I was here for a function. Regarding the hotel it is a five star hotel One of the best in Hyderabad services were good and definitely a nice place to stay. There were few improvements needed: No lift facility from the parking. While entering to the hotel from the security check, Straight away I went to the parking which was a exit way for the outgoing vehicles. There was no one to guide. Food The food taste is average the service at the live counters is very slow and the cleanliness is not maintained in savouries section. Finally the place is very good, may be due to more guests there might be delay in services, I think.

I stayed here yesterday. This is my first time staying here. The rooms are very nice and clean! Food items are tasty and delicious 😋 Beautiful swimming pool and well equipped Gym. You get big corridors and spacious lobby. I had a really great experience and very good service!

Stayed here for one night and had a great stay. The staff were all warm and welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Food was amazing and in-room dining services were fast and of great quality. I love the view from my room look like heaven everything is totally perfect

Amazing place. Absolutely clean and the staff is one of the friendliest ones that you can find. We stayed here for 2 weeks in the apartment and the service was phenomenal, timely and neat. The breakfast buffet options will spoil you for choice. The highlight is a fresh juice counter where you can choose from fruit to vegetables to a medley as well.

After 2 years had my lunch buffet in feast yesterday and I could see huge difference in the spread. It’s much much better than Pre covid. Food items were good and premium. Usually in buffets one feel something are just kept as fillers but here they all were amazing. Welcome drink took a lot of time to get delivered , in fact came even after dessert. With this change, I would like to visit more to Feast

The hotel is a nice clean property like any other. But the service is amazing. And the food by chef Abhay is so fresh, yummy and has many healthy options. The service provided by Mimi taking care of housekeeping to Shruti part of concierge team and the check in host at the restaurant felt like I was at home being pampered by family. What an outstanding Man! Today, I had one of the best waiters I've ever had! Thank you very much, Sheraton! This man is the equivalent of 100 waiters in the dining room. Serving everything from food to liquor From the time the order is taken until it is placed on the table! He provided us with the best experience today.

Majestic ambience is what strikes you when you enter. Amazing experience, was here only for a very brief business visit. This place was bustling with activity. Happened to also see the Jaipur Pink Panthers pro kabaddi team who were here for a match. Some other event / launch of a new beer was also happening looks like. Rooms are great. Good customer focus and happy with the overall service.

Customer service is zero. The staff is very rude and treat People very badly . No sense of courtesy. We pay for a better stay experience which is missing 100%. People pay for service and comfortable .Food is 1/10 as they just dont care looks like about what is being served to suit the taste. Just for the Sake of service . Deserts served were 0/10, really wish to undo if I could of my opinion to stay here . Super and extremely disappointed ! Never coming back again . It's not worth personally i felt . Never had such bad experience in my any of stays so far anywhere .

Not really a five star hotel. Service sometimes is so slow. Rooms are not par where bath tub or shower leaks. Buffet food is decent. Good for a day or two stay. Looking for long stay with better service and food then skip this place.

Group of 6(4 adults & 2 kids) went to Feast for dinner. No one greeted, had to ask for table. After seating water was served and no bothered to ask or mention about buffet or drinks. Buffet was below average and at 9:30pm-10PM they were not refilling dishes. Taste was average, asked for nans and had ti wait 30 minutes. Had to call out waiter to get water and nans. Service rating 0, Ambience rating 0.(AC was turned down so i was sweating like in non ac space. Food -3 average. Finally had to go to server to pay bill, bar to pay drinks billseparately..pathetic place with clueless crew. Better to go to any 3 star for better experience than this.

I've been to Feast a numerous times and I keep visiting again and again, the quality of food and service is top notch. Thanks for Mukarram, for making our dining experience awesome. Will be visiting again soon. Speaking of my stay here, it was a pleasant experience and the staff were always available to help. One suggestion for the hotel/restaurant management is to have more of the telugu speaking staff, so that it would be helpful for the local guests. I observed in the past and current stay that there is a difficulty communicating with the staff due to the staff being majorly non-local.

Had a team dinner here. Food was average, I had a bad stomach for a couple of days. Service too was a bit slow, I asked for a change of cutlery and glass because it had greasy finger prints; and he took ages to get them for me. I had to remind him a second time. Also note the grease on cutlery and glasses, not expected from a place like this. The service later picked up but it was not enough to save the impression. Ambience and space though should be given full marks. The property's location works in its favour.

Huge hotel in the heart of IT city. Very close to tech companies and easy for business travellers. The rooms are well maintained and good. The in house restaurants were good. The breakfast buffet taste can be improved . Overall a great experience.

From check in, food, service to house keeping, it was impeccable. There was sought issue in the shower handle, but the way they took care of it was exceptional. It was a family stay and we all left extremely pleased. Reach of the staff we interacted with were extremely friendly, warm and caring. The beverages in charge, even made me a nice concotion at breakfast which was outstanding. The buffet spread is big and nice at dinner as well as breakfast! Keep it up guys!

