I have planned my wedding in the hotel. Wanted to share my experience so that others can be cautious before planning any event in this hotel. II really liked ambiance and the whole hotel was pretty clean. Thanks for the tea/coffee at the midnight. However, 1. Prices were pretty high compared to other 5 start hotels but the service was as low as 2 start hotels. 2. TV was not operating in the rooms. When asked by multiple people from multiple rooms, management responded stating a person will come and check the issue. But no one turned up! We all wondered will there be any 5 star hotel which can’t afford a basic TV package when guests are residing! 3. I’ve booked for marriage. I requested the starters and welcome drinks to be served by 6PM. People were starving crazily. After multiple follow ups by me and my family, starters were served at 8 PM!!! Hence no one was able to have dinner properly! 4. I have requested for projector and paid good amount for it as well thinking to use it throughout the marriage event. They just gave us a projector with out any help in setting up the projector. There was no one there to respond when required. After the struggle we were able to setup but we could see only half screen with very poor quality. We stopped in 15 minutes! It was a sheer waste of money for projector. 5. Lights were all the time off in the reception area. Sometimes after requesting staff will on them only for few minutes. While leaving from the hotel my dad got hurt due to lack of light. He was bleeding but there was no staff to attend him. 6. I gave all the above feedback for the automated mail and spoke the same with event manager but there was no response from management. Hence posting it here so that others should not face my experience.

Worst Marriott of all I stayed. The room was noisy & broken television. Not cleaned well as well found previous guests hair in bathroom. Front desk were not welcoming, no smile as well and security was checking only people who found could be threat. So anyone dressed well, let go without any checks. Even thought I check in 11am I was charged for previous night stay as well. Not even courteous to advise for early check in option. Location is at U turn junction. So anyone who wants to come through needs to beat lots of traffic while coming in to the hotel gates. I will never recommend to anyone who has been elite member of Marriott to be here!

I would have given only one star, increased 2 star only for the efforts made by staff on day we had to check out. We have taken staycation pack with check-in on 28th August, while the package assures you of lot of things but it is a big sham, don't go by the package details as most of the things won't be provided and you may have to ask for the things everytime saying that it is included in the package , even staff across the hotel are not aware of staycation package inclusions,Here's about my experience Day 1) Parking as mentioned by lot of people is not proper, TV in the room wasn't working, technician arrived after an hour of complaint, popcorn movie and all written in package won't be available , biggest lie was dinner where we expected a buffet , there was not even a proper a- la - carte service , while a lot of time was wasted in going back and forth regarding dinner inclusion in package and finally when they agreed for dinner the ordered dinner arrived an hour after ordering . We complained regarding all this to the manager at the end of the day. Day 2: Includes breakfast and brunch, these two were the only things which were at par with a 5 star standards and staff was very cordial breakfast buffet had a decent number of items and brunch also was fantastic with a plethora of food and drink, Sunday brunch is worth a go

The worst hotel I have stayed at ever. The staff is rude and horrible, the manager called me names. I am travelling with my 9month old son and they provided us with an old rusted crib, they gave us a step stool instead of a high chair. I asked them for all this during the booking if they would’ve told me earlier I would bring my own. Their waiter came into my room at 10pm to ask me to pay a bill which I had already signed. He said I have to pay it right now, as if at 10 pm I would run out of the hotel with a 9 month old baby. The worst expert I have had. I’m a hotel. This is an unsafe hotel for women and children. Save your money go somewhere else.

The room and the hallways smelled horrible. The room even smelled like mold. This ruins the whole experience and becomes unbearable at times. It did not make sense to ask for a different room. We had the reservation for 2 rooms and they both had this issue. The carpets in the hallways smelled gross. To be fair, the location is good and the staff are nice. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is in the IT hub and in a busy area. It has a small parking, welcome by the reception was good and they were quick to allocate a room. The rooms were big and had all the amenities, clean and properly laid out. But it ends here, the shower room smells like sewer. It never stops. I had to keep the shower room and the bath room door closed at all the time. It was late night and was tired to even complain. Beds and pillows were good. The restaurant food at the second floor was good but the service was average. It’s more of a raciest I would say as the skin colour played a role in their reaction time. There is a Starbucks next to it if you are interested.

