The treatment and diagnosis given is great, however the experience was not Reception does not communicate properly or guide, several patients walk into the room at the same time then several more come, to complete their appointment all at the same time and lurk by the doctor’s door. Although they have a sign that asks patients to not form a queue outside the door, it isn’t fully their fault. But it is very chaotic for someone who might need urgent care and wait for their number. Also wrote patient’s age wrong on prescription paper after clearly stating the number loud and clear. Wouldn’t recommend if you have an emergency as it wasn’t organized at all Treatment is good if all these things were fixed

Very rude staff except the lady at the reception. Untrained, unskilled, Inexperienced staff and doctors as well the girl which was at room no4 I think has a lot of attitude was very rude to me and other patients as well. The head doctor khizer Hussain was all the time at phone calls and rude overall it was looking like a fish market not a hospital. They don’t care about the patient if they’re old or young they treat the patients like a subject still. I won’t recommend any of you to visit this hospital.

Doctor service is excellent . but They don't have any assistance or receptionist to manange patients People who are coming from far places they keep them wait for hours and they don't give appointment on calls u have to go to their clinic and get appointment and waits for hourssss so people would go forcefully to the doc .so yeah my point is they have to improve their management and staff and hire some educated and mature people .

Dr Khizar Hussain Junaidy deserves more than 5 stars I would say. The kind of treatment and importance given to each and every patient is completely outstanding and unmatchable. I would 100% recommended everyone. He masters in treating patients and holds excellency in his profession. His treatment and advise never go waste and you are absolutely in the right hands when you visit him. He is very inspiring, motivating & very helpful at the same time.
