I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Hitec City, and it's safe to say that my stay was far from pleasant. The most glaring issue during my visit was the incredibly cramped and uncomfortable room. The room I was given felt more like a closet than a hotel room, with hardly any space to move around freely. It was immediately evident that the room had been designed with no consideration for guest comfort or convenience. The layout was poorly thought out, making it nearly impossible to walk around, especially when factoring in the bathroom. Speaking of the bathroom, it was equally minuscule and cramped. The shower space was tiny, and the overall design made it challenging to use comfortably. Clearly, no thought had been put into creating a relaxing and functional space for guests. The bed, while providing a decent night's sleep, was the only redeeming feature in the room. However, this alone does not make up for the overall lack of comfort and space. I expect a certain level of quality and comfort from a well-known hotel chain like Holiday Inn, and this particular branch failed to meet those expectations. In addition to the room size and layout issues, the lack of adequate amenities and services further contributed to my dissatisfaction. The overall experience left me feeling trapped in a cramped box, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Ultimately, my stay at Holiday Inn Express Hyderabad Hitec City was marked by frustration and disappointment. If you value your comfort and space while traveling, I strongly advise considering other accommodation options in the Hitec City area.

Very small space rooms, below average quality of breakfast, service at breakfast is very poor : due to quantity, lesser competition and proximity to IT cos , it's working out as a successful business for them. The waiting area was smelling rotten they are highly understaffed to manage the demand.

Definitely one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. I went there with my family on the first-second week of August and experienced the unexpected. A luxury hotel like the Holiday Inn Experience gave me one of the worst hotel experiences of my life. The issues were- 1. The rooms were tiny and cramped; it felt like living inside a somewhat large bathroom/kitchen 2. The bed sheets, blankets, pillows and pillow covers were dirty, stained and full of hairs (disgusting, to say the least)- even the bathroom was dirty 3. When we asked for a change of rooms, the other options were either at the worst, in a worse condition or at best, in a similar situation to the present room 4. The authorities were at least considerate enough to let us cancel the entire booking (except 1 day) and also allow us to have a complimentary breakfast the day after, even though we cancelled Service - 0/5 Hygiene- 0/5 Price- 2/5 Food- 3/5 Space- 0/5 Overall - 1/5

The rooms are smaller than a kennel. No space to move around. Not worth the money. Water from the bathroom leaks into the room space. The bath and closet is like for toddler size. The linen were stained. I have added pics of the blanket. I found a hair bunch (what we find in bathroom drain hole) in the towel. The dining area is also smaller. The sofa seating in the dining is not at all user friendly and you can only sit on chairs if you want to eat. Nothing great about food either. For sure they should remove pavbhaji out of the menu as the chef has no clue about it. Except the location, Nothing is even average about the hotel. Just the brand cannot be enough. Above all the check in time is 3 pm which is ridiculous. Being a metro city, how do you not expect travellers reaching early morning?

I was very disappointed with this hotel. I paid ₹7,185 per night for the smallest room I have ever stayed in, and they told me that all rooms were of the same exact size. The toilet situation was unacceptable. The wash basin was inside the bedroom, which made the bedroom wet and the floor dirty all the time (a slip hazard). The shower cubicle was so small that I could barely wash myself. I had to go sideways to scrub myself. I don't know why they opened this type of “experimental” hotel, when they do not provide neither the basic necessity of a comfortable toilet nor amenities such as hair conditioner, even after asking multiple times, they said the hotel simply do not offer hair conditioner. I would not recommend staying here if you are a couple or solo for more than a few hours. The room was so small that I could only access the other side of the bed by crawling on the side. It took me 40 minutes and 3 phone calls to get a towel in the morning while hearing "my shift just began, sir". Despite all these issues, I paid ₹7,185 per night. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anybody. It's not worth more than 2k a night for this hotel. It charges 5 star money for 1 star facilities.

The location of this hotel is 5 mins walking to hitech city which make this place demanding. Good range hotel for people who wanted to visit hi tech city. Food is good, rooms are comfortable for one person. I stayed on 2nd floor.