Travel has been delayed due to the corona virus. The hotel gave me a well-prepared room so I could rest comfortably and return home. The swimming pool was open, but I didn't bring my swimsuit so I couldn't use it. I'm so sorry. I don't know for sure as I haven't been here before Corona, but it was well prepared when I visited. The outside looks old, but the inside is well maintained. Recommend staying here.

I stayed at Sheraton for almost 15 nights. First of all thank you Nakul and Swastika for an amazing service. The room was great, its spacious, clean, a big kitchen and comfortable bed. The turn around time if you order food and any special requests via room service or front desk is really quick. Now comes my best part, food. Ahh its really amazing. I tried Zega, it has one of the best chef who makes one of the decisions food with special beverage options that i never saw anywhere till now. The staff doesn't even pretend to give a damn about the guests, I highly doubt they're trained in customer service. If you're traveling for business, I'd advise anything but to stay here. The staff will deny any and all requests, takeaway option is somehow "not possible" for them so if you want to grab a bite while you leave for that morning meeting, forget about it! They'll straight away deny packing a sandwich! I'm a corporate customer, everytime I stay here, I leave upset and disappointed. The reception staff is absolutely unpleasant.

Had a bad experience in the Sunday breakfast on Jan 21,2024.The restaurant guest executive Chaya was disrespectful and lacked courtesy. Instead of helping us find a table for breakfast she was quite rude and asking us questions like whom are we waiting for and whom have we come with etc. I had reported the same to The manager Vinjayak however haven't received any calls from their side to get further details or understand what went wrong.

The worst hotel I have. Ever gone. No management nothing they have , Food is like hell Staff are like they don't care of anything We will ask for room they will provide you house room I will suggest not to go there . They are like big washing machine so we don't know who dress is this This kind of reply they will give you

We had went for a events buffet on 10th floor. Security and reception desk was very nice to guide you. All the service staff was very nice. Food quality and test was hot and tasty.

This hotel is so special. They just shower you with love and impeccable service. This is my favorite Marriott property anywhere in India. The building itself is a bit old but staff keep it sparkling clean and their courtesy just balances everything out. Kudos to Marriott group for such attention to bringing service to perfection. Love it and keep coming back even though my work place is about 1hr drive from hotel.

Service was really bad. They didn’t serve me a cup of coffee for an hour while i was getting late. Person on call (I an still not writing the name) but she was extremely rude that it’s not coffee time n all. So in short service needs to be improved a lot.

My family and I stayed at the Sheraton Hyderabad prior to moving to our permanent residence in the city. We really enjoyed the entire hotel. The Hotel breakfast was amazing. My kids really enjoyed the breakfast each morning prior to going to school. There was a blend of Indian and American breakfast items. The staff was very attentive to all our needs. They all would make great local recommendations for me to try while becoming more familiar with Indian cuisine. A big thanks to all the Chefs and Staff.

The hotel was good. The location is not that great, unless you have business in financial district. Rooms was above average but they have an amazing club lounge - good for conducting business. But the hospitality of the staff, especially Mrs.Parismita has been outstanding. She was very cordial and professional both during the check in and also at the club lounge. She’s been an amazing host with warm greetings and I thank her for making my experience at Sheraton much better !

Hospitality- Really good. Food- Good spread. Tasted good. The restaurant staff were very prompt and pleasant ! Sausages weren't great, but the chef responded to our feedback and ensured we got good ones with the next serving. There was a delay with the check in, but the front desk team tried making up for it. Maintenance was good! On the whole, a good experience!

The ambience was amazing..the staff were really hospitable and courteous. The only concern for me personally was the food. I felt the portion was way too less than what I expected. I went along with 9 of my friends (includes 4 kids) and frankly speaking I felt like we didnt eat anything at all. The time gap between the Entrees and the Mains was really long. Please increase the portion size and decrease the intervals. Thank you! God bless!!❤

Attended a family engagement event. It was a lunch buffet for the private event. I wonder if they ever wash their dinnerware. Looking at them I got sick in my stomach. They are calling it a 5 Star but I don't see even 1 star in their standard, especially with respect to their food section. I wish I took some pictures.

It was my first time here. We got a free room upgrade. The staff is really friendly. The room was nice and decent. The concern I had was lack of hot water in the shower which was really disappointing and unexpected at these kind of hotels. The shower water leaked and spread all over the washroom which was a big tack to walk around as the restroom and closet shared the same walk place. The bathtub was leaking and never got filled. I went here for a staycation to escape my busy life schedule and last thing I wanted was water all over my bathroom. The food was really good both for breakfast and dinner. Valet parking available. Wheelchair accessible, security was good. Hoping to have a better experience next time.

