Less busy on this Sunday noon. Lunch Buffet had good number of choices. Quality was definitely fine. All desserts were just mango based, no other kind! Ambiance was good enough. I felt the staff were bit unfriendly, but definitely nothing wrong as such. Overall a good place for 1:1 talks over some food.

This is an excellent 5-star hotel to stay in. They have lots of staff who are courteous, polite and kind. The stay here will be enjoyable, the rooms facing the city or the greenery. We got a city view room which was well maintained with wooden flooring and big glass window with automatic shades. The service is outstanding, and all the staff are accommodating, so we did not face any issues at any time. They take care of everything, even minor issues like providing two access cards for two people. The TV was also smartTV, where you could play your content as per your need. The swimming pool was also in an open area with greenery on one side, which was very pleasant. It has 4 feet depth, and the place is charming, where you can even relax for a long time. The gym is tiny, and only limited equipment is there. The bathroom is well-engineered, with a bathtub and shower separately. We also had the complementary breakfast, which was excellent, with more food options than any other 5-star I went. There were too many options to explore, and it was a fantastic experience. Overall this is an excellent place to spend some days if you want to visit a 5-star hotel and enjoy your vacation. It is also in a perfect city with metro stations nearby.

Attended a family event and I am not a big fan of star hotels due to food. I always thought and experienced the bland food served at star hotels. The food was too good from starters to main course and desserts. Food was too good, lip smacking.. Changed my opinion about star hotel food, I cannot stereotype the food at different hotels.

Amazing rooms and facilities. It's really at international standards. The swimming pool is impressive and there's even a gymnasium! The breakfast buffet is super delicious with options for everyone. The Spa is very relaxing. The staff are also super nice and talk good. Amazing view of the Cyber tower. Other restaurants like Chutneys (Indian restaurant) and KFC (Fast food chain) are at walkable distances. Overall, an amazing hotel for any reason of your stay!

Always keep an eye on the bills for longer stays as you probably won't remember everything from day 1. For me, they charged for extra food. And its been a month they not yet returned it to me. Requested callback multiple times and it was only a success after 3-4 tries. Now they said it will take 20-40 days to credit the money back. Other than that: * Rooms and staffs are great. Good service. * Food is good but spread is almost same everyday. So not worth in longer stays.

Trident offers the best services. I am not really sure about the balance of pricing and services but to me it looks totally worthy. Very friendly and customer centric staff, great service and maintainance. The breakfast is also good, they could have made the south Indian dishes a little more better, but the English breakfast is top notch. I am going here again soon!

Took a suite room. Very comfortable, great service. Courteous staff. Buffett breakfast spread was good. Not too overwhelming. Fresh juices can be prepared on the buffet itself with the centrifugal juicer provided. Did not have time to utilise their spa , but heard it's great. Located in a very serene and calm surroundings.

When I shifted from Kolkata to Hyderabad, along with my family Chowman was one thing which I missed very much. So happy to see they are now here as well. Chinese being one of my favourite cuisines, chowman always was special for me. They not only offer a huge range of menu options, but the quality and the quality of the food is also very good. The good part is along with nonveg they have very good options in veg as well. Looking forward to visiting the place in the near future and continue to enjoy the amazing Chinese cuisines Chowman offers.

Beautiful stay, the hotel staff was very humble and supportive and assist in every way possible. The rooms were also spacious with a study table and spacious washrooms. Overall happy with the hotel.

It's an amazing place for Chinese food lovers. Ambiance of the place is decent. Taste of the foods are really good. Specially quantities of the foods are appreciable. Also staffs are very polite and professional. We ordered Pan fried chilli fish (Basa), Pepper tossed roasted duck, Meifoon (mixed), Shanghai noodles (egg), Chicken in hot garlic sauce, Schezwan orange roasted pork and Fresh lime soda.

Truly a 5 star experience. Mainly to call out are the staff and their customer service. You will be pampered and make you feel comfortable to the best. Food was good and entire experience was worth the visit. Go for it...

Not very you often you come across a hotel where you really feel welcomed. People are keen to assist and make your stay as comfortable as it can be. Trident Hyderabad is definitely one of those places. For the breakfast buffet is always the most critical as it tests the patience of the staff considering that this is the one time when maximum footfall happens in the restaurant. Chetan, the chef here, and the rest of the staff showed what great service is all about. A very friendly, tasty breakfast and really fast service considering the number of people. Never have I had an omelette to order served as quickly as I experienced here. If you are here, please do try the almond floor pastry... one of the best deserts I have had in a long time

I had a very nice stay. Room was good and clean. Service and staff was excellent. Off course expense bar, but that is to be expected in a 5 star hotel. The bar could use a bit more ambiance. But everything else. Security, pool, breakfast, reception etc was good. Would go again in a heartbeat. Staff response time great

It's one of the few 5-star hotels I've been to, in which I felt like I am indeed in a five-star hotel. Excellent service - everyone has been very polite, helpful, and responsive. The hotel interior was amazing! The rooms were clean, and my towels were replaced daily. I am not sure how often my bed sheets were changed, just because I was not able to catch any difference - they were like fresh new every day. If there is something which can be improved, that's the breakfast. I'd love to see more European/American like food for people who are not very trying-new-food like.