If you don't have any other option, you may choose this hotel. Very basic hotel. However tariff is way high for the room I got. Perhaps smallest room of the property. If you have never seen a wash basin in the bedroom you can find it here. One fire safety incident alarm due to burning of a bread in the toaster at restaurant. Nothing serious but no proper plan,communication from the team. Need to improve a lot.

Seems like oyo given a name of Holiday inn. 1. Rooms are very very small 2. Gallery is smelly 3. Washroom commode height is not designed correctly 4. Bathroom is small and when u bath water will come outside in room, bathroom has no lock 5. Wash basin given in room. Its far away from city but still too much kanjoosi done in size and quality of hotel. The only good thing its in hi tec city where all good IT companies are there.

Budget friendly hotel with all loaded features. Hotel doesn’t come under any star category but it’s like 4 star hotel. Rooms are small but neat and clean. In breakfast numbers of dishes were less but taste is good. Hotel staff is polite and service is on time. You must explore every corner of room if you are staying there it’s very creatively designed.

I booked a single room with double occupancy. The room was tiny such that when you open the door the room ends. Food was good. Hospitality by Mr Shankar was good. There was limited menu on the food which was not worth for the money that we paid. Chairs instead of sofa would have worked well at dining area.

Forget about the stay, first take care of your card. They charged excess amount on my credit card despite paying the actual bill. And I tried to reach them over phone and email to get a clarification, as expected no response. Be careful in this aspect as they charge first. And most interesting is we will get the room with the signs of previous guest like hair on the pillows, probably used before towels. And we will encounter the staff at the reception saying server is down and we cannot find your booking . Better check on other options before zeroing on this. The only star ⭐️ given is for the helpful security personnel

I had a one night stay for an official trip. The staff was well trained and courteous. The room as mentioned by others was relatively small, but was sufficient for one occupant. It would have been a tight squeeze for 2 people. Truth to be told, there isn't much space to freely roam inside the room. However, for 1 night stay it was O.K. Essential amenities were already present, rest can be requested from the front desk if needed. Location is great and in the vicinity of HiTech City. Breakfast was quite good. There were loads of options available to choose from and everything was served fresh in ample quantities. Overall a positive experience and best suited for short 1-2 day business trips.

I found the room to be extremely cramped and uncomfortable during my stay. Although this is an improvement, it does not make up for the overall lack of space and comfort. A well-known hotel chain like Holiday Inn should provide a certain level of quality and comfort, and this particular branch did not. We stayed at the hotel but the room was too small and not as expected as we had seen in the photos. Location-wise it was good that you could access the main city and the locations nearby the city. The shower space was small, and the overall design made it difficult to use comfortably. I was also dissatisfied with the lack of adequate amenities and services in addition to the room size and layout issues. The rooms are neat, clean & reasonably well maintained with minor maintenance related issues. But they are much smaller than expected. The breakfast spread was limited but tasted good. Ms Shivani was very attentive & helped during morning breakfast and ensured we had a good experience despite the crowd.

If you are solo, book this. If your are 2 people, you will get to know each other. If you are 2+1 (or more) please just pass this. Wenknow the rooms are small, so no use beyond 2 people. Beds: very very springy and soft Pillows : good (firm and soft) Food: terrible, dinner - 4 different dishes tried, all had same gravy! Best eat out. Breakfast is ok nothing grand. Value: if you are getting this for under 4k go ahead, anything more is a tough trade.

Paid about 5000/- for a 2 star hotel. Room was extremely cramped with minimal space. The shower area was super cramped and the water would leak into the bedroom space. The wash basin was placed outside and would end up wetting the area. No hooks / placeholders for wet towels. Some hangers are kept but no place to hang them! One would expect that bath and hand towels would already be kept especially given that the hotel was booked in advance for 2 people. After calling twice and waiting for a long time, we finally got it. 1 coffee sachet and only 1 mug was placed. No stirrers. Had to call the reception for every little thing. The phone buttons were also not working correctly. We went down to the restaurant to order food and we were served the worst dish. When we complained, we were told that these are ready to eat meals that were heated and given. The rotis were like thick papads. We were not told in advance that these are packet meals and these are billed at INR 400+. We refused to pay for it. Location - was close to the outer ring road so easy to get in and get out of the city. When you pay so much you expect at the very least, basic amenities to be taken care of! Very disappointed. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone for this price of 5000/-. If it was priced at 1500/- per night then the expectation would have been adjusted accordingly and I wouldn't write this scathing review!

