We visited here for team dinner. We opted for buffet. As it is five star they didn't offer much items. Very limited food items, taste is worst. Most of food items were not served hot. Biryani, starters & cakes are not much taste. All of our team members also had the same experience and food is not satisfied. Ambience is good.

This is a hotel that deserves its five stars. Immaculately clean, elegant, with spacious quarters, excellent for an extended stay. I have been here for two weeks and I still believe to this day that my choice of hotel was the best ever. All staff members, from management to cleaners, are absolutely amazing, very professional, friendly, bending over backwards to help. The rooftop restaurant offers an excellent selection of foods and drinks, and although pricey compared to local restaurants, it is worth every penny. Why go out looking and guessing, going through trial and error, when I can pamper myself with room service? After all, food here is still much cheaper than in the USA.

I recently booked a studio apartment and was surprised to find out upon check-in that it didn't come with a bathtub. I requested a room change, but Ravi from the front desk explained the property was sold out. Despite my disappointment, he offered an upgrade at an additional cost, which I requested as a complimentary upgrade. Unfortunately, he declined, offering only a discounted rate. Later, my sister called at the property and asked to connect to the DM where Mr jai Prakash said he will call back and forget to call back again after 1 hour my sister called then they connected to Ms Pooja .She spoke to Pooja from the front desk to arrange a cake, but she insisted on payment, lacking a considerate tone. She mentioned they have some standards this was not my first stay and I exactly know the actual standards And if these are your standards then you guys seriously need to raise your standards Maintain your rooms before any standards. Pillow cover was dirty and stain was there on the pillow cover both the lamp was stained.In the washroom bathroom amenities were not placed properly it was double occupancy room only one room key was given to us And we were still ready to ignore everything but the service wasn’t good either that was the final nail in the coffin..During dinner, the restaurant was full, and room service was suggested. Chinmey from the staff was supportive and granted a late check-out. The breakfast experience was disappointing, with poor service. Mr. Chinmey remained a positive note, but overall, my stay was ruined by the front desk's lack of understanding and refusal to accommodate. The personal touch was missing, and I won't recommend this place due to the staff's inability to handle situations gracefully. I wanted to enjoy my holiday and have a stress free day and these guys just ruined it for me . A disappointing experience, and I won't be booking here again.

If only I could have given negative star . This time the experience was the worst. Day one - ordered plain butter bread - was given toasted . But then they called and apologised Day two- asked for manchaw soup , Thai curry and club sandwich and asked not to grill - received manchaw soup with no fried noodles on the side .. received Thai curry with no rice on the side .. received sandwich which was again toasted … Day 3- I was sleeping and with no prior notice there were 2 workers in my patio.. when I called and told the front desk .. they said this never happened and they are sorry.. but then it happened with me . I am attaching the snapshot .. Everything was deteriorated this time .. overall the experience was really bad.. Asked for spoon .. we’re given fork.. Time for the food was too long .. Asked for hair dryer .. the one that was given was not working the. Had to ask again to replace it.. The only good thing was the staff except for one .. was polite and kept apologizing .. but there is a limit ..

Discourteous, clueless, and unaware staff who are unapologetic about not knowing things about their hotel. 2nd visit here. Apart from rooms nothing good about the place. Not recommended Delayed room services are a thing of common. No clarity in room service bills. Utterly disappointing

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a stunning view of the city. The hotel's amenities, including the on-site restaurant and fitness center, were top-notch. The food was delicious and the service impeccable. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and public transportation. What stood out the most was the exceptional customer service especially Miss Chung Chung Tamang who was on front desk . She was polite and very kind nature towards me , She made my day , by very warm gesture she was above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable and luxurious experience.

A great comfortable stay in this hotel for 3 days. The rooms were spacious and clean with very comfortable bedding. It had almost everything you can think of - iron, kettle, refrigerator, tea/coffee, toilet accessories etc. The city view from the room was awesome. The internet was fast and easy to use. The hotel staff needs special mention - very courteous and prompt in whatever you want to be get done. The food was delicious with in room service. Lots of best biriyani and other eateries around - lovely location. Highly recommended stay!

The duty manager at night is very arrogant. Being in a hospitality department, there is no minimum respect to the guests at the hotel. I would never book a room in Marriott Executive Apartments. The reputation of the brand will drastically will go down if the same behaviour is being continued.

During my month-long stay at the Marriott Executive Apartments in Hyderabad, I had a truly disappointing experience. I've stayed at various Marriott properties before, with extended stays as well as shorter visits. Unfortunately, this particular stay fell far short of my expectations. The biggest problem was the Internet service in my room—it just didn't work! Even though the hotel provided me with a dongle as an alternative, it also became unreliable after just a day or two. Considering the length of my stay and my need for a stable internet connection for remote work, this was a major inconvenience. To make matters worse, I encountered a hygiene issue during my stay when I found a hair in the breakfast buffet. While the staff promptly apologised for the incident, it added to my overall disappointment and made me question the quality of the Marriott hotel experience. So, this is not a hotel for you to stay at if you're planning an extended stay or if you plan to work from the hotel.

