The ambiance was great but the taste of the food lacks a lot of flavor and not worth of the price.. They are way too high for the taste which was not at all good.. And only very few dishes were ok! Not recommended if you are going with your family... and for the first time in my life I could find beans in chicken and peanuts in shezwan rice.. Which was worse than the pale soup I ordered... Needs loads of improvement... 👍

It was a good experience. Starting from the valet service- they are so friendly and professional. The food and drinks were great. The only area of improvement would be the maintenance. We visited a birthday celebration there and some of the fixtures had wires coming out of them. The carpets needed to be shampooed and vacuumed. Some of the walls and windows were dirty.

Food and services r superb. I had a buffet breakfast, they r accepting Zomato, Zwiggy etc... payments...

Rooms are good but donoT provide any sleeper and sufficient bathroom kits. Even after demand no body care about customer needs. Service level is very poor. It is also costlier compare to rooms and service.

I am a regular visitor to this hotel both on official as well as personal needs. Very convenient ly located, good hospitality, you always feel great like Royal King whenever you visit this place, seperate party halls even for moderate gatherings upto 15/20 members, good ambience, lovely furniture, clean& tidy halls, hygienically maintained, food quality, cousine and varity is excellent, caring staff and friendly servers, fairly reasonable quick service, ample parking place available, I recommend for family dining, functions, kitty parties, official meetings,etc. Kids and children really enjoy a lot here, Management deserves appreciation, I wish them good luck. It would appreciated alot if they restart the famous Buffet lunch & dinner facility. The buffet facility is discontinued for some time. Love & Regards

We had our lunch here and the options of salad are extremely good . Peri peri chicken salad, egg salad, cucumber salad are top notch. Best part here was the starters were served at the table very hot instead of keeping them in the buffet. Staff were courteous.

We booked their hall for an engagement ceremony. The food was not good at all. All my relatives were complaining about the taste of food. The worst was panipuri. Hell spicy 🥵. The DJ which we booked separately was just a boy who knew nothing about the system. Only good thing was, the ceremony was successful.

Good and reasonable hotel for short stay. Good rooms for couples. One of the best breakfast. Room service is too quick specialy you order drinks. If want to have good times with big group but don't want to go out, can have a drinks in stallion bar with some good food. All staff is so much helpful and keeping smile on faces. The restaurant used to be one of the best in the area; however, my last experience was much below the ordinary. Hyderabadi Biryani came with stuffed white rice on top and chicken curry at the bottom. When informed, the staff said, we will mix it for you. The starters were good, but the main course was a disaster.

For the family it's awful , the table which was given to us near to our table group of men in inappropriate dress was boosing making hungama, the waitress and waiter doesn't understand basic English and white serving food curry fell down and they did not appolize and in the valet parking while returning we had to wait for 15m to get out car, food was just ok

Shamelessly lied before booking that they will make arrangements for a work setup. Once I checked in and asked them for the facility they promised, they claimed that they never promised anything and said that’s my problem. Damaged furnitures and smelly rooms.

We had a business meeting of our organization at night and there provided provided room at dining location itself but service was late and dinner finished in 2 hrs. As we had meeting afterwards, it went on till 1pm. And then staff was having problem and had to manage them. But overall, food or service was low.

Pricing is just right - not too expensive and not too cheap so junk crowd comes. Wide variety of dishes both veg and non-veg including sea food. The only issue is that despite being sardarji restaurant the meat is not jhatka. Lot of get togethers happen in this restaurant. Good valet facility.

They must focus on cleaning and hygiene aspects.. seat covers n table sheets of the diamond hall were dirty n even there was a cockroach roaming around the cutlery on food table..

Will definitely rebook in Royal Reve the next time I'm visiting the city, and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Didn't liked the place at alla..!! The buffet system is not good 569rs per head + taxes and they serve only 2 starters in the buffet i.e. chicken 65 and veg starter andthe main course it doesn't contain any varities. In main course it has mutton biryani and egg masala and chicken curry. In veg sambar steam rice and paneer In deserts u dont even have any varities, the stange thing is that they place the ice cream box over there and there isn't any separate person to serve the ice cream. Everyone directly use the spoon over there and take the ice cream which is very stingy. Waste of money and time better go to AB'S or 3bs if u need buffet.

Been there last week for lunch. The buffet is pathetic. Only one non veg starter. The mutton in the biryani was burnt. RR was once a great place but now the standards have fallen. Never going there again. The buffet price is around 570.