Hi.. conducted a marriage in one of the hall and all the arrangements are really good and hospitality is nice.. we stayed in the rooms and rooms are really nice and spacious.. morning breakfast was good and all the staffs are very humble and very friendly while serving...

It's my first stay in this branch of Le Meriden. I have an amazing time. All the employees were very polite and professional. I would like to appreciate Mr. Vishnu from team FnB. He is very proactive with his work. Being a fresher he is so quick with his work and very sweet and polite. He assisted me with all my queries and get them resolved quickly. I wish him lots n lots of success for his future. Stay blessed.

Worst bar tending and worst service. Can’t believe this is an elite group of hotels. I ask for ice and they say they ran out of ice (I mean seriously ? A 5 star bar runs out of ice?). I ask for water and they mix soda in my drink. Utter non sense. Even a street side dive bar would have ice and water and better service. Fire the management there and hire a new team. They don’t deserve to be on the premises.

A typical Marriott-managed 5-star property. Located at Gachibowli, close to the IT corridor of HYD. Rooms are spacious with all amenities. The breakfast spread was quite extensive with the usual menu. Food otherwise was also quite good. Great service.

Went to Le Meridian to visit a friend . The place was hustling and bustling . Went up to their suit, which seemed really nice . But I learnt from our friends that they almost walked out cause when they reached their room the lights weren't working and on coming on to the corridor there were no lights there too. You don't expect this in a star hotel. Their bathroom had only one towel and one toothbrush, though the booking was for a couple . But i have to mention here that after all the shortcomings they gave them a suit .

Must say - very very good place to stay. Staff is extremely courteous and takes care very well. Special thanks to Chef - Om for taking care of us very well. To let you know why- we had visited the place 6 months back and my wife really liked a dish. I just happen to mention it and it was specially packed when I was there for the breakfast next day. Great people and highly recommend the place. Food is awesome.

Best star Hotel in the locality. Enjoyed the stay. The staffs are so helpful. Had a wifi issue and they got it fixed in 5 minutes. The gym had state of the art equipments. Cant say the stay is worth the price but its a star hotel it is deemed to be expensive.

I don’t recommend anyone to book the room here. The service is too bad and if you leave your car to valet then they definitely will on the AC and sit and empty the fuel . And I dint feel RANI who is working there is polite I felt the way she is talking to me is very arrogant and rude . That’s not the way you talk to customers. I have booked for the executive suit and had on the room cleaning switch but even after 12 hours also the room is not cleaned I had to call to service team and request them. Too bad for a 5 star hotel. Not at all recommended.

We had a really good stay. Nice big rooms with well maintained fittings. Staff are helpful and well mannered. A variety of breakfast items to choose from and taste was good. Few minor negatives. 1. Entry and exit are single lane which gets blocked frequently every time a car waits at the drop off area. 2. Lobby carpets are stinking and hotel staff do spray air freshener. But if it is not done frequently enough, the stink returns. However the smell is not present in the rooms which is a big relief. 3. Extra bed has a bump in the middle making it uncomfortable to sleep.

I recently stayed at the Le Meridian hotel in Hyderabad for three nights and had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. But what really stood out to me was the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and kind. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a really positive experience at the Le Meridian and would highly recommend it to others visiting Hyderabad.

We went Le Meridian for dinner buffet and I must say it was truly a delightful experience. Warm welcome by receptionist. Explored different types of salads, starters were not up to the mark, but glad they arranged as per our taste and choice. For desserts I would rate 3/5 as some were over sugary. Service was quick. Good ambitious to spend quality time with friends and family.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Every single day, breakfast service was exceptionally bad. Probably amongst the worst I have seen at any Marriott property yet. The hotel also did not post the points and nights to my Bonvoy account, I am assuming, to avoid triggering a survey. Would definitely not be staying here again.