2-star hotel price like a 4-star.Small rooms.Very poor service. Food quality is not good. limited options in food. In the Hyderabad Hotel, you will not be able to get a biryani this is strange. A very small area of the bathroom, the Hand wash area is in the room near the bed.

Right from check in .. I had issues - Rooms are little closet - Rest room is like 2*2 any person who are little stout will have issues - Bathroom is of same 2*2 - Ordered for Dinner which turned up after one hour and half cooked and ended up with NO food - 6am ordered for tea which did not get served,repeated calls got got unanswered. I stayed in Holiday Inn for about 7 days and here's how I found it: Pros - - Very well maintained and friendly staff - Complementary breakfast has a lot of variety. Other than normal meal they also have juices, fruits, toasts etc. - Room cleaning and room service facilities are done regularly and properly. - Laundry and dry cleaning services are amazing. - Gym is small but having good enough equipments to work out if you're on a trip. However at a time may get too crowded for 3 or more people. Cons - - I found some of the in-room dishes not very well cooked. (Also this is paid, so if you order anything you have to pay for these dishes, On an average the dishes cost go from 250-550 INR) Overall my experience was pleasant, would have been better if in room dishes would have been well cooked, rest all was fine!

Not bad, but wasn’t extraordinary either. You basically get what you need without any extra amenities. In this price point I would have expected a pool. Also breakfast was just decent. Staff were quick and accommodating. Rooms were small yet comfortable. Location is pretty good, in the middle of Hitec city.

My experience was awesome. The hotel has variety of cuisine. Behavior of the staff was very polite. I would like to mention housekeeping staff Pratik who did a good job in maintaining my room.

Excellent service provided by the entire team checkin was very smooth and following each and every protocol of the safety. Rooms were very clean neat and tidy main shot out to the housekeeping department (Ajay Rosh) helped me with every minute thing without any hesitation he is very humble and approachable the entire staff are one call away coming from providing the room amenities food and what not. Great stay!

The hotel is good business hotel. Rooms are small but if you are here just for business not bad as they are facilitating room with all required things. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Staff is amazing and supportive. I always love meeting Shivani here in their service department. She always care whenever I am here to stay. During the breakfasts it’s always amazing feeling to talk to her and she is terrific at her hospitality. Keep up the good work. 😊👍

There is no valet parking. Rooms are little small, but they have all the facilities. Room service was good and location is very easily accessible. I could not find any swimming pool. Not sure if it's available. No Bar available. No smoking allowed inside rooms.

Got a clean and comfortable room what I was expecting. It was good for business trip. My room was maintained by housekeeping staff Pratik. He was very humble and really helped a lot. Overall a good place to stay.

Hotel invites you with, - Paint smell - Not Interested/ Lazy staff (I asked reception staff for plates in my room he asked me to walk to the restaurant and pick the plates) - They don't answer your phone call for room service. - I was send to an incorrect room and when I was unable to open the door they gave me new card of a different room. - Rooms are too small. This is not a 3 star hotel by any means. Do not waste your company's money even if you have to book this hotel for corporate trip. Staff here seem to have been hired from hostels of Hyderabad. Guests are asked to collect room service stuff themselves.

I came here for solo trip. I wanted a clean and budget friendly hotel which I found here. I really want to thank the staffs coz they were very understanding and helpful. Pratik from housekeeping department cleaned my room and he did a good job. I was satisfied with their work. Overall it was a fine stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. The self-service concept lacked basic amenities such as cutlery, which made meal eating quite inconvenient. They do not provide basic cutlery at their hotel. They will provide wooden spoons and plastic bowls for u to eat food. Even if u ask a single steel spoon they do not have in their hotel. Also, as this is a self service hotel, ensure that u do not get any outside food cz if u will ask them for a plate and a spoon, they will reiterate this that this is self service hotel and u need to go to downstairs and get it on their own. So in totality, u are just getting a room but rest u manage on ur own. I strongly recommend that there are many hotels in hitec city if u r coming who can provide u service and hospitality of a hotel industry for more or less same amount of money. The staff lack courtesy and their helpfulness significantly impacted my overall impression. I never write any reviews but their behavior pushed me to write one so that others can be benefitted when they read before hand.