Horrible! It’s a 0 star unclean property at its best; rooms have very poor ventilation and smell of mold. My nose clogs when setting inside. Carpets are dirty. I’ll attach pictures later.. You can tell a lot on a place by the cleanness of their carpets I don’t know how on earth such a property gets a 5 stars rating.. it’s really bad, even the wooden floor are dirty and feel sticky. Careful definitely they’re using fake reviews.. it’s a horrible property the worest I been to so far.. rooms are risk hazourd due to poor ventilation and mold. Such a shame! Never again Marriot

We had an amazing time here thanks to Shibani and her team. I think the most important thing we realised (during our stay) that good place/food/service is one thing, but most important aspect which makes your stay from good to amazing is the realisation that people at the hotel do genuinely care for you! It's not just house-keeping or restaurant services, but everyone who is associated with the hotel wants to make you and family comfortable, and that simply makes the experience extremely pleasant and memorable. It will be unfair for me to mention few and leaving rest, but still special shout-out to Raja and restaurant staff (inclusive ofc learning staff), housekeeping team, front desk and everyone else who took care of us. we surely be back and make recommendations for this hotel as one of the top property to stay and enjoy.

The overall experience was okaish, just one thing that made the stay unpleasant to say the least is the reception staff's behaviour towards the guests especially when the duty manager is not around. The staff's cheeky behaviour has disappointed us and also ruined the spirit of other guests too. The staff's exploitative efforts and discourteous behaviour has baffled us and ruined our stay which otherwise could have been a pleasant one. Other than that, the breakfast was amazing but the whole property and the rooms are just okay.

The staff are very arrogant and have no regard for our well being. Very money minded. Too many restrictions in this place. The manager Sasidhar is so discourteous and rude. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

I thought I booked a 5-star hotel, but this hotel is not even worth half a star. VERY POOR SERVICE AND HOSPITALITY!! The hotel had no place to eat, you call room service, no one responds, they treat you like you checked in for free, SUPER EXPENSIVE HOTEL WITH CHEAP ROOMS (like cheap motels) everytime you walk pass the lobby, they will ask you for ID and room number, this was the most disgusting experience I ever had in my life. This hotel needs to learn from the ITC kohinoor folks on how to take care of the guests. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE and none of the folks I know will stay here anymore, I will make sure of that. Wow ! The staff had no clue what they were doing there, anything you ask, the answer is NO SIR, we are not allowed to do this and that..... they won't even let you buy anything from their lobby store.....Jeez...I just can't imagine that these hotels are still getting booked. Absolutely a SCAM hotel !! 100% fake.

Rated as compared to stays in this range and my stay for a month. Good for 1-2 day visits. The good: - Spacious rooms with amenities like kitchen and washing machines - House keeping services The worst: - Rooms don't have any work tables or chairs, so all the best for your spine if you are here on work visit. - Worst Wifi of all the hotels I've stayed in and staff is also unable to do anything about it. You've to rely only on your mobile data. - Breakfast buffet and overall food is not that good. Very limited options and not at all competitive menu. Pancakes, omelette and even phulke were raw for more than 4-5 times during my stay and they didn't even bother to correct it.

Definitely the most premium service apartments in the city. The botanical garden view is refreshing. We were lucky enough to spot an ostentation of peafowl from our suite that really lifted the soul in what is otherwise increasingly a concrete jungle. The poolside restaurant for breakfast sets your day off well. The gym is an excellent option for the busy executive. We were unable to enjoy the other amenities offered by the property due to paucity of time but the Tattva Spa is a great offering to have. Special thanks to Mr Shirshendu Banerjee for special care of our comfort in terms of our preference of room.

But the Price for Such Small Studio Apartment Like Room Is Way Too High...Secondly Commodes Are Little Highly Situated ..Cos Of Which I Couldnot take Nature's Call Properly.. Thirdly...The Entry Of Guests Are Prohibited Past 10pm which is not Appropriate...Guests get free from their work late evening only ...So there shouldn't be any Time Limit...Overall Stay Was Good And Comfortable..Deducting One Star For Price And Hotel 10pm policy ...Thanks

The apartment is very well furnished with awesome view of the sprawling botanical garden view. Mazzo the rooftop terrace restaurant with a pool is nice and quiet....for breakfast and a swim.... the luxury apartment is easily the best value for a place like Hyderabad especially if your work is in Gachhibowli

Visited Mazzo restaurant and had a good time, nice ambience friendly staff and chef came out to take orders as per our preference. Outside pool side can be quite cold so carry your jacket. Food was good and decently priced. Overall a good experience

It was not even just okay. Pretty frustrating experience. I don’t recommend this place if you’re expecting a guests, mind you not to stay but just to visit for a few hours. It’s shocking the level of treatment. Wasn’t paying 12000 each for 2 rooms not enough? The level of cheap tricks used to figure out the people in the room was even weirder. Ask us directly. Do we look like kids to you? Locking the bathroom door and then coming in to check saying that it’s locked is very cheap. You think we couldn’t figure it out? How can a bathroom slider door that you have to turn twice get locked automatically? Lol. The night manager was personally an annoying frustrating female. Worst attitude ever. Spent a lot of money here. Last time ever.