Check In : Check-in was prompt and very quick, the staff quickly checked my profile and upgraded me to The club room. Rooms : The Room was quite big and as like every time Le Meridien always spoils you by giving you a heartful chocolates. Breakfast : Post COVID all the hotel groups have cut down there buffet menu and I can completely support them on this. But you have lot of options to choose from. Also the staff is very helpful and prompt to help if you need anything from live kitchen. I was well taken care off. The team at Hyd is one of the best i have came across in all my stays at Marriott across India. Keep up the good work. The establishment is labeled as a 5-star, but its quality falls short of that rating. The space feels congested, and the entrance and lobby are subpar. However, I must acknowledge that the dining experience, both for dinner and lunch, offers a satisfactory spread.

The hotel is very well located, close to all major shopping and office complexes. I stayed on the 11th floor and has access to club lounge which was nice too. Lunch and breakfast buffet were very good. I must particularly thank the restaurant staff for serving me food that meets my special dietary requirements. Excellent team and wonderful service.

The gift shop in the lobby of the hotel had an outstanding array of jewelry, handicrafts, shawls and other decorative items. Ahmed, the owner, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and, compared to market price, his selection of pearls and other gemstones were an extremely good value. Make sure to visit. You won't be sorry!

this is okayish. doesnt have that wow 5 star feel. it feels like a slight upgrade over business hotels like lemon tree. altogether i would not pay more than 10k a night for this. if you are expecting a luxury feel you'll be disappointed, stay at itc kohnioor or westin. the location is great though, probably thats why they can get away with high tariffs.

Beautiful place for lunch/dinner. They offer different menu on different days of the week so please check it before hand. You can pre-book the tables and get the 5 star hospitality from the staff and chef. Without any second thought, you can visit this place for any occasion.

A great comfortable stay in this hotel for 3 days. The rooms were spacious and clean with very comfortable bedding. It had almost everything you can think of - iron, kettle, refrigerator, tea/coffee, toilet accessories etc. The city view from the room was awesome. The internet was fast and easy to use. The hotel staff needs special mention - very courteous and prompt in whatever you want to be get done. The food was delicious with in room service. Lots of best biriyani and other eateries around - lovely location. Highly recommended stay!

I went to the Starbucks at le Meridien and simply in one word it felt like usa. Awesome place best Starbucks in Hyderabad and friendly service.

I needed one room for three adults. The room was quite spacious and roadside room view was nice. Rooms are well maintained. Service is excellent and quick. They proactively ask you whether everything is satisfactory. Location is excellent with good food and shopping places next door.

Brunch at the Le Meridien on Sunday 31st October was amazing. As it was Halloween, they had decorated the place accordingly but what it extraordinary was the choice of dishes and the names based on Halloween. Spread was huge and worth the money. Starters, main course, live counters and drinks were all good. All thanks to the manager, Suman for his hospitality and his staff. Definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Had a really incredible stay here. The rooms are large and modern, and the hotel had all great amenities, especially a really great restaurant on the 2nd floor. There is a lot of security at the hotel which definitely made you feel safe even though you were in an era with a lot around it.

Staff has made every attempt to make the stay pleasant. View from roof top is excellent! Major advantage is the location, most offices are nearby and reachable within 10mins.

We have recently visited this place,I loved it but water in rest room came out to room and we faced issue as even doormat were not available,we need to call room service to clean,in restroom shampoo and body wash smell and appear same I suspect both are same,Room key is needed to access lift so faced issued if one goes on work and others stay in room,still we could manage Breakfast was excellent, on 25th June.sambar was outstanding.they pretty well differentiated veg and non veg. I shopped few jewelry also there in ground floor. Eatables and bar was also available in ground floor which were excellent

The stay was very pleasant. The only thing I did not like was that the hotel decor was not polished and well rounded. I could see gaps and crevices exposed in various places in the bathroom which is not expected from a hotel like Le Meridien

I didn't get the real Le Méridien experience. They should improve on breakfast spread for sure. Been to their branches in Cochin, Goa and other cities but this one disappointed me.

We recently stayed here for 4 nights. Awesome hotel with great service, food, modern,clean and bigger rooms, nice lounge menu. Shopping centers nearby at walkable distance. They have a small souvenir store inside which has very good gifting options at a reasonable cost. Special thanks to Ms. Srijana Rai for her constant endeavour for customer satisfaction. She made our stay a memorable one.

Good location close to most IT tech companies in Gachibowli and near malls and shops right next door. Staff was helpful and courteous . Definitely recommend. 4 stars review on service as I had to call multiple times for someone to come pick up laundry or get the can ready on time.