One of the Best! We had a fabulous 4-night stay at Trident Hyderabad. We drove 8-hours from Bangalore and This is without doubt one of the best properties to stay. Right from the check-in it was a Wowsome experience. The moment you enter the hotel its luxury personified, lobby area was aesthetically done, with a water body. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were large and spacious, as it was our wedding anniversary, they had our room decorated with a complimentary cake. Excellent hospitality, Super friendly staff, scrumptious food, this place is Next level. Lastly, I would like to mention Chef Chetan Jagtale – such a simple, down to earth person. He would come to every possible table and ask not just for feedback but also if we had any personal requests. He made us felt like home and during the day of our check-out made us feel special with a complimentary dessert. If I had to pick any shortcomings, I felt the response time for reservation queries on email can be better and also the time to wait for Valet parking. Without doubt this one of the BEST 5 STAR HOTELS we stayed and I would very highly recommend it. Coming back again!

Best part is Trident's hospitality - very courteous staff, reasonably spacious and well appointed rooms, a variety of options for dining. A gym and a lavish spa to relax and unwind. The hotel is definitely located in decent proximity to the airport and the city. The staff are helpful and friendly the rooms are in great taste and the food menu is just extensive and brilliant. However, the staff when handling a rush, are somehow always crossing boundaries. The hotel staff didn't seem to be in touch with each other and there was some inconvenience caused. The property has one of the best food I've had in hyd hotels. The rooms with bath tubs are especially very good.

I have stayed at over 100 hotels throughout India over the past 17 years. Some are really quite good, some are really quite bad. This hotel; however, stands head and shoulders above the rest. The manager should be lauded as all the staff are professional, kind and helpful. The hotel itself is in spectacular shape. The rooms are clean, the grounds are clean and we tried both restaurants and the bar. Food/buffet are both excellent. This hotel is also reasonably priced and contains all the amenities of more pricey hotels and yet outdoes all hotels in terms of service. This is hands down the best and most reasonably priced hotel I've stayed at in India. I have no idea why it ranks less than a perfect 5. All hotel staff should be proud of your efforts. I am coming back!

We stayed with family for a night while in transit from Pune to Visakhapatnam. I must say that this is one of those amazing stays. Rooms are very spacious. Bath tub is super cool… life size! Staff is very helpful and lively. Food was very good. They have very good swimming pool and dedicated children play area. Overall, it’s very good experience staying over this place.

Experience was poor to say the least, with time management of serving food to the food itself, even, broken Fixtures etc. nothing that you expect in a star hotel was all there.

Dinner buffet has very limited options but most of them were good and has a wide spread of desserts which were fine. Definitely not upto the standards of a 5* restaurant. Ambience and the hospitality is great as expected.

Trident may look just like any other 5 star hotel when you check in but the whole customer service experience and willingness to please the guests is beyond expectations. There spa is one of a kind, must try Priscilla. She is amazing. Chef chetan is wonderful to say the least. He was very welcoming and understood our requirements and cooked exactly the way we wanted. Overall, we would not hesitate to stay here again. Wonderful place, excellent people.

Being a frequent traveler, experience of Trident impressed me a lot. Flawless service (all four major departments). Excellent interior and room arrangements. Morning breakfast cannot get any better. They simply takes care of every element to provide top noche guest experience. View from the Cigar Lounge is absolutely soothing. Proper parcel pick up area for all external delivery vendors. List is long. If in Hyderabad, don't think much just check in and enjoy your stay.

Stayed for a night and loved the amazing hospitality and luxurious atmosphere and service. The complimentary buffet breakfast is exhaustive . The chef came to us personally and asked what he can make specially for us. I ordered MLA pesarattu . It was awesome 👌.

It's the best hotel in any price segment for its top quality rooms and great service and stands in a different league altogether. No other hotels can match Trident in any price point. This quality of service and rooms would cost three times more in any top quality hotels and still Trident stands apart for its great overall quality. The best staff who knows how to treat customers like king. I would always choose trident anywhere in the world over any other hotels. They deserve more appreciation than this. And of course am not being bribed by them.

The location is really nice as it is in the heart of Hitech. The hotel is really big and well maintained. Staffs are very friendly and co-operative. Foods are very nice.