Absolutely wonderful place! The lounge by the pool on terrace is a great setup to relax and unwind. The cool monsoon winds added to the mood. Food is great! Would love to go back!

Been to this Mazzo open terrace restaurant for a lunch treat. Apart from the root top experience never plan to have food at this place. For 4 members our bill was 6500(no alcohol) Almost every dish apart from crispy corn it was the worst experience. The chicken I eat was half cooked, from inside it was still raw. Horrible taste.

It was too expensive for the place and food but not at all satisfactory food guests could not enjoy the food properly due to insufficient food and not refilled on time. too many restrictions in this premises, they don’t allow songs to play, they don’t allow proper lighting’s to decorate they don’t allow us to do what we want to… all these they did not informed on the day of booking after we pay half amount they starting telling one by one…. That was really made my party and my family upset…. I really really don’t want to visit this place again and I don’t recommend anyone in future too… Stay was good, everything was neat and clean room was good, but complimentary breakfast was not included for 11000 room also.If we want something when we call from room no proper response, our room was too far from lift, it was so difficult to reach there with small kid. To the manager: It may be a 5 star hotel but the attitude of your staff is not up to the mark. You have charged a lot to us but nothing reached our expectations not at all five star range ( specially food was not at all tasty on the day of party) 3 stars are only for the place not for the service u have provided. too disappointing Overall average experience 👎

Been there for a bday stay over the weekend. Had a good experience with the apartment. Food and service was upto the mark. I asked for bday decoration in the room in advance and paid extra for the same which they dint do it on time so we had to wait for the decoration to be ready for half an hour. Breakfast was nice and was part of the package. Restaurant has a nice view of botanical garden which was a added bonus of the stay

Room was great, the house keepings are excellent, lovekush, abhi are very excellent at cleaning, friendly too. Morning breakfast is ok. Menu bar code isn't working in the room so reception gave us copy of their menu. Food is great!! Ordering room dine in is worth it. ☺️☺️

It was a great experience overall. These are serviced apartments! You can cook your own food and even order from their resturant Mazzo which is on the top floor near the Pool and the Gym. For buying your own groceries it is situated atop D-Mart, so that is sorted. The rooms or should I say apartments gets daily cleaning. The only part that was not quite nice was the constant nagging while checking out, which should not have happened.

Stayed here for a couple of days with my family. The hotel is very neat and clean and maintains hygiene very well. The best part about the hotel is its staff. From the GM (Shibani) to all employees, they are courteous and go the extra mile to help and support guests. Special kudos to Raju from the security team, for helping out not only on things within the hotel but also outside the hotel. Many Many thanks Raju sir. Their staff Lovekush, Sushant, Pradeep Kumar, and Gaurav are amazing and ensure the cleanliness and hygiene are well maintained. The breakfast buffet is elaborate, and the taste is just perfect. They could add more variations over a period of time.

The 4 star is just for the cleainess , spacious rooms with a view of botanical gardens which will make it feel soothing and comfortable stay . But the hospitality lacked at reception and the food is not at all upto the mark considering it to be executive apartments there is more expectation on the taste of food and did not feel a lively breakfast. Amenities is kind of okay was disappointed at TT table placement .

Luxurious apartment in Gachibowli Almost 13000 per day, not included food, you have to pay for food when you have it. Daily clean services are provided by staff. Situated at good location in Hyderabad. A small kitchen includes refrigerator, oven and coffe machine with essential utensils also you get in the apartment where you can cook some personal eating items also.

Slightly claustrophobic hotel with limited options to hang around anywhere. One lounger by the pool but plenty diners watching you swim. Pub in lobby level is super loud all day, then loud and dark at night. Not relaxing. Food is reasonable and staff are pleasant. Rooms are large with all amenities. Location is ok for the shopping mall but not much else within walking distance. Road is too busy to walk anywhere anyway.

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Marriott Executive apartments and it was perfect! Clean, beautiful, and hospitable. Room service was very responsive. Deep soak tub was also a good touch. Staff were great too, particularly Varonicka she went above and beyond made balloon decorations as a surprise gift! How sweet she was! Thank you so much to all the staff!

Paid for an expensive room and ended up staying with construction noise. Never have I seen a Marriott property that didn't announce its construction while guests are booking. Food was always served cold to the room and priced ridiculous. Great location but poor facilities. I expected better from Marriott.