A wonderful property with excellent service staff. Its a well maintained property but 30 minutes away from the main city centre. Still we have malls and loads of restaurants in the surrounding area within 2-3 kms.

Unfair of hotel policies and management decisions. If your stay plan is like to change they will charge extra night for it. There is a horrible traffic in front of hotel everyday and sometimes at hotel. Less parking space. Hospitality was good. Comfortable stay.

Wedding event: Complete disappointment ,lost trust on Marriott brand We organised a wedding event here in Le Meridian and opted for Non Veg Dinner . Guest are very much disappointed as there is not meat in Biryani and buffet dishes got empty after some guest had dinner,remaining waited for long and gave up and left empty stomach. I can't beleive such brand would shame us in a once in a life time event.

Nice place for any small parties here. Been for a birthday party and it really well maintained. Food was also good.. Refilling was bit slow which need to be taken care.

It's a fairly new property and while the rooms are good and spacious, the inexperience of the staff shows at multiple places, from the reception/check-in desk to the in-room dining service. The dury manager does listen to you and takes in the feedback, so that is appreciated. Overall, decent place to stay for a couple of days.

Le Meridian Gachibowli Location is right next to Starbucks. The property is nice and staff is helpful. The restaurant and room service are good.

Stayed here for my ISB classes. The room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. The restaurant served good spread of Indian and contintental dishes. The food was tasty and restaurant staff was good. Now coming to the negatives (1) The room is not sound proof, and thus you can hear the horns and traffic on the road if you get a room facing the road (2) Hotel's hot water system malfunctioned for 2 days so I was forced to bath in cold water for 2 days (3) The front desk task is not well trained, and the check-in experience could have been better.

Don't know where to start. It definitely is not on par with star hotels. We had 2 rooms one on the 9th and the other on the 10th. Smoking rooms dont have suction in built so if there is one smoker in your group you are done. Second, in room dining menu has very less options. When you get worried and call they give you other options. Third, the bathroom was leaking and we had to get it fixed in the night. Most of the employees we interacted with are confused and some are plain rude. Lastly, the lift works based on your key card. We call reception and asked for a delayed check out of 1 hour and front desk agreed. Now the actual problem. The key does not work post actual time so one has to go down to reception and get it activated. And out of 3, 1 lift was not working through out morning, so just imagine for 2 rooms we had to go up and down for 2 - 3 times as we did not realise this the first time. Anyways, 2 stars for the name.

Rooms are very neat but the service is really poor. Had to ask for items multiple times and the delivery was atleast 30 minutes late. Pool is well maintained ang Gym is decent.

As per its name the food not justified. Today I was and I had lunch there along with my mates. I was like okay we are in Le Meridian. We are going to have great lunch experience today but we were not that happy. This could be due to the passenger travelling everyday national and international could have affected the food experience. As people have different taste so they may have changed it to something more normal food for everyone but the dishes have certain kind of taste associated it. You can reduce the flavours but can’t change the taste. This is what I noticed that they have changed the taste itself. I hope this will be useful.

Decided for thr first time to stay at le meridian hyd… checked in on the newyears night and I like the space of the rooms..good enough for a couple and with a city view… 1) king size luxury room 2) staff was very welcoming at the reception and upgraded our room. 3) Gave us a late checkout for Tomm as we checked in late. 4) perfect stay between the city and to go to nearby places. 5)The room was sanitized and clean.

Went for Sunday Brunch at Turquoise restaurant with family. The theme for last Sunday was Mango. The taste of most of the items was good, especially the items in desserts. The service was awesome. The men's washroom was in superb condition. The interior was nice. The ambience was pleasant. The staffs were in front of the lift misguided and sent us in the wrong direction. However, with timely help, we were able to find out the restaurant. Overall a good experience.

Food spread for buffet was good. But the service is pretty slow. My toddler accidentally broke a glass and it took them forever to clean it. I kept telling them that someone might get hurt but they were taking it very casually for at least 10-15min

Nice rooms. Friendly staff and good hygienic food. The buffet lunch/dinner offers delicious food at affordable rate. The size of pool is small , but is good to chill with during summer nights. However pool closes at 9pm at night.