Ambience was really good. Well looking stewards neatly dressed and mannerisms. All the dishes were tasty. Hall was a little smaller.

Had a decent experience at the hotel. Hospitality and ambience is pretty good and the staff is friendly. Food is also pretty decent and economical. The hall needs some decorations as the place is quite dull, just a simple waterfall. The bar lounge also needs to be upgraded, has a dull ambience. Overall it's a good place to dine in with family or groups.

This place is opp to DC building near clock tower. Although having bassera and other hotels. this hotel stands for good banquets and decent lounge. Prices are reasonable and good to have kababs here. Good place for small gatherings of 50 to 100 people. they have restaurant, bar ,banquets and rooms. beware of parking..pathetic

Hi ! We have been using this facility for our family get togethers and parties. The team is immaculately dressed. Nice choice of colors. Arrangements were great. Food was perfect,Pappu was one of the best I tasted till now. Will we use this facility again ? Yes ! We will .

Recently I attended one function of neighbor's function. We can use Royal Reve Hotel for mini functions, Birth day parties, Office meetings with conference halls. They maintain very discipline, neat and clean. Food items are very YUMMY...........

Recently visited for dine-in and ordered chicken and mutton dum biryani which was served cold. When complained they asked us to change the items and take any other item except biryani. Only the top rice was little warm and pieces were completely cold as if was removed from fridge, made hot in oven and served..even for that it took 30 minutes to bring the order

The dine in services are good. The starters are very tasteful and have many varieties. Where as the main courses taste normal. There is a sperate dine in hall for liquor.

Stayed for three days. It was excellent stay. Friendly people. Service was great. Breakfast was awsome. Worth for money.

Pathetic maintenance for a star hotel like this. Someone used the room and without even cleaning it, the same room was given to me. Someone peed in the washroom and was badly smelling when entered. Was shocked to find the room like that. When complained at the reception, it was cleaned but not changed. Later on, found the bedsheets were used, floor was dirty and then realized that it was not cleaned at all after previous guest checked out before assigning the room to me. When complained again at the reception (manager wasn't there both the times) , he sent the housekeeping supervisor to do the needful. Had to wait for over an hr to get that done. Finally, went again in the evening to speak to the manager who wasn't available but a different person was there at the reception. She arranged the house keeping manager to talk to me who agreed the fault and immediately arranged for shifting to another room. No matter how busy a hotel could be, given the situation like covid, how could they do this? Given that I visited for a function who booked the hotel, I couldn't shift to a different hotel. Otherwise for the price paid here for a double occupancy, I could have got a 5* accommodation like the Marriott/Sheraton. Chutney in the breakfast was stale. Pretty bad experience at this hotel.

I had a buffet today at the restaurant the starters for non veg chicken is better but the fish is not even properly cooked it smells raw and soup is bit salty the salads are good but the mutton biryani and chicken curry are cold they don't have any taste if feels like eating without any spice in chicken,and the veg biryani is full of carrots and beans and doesn't make much of a taste we were out of icecream and no desserts are available at the self service counter ,gulabjamun which needs to be mildly hot is at the boiling point and worst of all the staff is not properly responsive and it takes multiple times to ask them anything totally it's not worth the money to spend on buffet and iam not visiting them again ever

This is located near clock tower in Secunderabad and they have veg and non veg restaurants separately which is very unique… spice garden is the one which we went.. good and pleasant ambience.. hospitality services are good and friendly staff… they have lunch thali, North Indian and South Indian Ala carte with tiffins also available.. we had ordered their special dishes water chestnut with algae, tandoori broccoli , cheese Kurkure .. All were nice.. tomato soup was also good.. main course we had tandoori kothimeera roti with parada panner .. all were good .. we need to ask them to give non crispy rotis otherwise we will be left with rotis which are not less than papad … they had masala papad as well .. we had dosa and biriyani too … both were good .. the had dessert chocolate brownie which was also very good .. over all good and nice place and we enjoyed food with family .. cost is little higher .. we got discount when paid through Dineout ..

Booked a hall for a celebration. The hall was conjusted for 100 members and the hall service was not upto the standards we would expect from a hotel of Royal Reve. The carpet was very untidy, the stage decoration service was very bad agreed for a theme and what we got was different.

Worst stay experience. Couldn't sleep the whole night due to the mattress. Food is good. One should think before booking this hotel.