Smelly rooms, cleaning staff do cleaning of all the vacant rooms at night 1 am on 7th floor because some night guests are coming. No clean towels, no soaps, pathetic service. When asked for another room in another floor, response is all the rooms are sold out. Night cleaning staff keep talking on the aisle inspite of requesting them not to make noise, so loud and can't sleep. Doors open and close with loud thud... Not recommended for 8k for a night stay. 4x over priced for the quality they provide. Must avoid if you expect decent stay for overnight rest.

(Will meet your hunger). 5. The location is strategic as it attracts the customers since it is in the HITEC city.

Rooms are small compared to the same level of hotels. The breakfast area is kind of mixed with the reception area. If too many people come at the same time then it is difficult to find a place to sit.

Hotel was clean only problem was sometimes lift doesn’t work we were in floor eight have to call assistant to fix it . hotel room was small but we enjoyed our stay here .locker room ,tv fridge inside the room .breakfast was including in the morning room service was good high tech city Hyderabad was nearby there was construction goin on near by too much noise .over all our stay was good.

Breakfast variety is decent, can’t compare it with 5star hotels, but good for the price. The rooms are small but neat. The bathrooms are so small that water would just flood the room after a bath. Would’ve been happier if the price is below 4k. Overall, still a great budget stay, if your company is sponsoring. If you are on a personal trip, there are better hotels for a lower price. Staff are good and helpful but the rooms are too congested even the bathrooms spaces were not enough to fit in for a person. Wash sink was just beside the beds so when ever you wash your face or clean hands it gets spilled out and make the room watery and most of the basic stuff such as comb and few other stuff are not provided. The initial room that I checked-in had worst smell so I had to change the other room. Cleanliness need to be improved. Not worth the price.

I was on a work trip and I was just going to spend night here so I didn't worry too much about room. Room is wrong term to use. It was a small cell. No almirah for luggage. Shower enclosure was just 3x2 feet. Dinner was very disappointing. Chicken pieces were chewy rubber pieces. Breakfast was okay. Full marks for location though.

The room is a bit small. The bathroom and shower are different two small rooms. Once I had dinner in the room. There was no exhaust so it is difficult to go out the smell. The staff are good and very helpful. The food was amazing, especially breakfast and homemade chicken khadi. Out of two lifts, there is one which has to try many times to Swipe the room card, please check that one. Overall it was a nice experience.

Holiday Inn Express Hi Tec City Hyderabad is disgusting. No one seems to have taken notice of the sheer disgusting state the rooms are in. The rest of the hotel isn’t any better. You’ll be welcomed to your room with dirt, everywhere. The toilets haven’t been properly cleaned in years it seems, the towels are dirty, with black marks. Zero attention to hygiene. Not entirely sure why anyone in their right mind would stay here a second time.

Hotel is okay. Buffet breakfast is so-so. Staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are not soundproof sione can hear the next room and construction work in the nearby building. Cramped rooms. Toiletries are provided on request. In-house room service menu limited. Gym and laundry services available.

I stayed in this hotel for 1 day: Pros: 1) Hotel Location is great 2) Complimentary Breakfast and dinner was great, you shouldn't miss this. 3) Hotel Staff was very polite and helpful 4) Rooms were clean and well maintained with all the facilities like locker, min fridge, TV, AC etc. Cons: 1) Rooms were not that spacious 2) There were no cupboards in my room. 3) Rooms are not sound proof, so you might hear sound from outside.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for 14 days in total. The hotel provided excellent service and has very active staff and management. The facilities provided are all in good condition and are well maintained. The complimentary breakfast buffet is something that you'd be looking forward to.

The stay was too good....the best part of this hotel is the staff....they go to every possible extent to make your stay comfortable. Breakfast taste was so so but quality was great. Although taste depends on person to person and i am very choosy about food. The con is small room and washroom. Will i book this place again ? That's a definate yes as the staff and hospitality is very good.

