I
recently
booked
a
studio
apartment
and
was
surprised
to
find
out
upon
check-in
that
it
didn't
come
with
a
bathtub.
I
requested
a
room
change,
but
Ravi
from
the
front
desk
explained
the
property
was
sold
out.
Despite
my
disappointment,
he
offered
an
upgrade
at
an
additional
cost,
which
I
requested
as
a
complimentary
upgrade.
Unfortunately,
he
declined,
offering
only
a
discounted
rate.
Later,
my
sister
called
at
the
property
and
asked
to
connect
to
the
DM
where
Mr
jai
Prakash
said
he
will
call
back
and
forget
to
call
back
again
after
1
hour
my
sister
called
then
they
connected
to
Ms
Pooja
.She
spoke
to
Pooja
from
the
front
desk
to
arrange
a
cake,
but
she
insisted
on
payment,
lacking
a
considerate
tone.
She
mentioned
they
have
some
standards
this
was
not
my
first
stay
and
I
exactly
know
the
actual
standards
And
if
these
are
your
standards
then
you
guys
seriously
need
to
raise
your
standards
Maintain
your
rooms
before
any
standards.
Pillow
cover
was
dirty
and
stain
was
there
on
the
pillow
cover
both
the
lamp
was
stained.In
the
washroom
bathroom
amenities
were
not
placed
properly
it
was
double
occupancy
room
only
one
room
key
was
given
to
us
And
we
were
still
ready
to
ignore
everything
but
the
service
wasn’t
good
either
that
was
the
final
nail
in
the
coffin..During
dinner,
the
restaurant
was
full,
and
room
service
was
suggested.
Chinmey
from
the
staff
was
supportive
and
granted
a
late
check-out.
The
breakfast
experience
was
disappointing,
with
poor
service.
Mr.
Chinmey
remained
a
positive
note,
but
overall,
my
stay
was
ruined
by
the
front
desk's
lack
of
understanding
and
refusal
to
accommodate.
The
personal
touch
was
missing,
and
I
won't
recommend
this
place
due
to
the
staff's
inability
to
handle
situations
gracefully.
I
wanted
to
enjoy
my
holiday
and
have
a
stress
free
day
and
these
guys
just
ruined
it
for
me
.
A
disappointing
experience,
and
I
won't
be
booking
here
again.