Many often, when you visit a hotel on a business or pleasure trip, all that you expect is a good room, clean sheets, healthy and well spread dining, a good gym and cordial staff. However, you seldom visit a hotel where you never feel alien and you find every staff eager to extend you some service or the other, which is apart from everything that you can expect from a good hotel. Sheraton in the Financial District of Hyderabad is one such hotel where you are somehow given a feeling as if you are one of the most desired guest of the hotel and you are the one, the hotel was most eagerly waiting to serve. Being in the hotel, I must recommend you to make it a point to meet "Chef Abhay" and take his most imaginative and creative suggestions either on a menu in the spread or otherwise in the restaurant "The Feast". He would never dishearten you.

If you are looking for a peaceful get away after hectic business day or if you just want to take a break with your friends or partner then this hotel is apt. Try their restaurant Zega for amazing food. But McDonald's french fries are much better than their French fries.

The team at the property looks to be new and understaffed. May be it's the pandemic that is messing up with the operations of the hotel as some of the basic dry amenities weren't available in the room. Being a business traveller I prefer Marriott group hotels to get the preferences as per my account but was a bit disappointed this time. Hope to see it become better next time when I travel. Sheraton didn't live upto the brand value for me this time. Reserving my 2 stars for next time.

Stay wise rooms are good but i think it needs a major makeover as most things are pretty old and breaks like shower handle or room key card entry. Hotel staff was quick with fixing it but it ruins overall experience. Stayed in room 4026 Food at breakfast counter is amazing, special thanks to the chef, they are doing an amazing job The quality of tea is extremely poor which should be improved for overall breakfast experience Overall I enjoyed my 4 days stay.

Nice ambience but rooms are small...maybe more in keeping with the business district location of the property. Was pretty crowded when I had visited ...some wedding reception that had more than 150 guests and this was a bit concerning because the Covid norms may not have been followed on that occasion. Skipped the food due to the same reason

A great hotel from a hospitality perspective. The staff was humble prompt and always ready to help. But the rooms were simply bad. The furniture is very old, can't control the AC temperature, and few of the lights were not working. Never expected such low quality offerings from a brand like Sheraton.

The best rooms I had experienced in Hyd, there was this lady name Kriti at reception who helped me upgrade my room by showing me the rooms in advance and help me choose the room of my choice. The breakfast buffet has lot of options and the quality is top notch. The room has great view.

Was an excellent experience. Had a marriage there and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and hygienic. I have attended weddings in many 5 stars around Hyderabad but this has been the best experience I have had. Keep up the good work!!!

Stayed at the property for a day. The property is good and staff is trying to improve on their service. Encountered few issues during my stay. Requested for side by side rooms way ahead of arrival date but it was technically not done as requested. Breakfast seemed little pricey considering the options and service. I am a Marriott gold member and I do recommend this property to other travelers however there is still room for improvement considering Hotel’s service and prices.

Nice hotel as your would expect it to be. Location is good, food is super good. Rooms are comfy and clean. Checkin and checkout took time as only 2 counters were active, wish that was better experience. Other than that Had a great stay and would recommend.

I made a reservation in this hotel for few weeks but had to cut short my stay to half due to personal reasons. Hotel is good and service is good too. Breakfast buffet is nice. Now coming to bad part, hotel management is really bad. As I mentioned I had to cut short my stay, I was owed a refund for half my stay since I booked refundable fare. When I checked out, I was told that I would receive a refund in 15-20 days. It's been 2 months now but I still haven't received it. Worst part is they dont reply over emails and when I call, they just say they would talk to their finance team but I never get any update from them. Net net nobody took ownership of the issue. I highly discourage a stay in his hotel.

Though there is available valet parking, Google Maps should have sent users to the main gate instead of the other entrance.

Sheraton HYD used to be okay. Service really has dropped from my last visit. I've stayed here a number of times. Compared to my last visit, there has been a big change. Staff are more lax, don't really care about the care about the customer. On two separate occaisions, I asked the front desk for something and both times answers were, call housekeeping or dial 0 from your room.. I mean I'm there in the lobby, I'm asking you. This is supposed be a 5 star hotel, doesn't seem like it. They charge 5 star prices. I wen to the Obreoi in Mumbai and nearly the same price - man what a day and night difference. This hotel is at best 3 star compared to the Obroei. Sheraton's rooms are old, especially on the side where you have to go from outside. Besides service and old rooms here are my issues: 1. Lounge is only open day time - vs after hours when most people are in the hotel. 2. Late night menu has nothing that's remotely healthy, like many who stay at the hotel, here on business and many times on US hours. 3. Laundry service cannot get it right. I've had to call multiple times days later to get it (not just me others as well), missing or lost items, and overall just lack of process, 4. There is no respect for putting on the privacy sign, locking the room, and even calling down to tell the front desk that you don't want to be disturbed doesn't do it. Location is okay, however, it's in a place where there is nothing near by. LIke lieterally if you want to get a snack or something - good luck. To Management, If this was my first stay, it would be my last. I'm a Marriott Platinum (used to be Titanium) and frankly for this price I would expect much much better. It was better last October - what changed between then and Feb?