The hotel is extremely overpriced for the service they provide. The room size is very very small, 14x14 sq feet and has everything squeezed in to fit in. The sink is outside the washroom which is very inconvenient to use, especially after having used the loo.🤦🏻‍♀️ I had a 10 day stay here for office purpose and disliked every day of it. The rooms are very small for even 2 people and the complementary breakfast has repeatitive options. Only giving them 2 starts because the food tasted good. There are no cupboards, only some hangers are provided, no toiletries/dental kits provided. Overall I don't think I'll ever come back to this hotel. Pros: 1. Located at walking distance from Dell, Oracleracle, Tech Mahindra, HCL and HSBC office 2. Mini fridge available in the rooms Cons: 1. Very small rooms (good only for a single occupant, at max 2 people can adjust in one room) 2. All rooms are of the same size, so you don't have the scope to pay more and get yourself an upgrade 3. Limited food options, complementary breakfast menu is repeatitive (but tasty) 4. You pay 100 bucks for a cup of tea which will not even be served to you hot ( they send it from the kitchen directly in a cup, no thermos flask) 5. One of the two lifts is always out of order 6. Key cards don't work half the time 7. No eateries available nearby 8. No toiletries/ dental kits are provided in the room. You get a handwash and bodywash available in pumps

Room is extra small with very limited space for movement. No Wi-Fi.Breakfast is average and quality of meals is sub standard. The photos uploaded on website is no close to reality. It was a total anti climax for me and my wife.

Compact but clean rooms. Breakfast quality was decent. However, the water in the bathroom flush had silt. Complained to manager but they said that’s how it is. Also, the towel had chewing gum to it. Overall, Holiday Inn quality in India is of very poor quality. We will totally avoid the hotel chain in India. The only reason I take this hotel in India is because I am a Platinum member and have lots of points to redeem for stays. I wouldn’t pay and stay in such sub-standard hotels.

Its a nice business hotel in the heart of Hyderabad's IT hun i.e Hi Tech city. Rooms are very very small as this an express hotel. Breakfast and all the services are good. Good for business visits with less luggage.

Clean and comfortable rooms, good room service, breakfast buffet has good options as well. Good connectivity to outer ring road and IT offices. Overall liked the experience.

I am writing this review based on my recent 15 day stay. Room, although small but are enough, everything is almost in right place The bathing room is a tiny compartment and had insects that also get inside the room. irony is that they do room cleaning on a daily basis. The smart keys also used in lifts often stops working and had to ask the desk to fix multiple times. The staff was well behaved specially the kitchen people were great. You can also order food from outside the hotel. The wifi is always working and u can always remain connected.

Recommended for family and people travelling for work, compact and cozy rooms with proper room service. They have a DIY laundry room which helps and good options for breakfast which kept me full for a long time. Well behaved staff, they take good care of the guests. Very nice ambience and gesture for such reasonable price.

This hotel is extremely poor in hospitality and understanding the basic needs of customer. I had requested for an early check in, we’ll in advance and yet I didn’t receive any support from the hotel staff. They have self serve service in almost everything from luggage to food serving to even water serving. Despite booking a twin bed queen size room, what I have been allocated is the smallest possible room with 2 separate beds. Whereas the booking was for 2 adults very specifically. Extremely ill-mannered hotel staff and reception manager.

Went here for a night stay, all I wanted was a clean and comfortable room for a good night sleep and a good breakfast both were provided. The front office team has some confusion with my reservation but they got it clarified quickly check in was smooth and service was good. The breakfast spread was also really good justblike most of the Marriott properties. The only snag was while checking in I requested for a queen bed instead dual beds and the hotel staff did upgrade me but he upgraded me to a room which I believe is for specially challenged so everything was designed in a specific way including the shower, since it was just one night I didn't bring to their notice nor bothered to ask for a change of room but it would have been good if it was Informed during checking in itself. Overall it's a good, clean place for stay.

