They ask you to scan QR code and give a 5 star rating! Opticals are very costly here! They don't even give lens cleaning cloth or liquid with opticals! Dr. Chaitanya's friendly nature and understanding and staff responding with humility made the care I received awesome. The follow-up process was cool, and I really appreciated the way the issue was explained to me. The treatment addressed the exact point, and overall, I felt really good about it.

Wow 👌 👏 👍 the entry itself is mesmerising. I have not seen an eye hospital with this look and feel. Especially after the lights are on. Really worth visiting. It just costs you Rs 500/ and 1 hour of your time. Your eyes will be checked in and out completely and comprehensively. Added is the smiling welcome and hospitality by the staff. The patience with which the Dr's explain in detail. Overall, the Lord Ganesha at the entry is the best part. He will do more than that is needed. 🙏🙏

Everyone in the hospital has utmost hospitality and kindness. Doctor was honest and to the point. I had problems with my glasses for long that I bought from lenskart. The optometrist explained well what's the issue and corrected as well. It feels like I got my eyes back. Though expensive I went ahead to buy my glasses with them. Very satisfied.