Great hospitality and cleanliness. The only two main things which matter, and The Trident nails them both. An extra plus is some sumptuous food, especially the fairly diverse and large breakfast spread. Looks and feels luxurious. Had a day’s staycation to rewind and was nicely rejuvenated. The location is also slam dunk at the centre of the downtown with lots of options for entertainment & food around. 10/10. Will visit again.

Sometimes 5 stars are not enough when you experience service which can sometimes leave you feeling overwhelmed but in a nice way. This is my first time in Trident, have been to other 5 stars like Taj, ITC and the rest but this is a class apart when it comes to customer connect and service. Each and every staff member has a smile always and mind you not that practiced plastic smile, you can feel the genuineness in that smile and action. Loved being here and look forward to spending another day before I check out tomorrow. Am surely opting for Trident each time am in Hyderabad which will be quite often!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay with Trident. The front desk staff were helpful in ensuring our request to get my family (they checked in earlier day)and my rooms close by was taken care of. The breakfast was good. The ambience, spa and hospitality were excellent! Overall the staff ensured our stay was comfortable.

Hospitality at its best.. Their staff is extremely courteous and will do their best to make your stay memorable. They decorated our room on our anniversary and arranged for a private candle light setup for our dinner night. The only improvement they should do is in their wifi speed. Its extremely slow and annoying. It will be a deal breaker for corporate guests.

First and foremost reaching to lobby by walk is a uphill task, steep climb.. phew !! Once you are inside the hotel it is very welcoming, the room as spacey, luxurious ! Room has a mini bar (charges apply) filled with chocolates, chips and beer bottles. Rooms on the backside provide you with gorgious views of greenery than the ones facing the main road. It's a gourmet buffet breakfast with ton of options. Suggestion : Checkin and checkout has to the morning hrs unlike 2-12, due to our early check-in we were charged half a day's fare. It was a short business stay but was a pleasant one. Highly recommended this hotel!!

For 3 days I had stayed in room 1801, stay was very nice. House keeping done by Mr. Narsing was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. All staff is very polite and care taking. I would like stay in this hotel whenever I visit Hyderabad.

Had a one night stay here. I think the general ambience was good as expected from a Trident. Food was great. Location is very accessible. Only nitpick would be a “just okay” service from the Staff. Have got better one at lower tier hotels so the expectation was high. Mostly seemed like a communication gap. But the Staff did take the feedback constructively.

It was a short work trip but the experience was good. The staff is super polite and the level of conversation is very well articulated. The rooms are large and comfortable. The technology needs an upgrade limited charge points and old school switches. The breakfast options are sub par and the seating capacity of the bread area can’t handle the hotel’s occupancy. Beyond that the hotel is a good choice to stay in that area

One of the best 5 star hotels in the IT hub and close to Financial District of Hyderabad. The rooms are great. Food is delicious and all the amenities are simply great. If you are visiting Hyderabad for a personal or official travel and budget is not a constraint then you must stay here.

I have been here for 15 days. I have experienced good hospitality every day. Best thing on this hotel is good food you can experience different varieties of food both in veg and non veg. Chethan is a party of hospitality who will make sure we are comfortable every day and solves if there are any issues ASAP.

No photos to post but but but there is something the swimming pool located on the tenth floor gives a nice view along with professional staff always to help and what to say the lifts are silent and very fast better than many towered apartments at hyderabad and not to miss out their coffee is a must try....

Definitely a nice experience. Good price. Amazing staff. They even refused to take tips by hand which is very rare to see in India. Breakfast options are good and the manager even checked on us to make sure everything is good. Service at Amara breakfast was quick and we didn't need to followup many times like at other hotels. Excellent location in Hitech City, and very close to Shilparamam village where you can find handicrafts from all over India. The hotel is very pleasant and all the staff nice and professional. The food served in the 3 restaurants is really good though quite pricey. The breakfast is wonderful, lot of variety and fresh products. There’s no rooftop which would be a nice addition. Rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The views on both sides of the hotel are fine, though the Hitech City Main Road side is noisier. A very pleasant stay, recommended.

Over all great hotel. Clean rooms. Service on the other end especially the restaurant needs improvement. It just takes too long for anything to show up. BUT the staff is working on it. A proper bar, with a bar top would be nice. Location is great with new restaurants a 15 minute car ride away Had requested a meeting room for 8 and it was well equipped and staff was attentive. I would definitely stay here.again

Aesthetically beautiful 5 star hotel, with it's splendid minimalistic design. Been to Amara and Ninety Six with friends and the ambience is fantastic. Mouth watering food with ample drink options. Prices are comparatively ok if you stack them against other 5 star hotels. Service is good, but need to wait for our dish. Ninety six is a lovely lounge bar, alas with a limited seating capacity. Overall a good place to have a quiet dinner with your close ones.

Very bad reception. Hospitality is not a default attribute for beautiful and handsome staff. They may focus on recruiting staff with hospitality and help visitors not just customers.