I Had a great time there, Amazing hotel and Beautiful staff. Overall good experience. Me and my friend visited last week and Best of all the food we had was delicious. We had a chicken sandwich , Dessert was the best. Outstanding homemade lemon ginger ice cream. A must have. Prices were very reasonable and portions were generous. The breakfast was excellent and well served. Thanks to Ms. Shivani for making it excellent and very comfortable. However the dinner of 10 April was horrible. At 09:20 the food at buffet was quite cold and the chapatis ordered came after 15 minutes and were dry and hard as if they are old and reheated multiple times. So I stopped having dinner at hotel. But breakfast food and care taken is very good.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, the room was also neat & clean. They have packed food also which is available 24 hrs, you can enjoy available food any time there. The staff was very courteous, & polite. Amazing hospitality.

As the name would suggest, this was a hotel for people on the move I suppose, with a minimalistic approach.. the space in room was just about adequate with small separate spaces for shower/toilet and and it was hygienic.. the issues were more to do with most fittings showing the effects of getting older, lack of space to keep your stuff!! Best to be used as a mid level bed and breakfast hotel!!

Worst Experience I travelled for a business purpose. As n when I entered no staff was bothered to ask if I had a reservation and they didn't even greet I had to wait for the front desk staff to finish their work and look on my reservation and I believe they were trainees. Room was OK n all amenities were kept. But there was an issue with AC Cooling with was rectified after I raised an issue. Then the actual problem was with their Breakfast and Hygiene. Food Hygiene is something which has to be given utmost importance. However I saw a COCKROACH near the chaffing dish and I really felt unhygienic and there was a high possibility of Food poisoning. It would be good if they deploy some Experienced staff . Not expected from an IHG Hotel.

I stayed at this hotel last week. The staff are very generous and the service was superb. The rooms are very clean and tidy. I really appreciate the house keeping people from keeping the surroundings hygienic. I really liked their easy and healthy food options from their Bistro. Overall, it is a perfect place to stay within the heart of the city. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

We had a chicken sandwich , Dessert was the best. Outstanding homemade lemon ginger ice cream. A must have. Prices were very reasonable and portions were generous. I had booked the hotel for one of my family members and a single lady was traveling. I was getting other non branded hotels a little cheaper, however, being an IHG hotel I had a lot of peace of mind while booking. The stay too is comfortable and the staff is helpful. There was a very unique service available at the hotel (at least for me as I hadn't heard of it before). There was a laundromat where guests can do their own laundry without any extra charges. A wonderful facility if someone is staying for a week. You need not get a lot of luggage as laundry doing laundry is not an issue. It was a very good decision to book here.

Clean no frills business hotel. Situated smack in the middle of IT park area. Small But convenient rooms. Good breakfast spread Expensive in room dining and limited options. but they have no problem in us ordering from outside and even provide us with plates to have the ordered food

Usually don't post reviews, but had to for my experience here. The rooms were unclean and had dust particles all over. I have a dust allergy and I had to wear a mask all the time in the room or my allergy would trigger. Even the ventilation at the property was bad. The number of lifts is low given the number of rooms and occupants. The room itself was super small. The food was sub-par and room service often left no towels after a cleaning. At this price point, definitely a disappointment. Please prefer Ibis/Redfox or even Oyo rooms over this property.

Small and slightly cramped room, but manageable for 1-2 people as long as not looking for extensive maneuverability. It works of your looking for a “come and go to sleep” sort of experience. Small desk with a single chair. The USB outlet in the wall did not work. On the other hand, aside from bath towels, there are no other towels in the room (to dry hands after washing, for example). The fridge in our room was empty, whilst the fridges in the rooms given to family members were stocked with food items and drinks. The TV is not set up, so beyond turning on, there is nothing it can do.

I stayed in Holiday Inn for about 7 days and here's how I found it: Pros - - Very well maintained and friendly staff priyanka👍 - Complementary breakfast has a lot of variety. Other than normal meal they also have juices, fruits, toasts etc. - Room cleaning and room service facilities are done regularly and properly. - Laundry and dry cleaning services are amazing. - Gym is small but having good enough equipments to work out if you're on a trip. However at a time may get too crowded for 3 or more people. Cons - Overall my experience was very good,
