There is no room service at all. Nothing provided for guests like other OYO rooms do.(small soap, towel etc). Generally in other hotels 1 water bottle per day is free but here they haven't given . There is no mirror in our room and I don't know abt others. Per day they r charging Rs1600/-. Neatness is ok. Location wise best option

Stayed here for 1 day. Room was extremely unkempt. We found everything from used curd packet that was smelling, empty sweet box to bubble gum stuck to the headboard. Everywhere I could see some kind on yellowish stuff stuck all handles and in washroom as well. Basic washroom cleaning was OK. Otherwise disappointing. Bedding also did not seem fresh. Staff was hospitable but thorough cleaning and inspection between guests is requested.

Hotel is new so as the staff is also new. Morning manager doesn’t have sense to connect with people. 1. The lift is not in working condition 2. They reluctant to shift your room even they do have vacancy ( oyo site was showing rooms r available) 3. In house kitchen is not there, they take food from outside and servers you in complementary breakfast

Good hotel for people with limited budget, situated in the main road new pillar no 88, mehdipatnam, Hyderabad. Almost 16 kms from gachibowli, outer ring road circle. Recommended for transit and short duration stays.

It was a worst nightmare for me to book a room with them first they said no rooms available after showing my booking id he said to cancel and take the room directly from him for that also i agreed but then he said he dont have swiping machine and forced me to get cash when i said i cant give you cash nor i carry cash at midnight 2am so he started saying we dont have room go to a different hotel dont come here he even saw my old age oarents but still dint gave the room its really really pathetic

Worst hotel, Don't book at all from families. Manager is so rude and rooms are very smelly as they are allowing liquor in other room. It's very disappointed as it was managed by treebo.

As per budget rooms are okay and while they do not have kitchen, room service will arrange the food.

The owner is rude in nature .. not at all considering any requirement or request. Felt only commercial work can deal with these people. Cleanliness needs to be improved.

No hot water in shower and taps are not working in bathrooms ,and also no hygine rooms

Entry gate is in the alley, otherwise its clean and cozy.

For for Local people they don’t provide room and who carrying local id Adi they don’t provide mainly dont book this hotel on online

I checked in at Hotel Dove HYD on 13th Nov morning and checked out on 14th morning. While check in I have paid Rs.2039 towards accommodation and Rs.510 towards early check in altogether through Gpay. Total amount paid is 2549/- . No invoice generated yet.

Not at clean....they dint even changed bedsheets....

1. Property is good. Big room size. 2. Bed sheetz were not changed. Red stains on the sheets. 3. Bathrooms were not cleaned. 4. Room service was good. 5. Drawers had precious guest's items.

Waste service ever they won't provide with a water bottle and they won't allow visitors I have never seen hotel like this waste experience
