel. The rooms were very small though. The buffet for dinner and lunch at Okra. The service is pretty slow and the food wasn't the best. The decorations and design were perfect. Place was clean and well sanitised. Midi level price. Overall it was an OKAY experience.

I have stayed here for more than 10 days in as many visits. Below are some of the positives: 1. Hospitality skills of their staff is amazing. Especially they remember you from visit to visit and customize things for you based on earlier conversations 2. Breakfast menu is splendid. It carries all the tastes of the region and supplements with tastes from outside 3. Location is ideal for someone who has to get work in Hyderabad or Secunderabad 4. Rooms size is good. They upgrade to suite rooms if you are ambassador member. And some of the improvement areas: 1. The foul smell from the stream that joins Hussain Sagar next to the hotel. This makes outdoor experience not so great.

Cut short our stay here to just one night owing to the condition of this property. Unpleasing odour, very old furniture, broken appliances and shabby rugs/curtains. The washrooms are not practical and get flooded easily. There are better 2stars than this supposed 5 star. The property is in dire need of a 360• revamp. Staff is very hospitable though.

We prebooked a month ago for 3 people and had booked one room with extra bed. We were still given a small room with just 2 person occupancy. It was congested and they did not even change the room for us even after we said we were 3 and showed them the ONE MONTH advanced booking. The service and food were very good and on point. All the staff were very kind and friendly. The location is not very nice as there is a big sewage system right from the hotel and it stinks very very bad as soon as you leave the main door. Overall I had an okay experience, could have been better if they had helped us change rooms.

Great room service by Shahrukh and team. Staff was considerate and kind. The breakfast spread was decent to keep the entire family happy. We couldn’t use the pool as it was raining through out the stay. The smell is noticeable outside but not inside. Rooms are on the smaller side if you are traveling with family.

I have had an excellent stay here in Hyderabad. The four points Sheraton has proven to be an excellent choice. The staff is fantastic. The room attendant that I was given is named Saharuk and he has been very attentive to my every need in the room has been perfectly taken care of. I also was so pleasantly surprised by the front office personnel. The hospitality coordinator named Ritika Singh did such an excellent job taking care of the hospitality needs. In my room there was a very beautiful hand written note which I appreciated so much. It has been a delight to stay at the Sheraton four points in Hyderabad because of the people and the services.

The rooms are a little small but not as small as i thought they would be on reading the other reviews... It's a business hotel and considering this the room is really cosy and well fitted.. the food is the best I've had in any upmarket hotel , every dish has an individual character and is perfectly executed .. The staff are extremely attentive and very keenly observe everyone. So far I would rate it number one at least among all the Marriott's for a fantastic variety in food . The Goa Marriott must send their resturant manager here for some tips on flavour and variety . It's sad but non of my guests are willing to even accompany me for a complimentary meal which says it all😶.. .

Individually, I had been to several hotels when I visited Hyderabad in the past, and this time, with my family, I decided to check in Marriott Hotel. Unlike other hotels, the hospitality given by the Manager, Mr. A.Martin, (who truly understands the needs of my kids) was so wonderful, and as a result, we had a very comfortable stay. My kids loved the room and we had a great memorable stay.

It's a good location, no doubt. But the property is aging. Rooms show the old decor, mattresses sunk. There is always a stink in some areas of the hotel. Service is reasonably good with seasoned staff. Food is very good.

The stay was not short (depending on who you ask), I stayed for 20 days. They kept me comfortable. They offer laundry and room service. Overall, five stars.

I stayed at Marriott for eight nights. Had a really great time. The rooms were expansive, clean and had a really good old-timey wooden vibes which matched with the entire hotel ambience. Nothing was broken down and everything was still modern. The service was simply excellent with the room service and housekeeping both going out of their way to meet our requests. We ordered from room service, dined in at Hyderabad Baking Company and Okra. Everywhere the food was excellent with really good service. Overall, 10/10 would highly recommend.

It's a wonderful property to stay. They provided us with excellent rooms of our choice. Well-maintained rooms and food was also good. Hands down, the best part about my stay was the customer service. Entire staff was very pleasant. Love to come again

Highly recommended. It is decorated finely with antiques adding nostalgia of old Hyderabad. They have rooms with great views of the Hussain Sagar lake. Staff are courteous & friendly. Food is delicious, rooms neat & comfortable. Service is fast & upto the mark. They have a nice kid's play area.

We booked this hotels months before our arrival in September and reached out several times by email to the hotel to ensure we chose the right room for us and to help us make reservations at a restaurant. They were extremely helpful and quick to respond. Our room was perfect for a couple with a very large washroom and a beautiful city view. This cozy restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, wide wine list and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! I would like to come back here again and again.

This was a very nice stay. I would describe it as a model hotel as it is cozier than other boring hotels. Rooms are great with all the luxury & comfort. Services are outstanding..They took care of us from the moment we arrived at the airport, it made our experience extremely pleasurable not having to worry where to go. We got to experience the spa as well which was the best massage I’ve gotten in a long time. They have beach chairs out in front of the hotel with a security guard as well (so you can leave all your stuff on your chairs when you want to go swimming and not worry). Cannot recommend this hotel enough I would come back in a heartbeat! Thank for having me.

I am writing this review, but better late than never!! This is one of the finest hotels that we have stayed in..the head Chef made a delicious Khichdi that my baby ate leaving no leftovers!. :). Also the rooms are clean, staff is friendly, loved the food there.

We had supper there, and it was spotless, fashionable, spacious, and had top-notch service. The food was excellent and very reasonably priced, and the service was prompt and helpful. The room itself was cozy and well-appointed. My stay was excellent, and I was happy. In the future, I'd like to come back for a longer stay. My experience here has been an Absolutely stunning . Breakfast was next level. End number of items were offered. Staff as well were helpful and cooperative. The best part of the hotel was that they treat all their customers with same grace even on busy days. When I visited the hotel. It was almost full . Yet each customer was supported very well as per their needs. Overall the best hotel I have ever visited

We had planned our Valentine’s Day here, our very first mistake. We wanted to leave as soon as we reached, the service was pathetic, there’s a great view with such nice aroma that will make you feel, you are having a very fine dining in a slum. It smells!!!!!!!! One surely cannot enjoy meal here. Our second mistake, we had a table reserved, they had taken advance for a place worth nothing. Learn from our mistake. Thank you!

There is always multitude of options I can choose from, and their quality of service and taste is something to be commended for. The highlight of the hotel experience goes to the manager, Prakash Vohraji, who never falters with his professional and caring gestures. He is always making sure the hotel is running smoothly, and his sense of vision is something that I respect highly. He has never failed in taking care of me, and I can always count on him to make sure my stay goes very smoothly.