I have visited one function at minus 1 floor. In fact I am a guest to that function. 1. Reception is good. 2. The entrance is not good. 3. Compound is not upto the mark 4. The food is average in taste.The arrangement is buffet. There was no facility to place for plates after completion of food.

The best place ever stayed. The entire staff starting from the front office team to house keeping staff are very helpful and courteous. Ms. Rani from the Front office team ensures that i always get an early check in and in one instance when the property was sold out and i requested for rooms she accommodated me though i am sure she had to make some adjustments to do so. Thanks the entire team of Le Meridien Hyderabad. The best in class hotel undoubtedly and would always recommend it to every traveller.

Excellent experience as a business traveller. Though had some issues during check-in procees, the staff made sure to address that in a very commendable manner, full marks for the customer friendly approach! Apart from that food, cleanliness, provisions in the room were all great. Would definitely come back for another stay when I am back in Hyderabad. Keep up the good work team.

The brand is well reflected in the overall service - Front office was prompt and corteous. Rooms were excellent, though I had to stay in a non smoking room on a smoking floor. That was not comfortable as the smoke did found way in the room somehow. Food quality was very good, however, the dining area service staff was not scarce but not so attentive to individuals, particularly during BF service. Dinner service was good. Encountered and greeted one chef at buffet counter. Rewuested to pass on order for bread, however to my surprise, he asked to talk to service staff. Never came across such reply ever. Maybe I was misunderstood. Got bread on table though. Housekeeping staff was above expectations, left a smile on face. Otherwise it was a good overall experience.

Nice cosy hotel conveniently located at Gachibowli. The operations have been restricted due to covid regulations and dinner service is limited to in room dining. The breakfast fare is average. The rooms are nice I just wish the rest rooms were a bit larger.

My glorious stay of 14 days here was full of heartwarming people, beautiful gestures from the hotel staff at times, good service, delish food and a great room. I can't thank enough for a great experience and making my stay a worthwhile. Not to mention it was an apt 5 star stay experience of half a month. Taking away one star with me with a hope to get that extra promptness in service before it is asked in lieu of Le Meridian being luxury hotel. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The location of the hotel was also convenient, with easy access to local attractions and restaurants. Overall, I had a really positive experience at the Le Meridian and would highly recommend it to others visiting Hyderabad.

5 stars to the entire team. The front desk let us check in 2 hrs early as we were traveling with our kid. The hotel was full yet it was quite. We were provided with an extra mattresses without any extra charges. Prompt services by the housekeeping and room services. Breakfast had a good spread ranging from south Indian to continental. Special thanks in the dining area for his Prompt service.

Excellent experience. full marks for the customer friendly approach! Apart from that food, cleanliness, provisions in the room were all great. Would definitely come back for another stay when I had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean, I needed for a pleasant stay.

This Hotel may not deserve a 5 star rating mainly due to declining quality of service lower staff quality and lack of proper maintenance Our 5 days stay here comprised of No hot water, No additional buckets to support, lack of handling expertise by staff Early checkout despite having conference room till evening. At dining area, the breads and bowls were found scarce making it a delayed or prolonged meals. They need to improve on multiple aspects and come back to normalcy.. Best wishes to the hotel!

I really liked the stay. Hygiene, spacious, infrastructure,buffet food. Everything is good. The reason i left 1 star is because. For in room dining I ordered chicken and it taste uncooked. Otherwise everything is fine

I recently stayed at the Le Meridian hotel in Hyderabad for three nights and had a great time. The room was comfortable and clean, and the hotel had all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. But what really stood out to me was the staff. From the moment I arrived, everyone I interacted with was incredibly helpful and kind. They were always willing to answer any questions I had and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed.

Half a month of stay makes your room a bedroom and the hotel your home. This half-home had luxury well defined and food to the highest of its standards. The staff (almost family) was welcoming, prompt and hardworking to make my stay a worthwhile experience. Why i wouldn't give this 5 stars is because at times, the expected proactivity was missing which by a luxury hotel standard is expected. Would i want to stay another 14 days - if they are prompt - absolutely!

Le Meridien is just awesome they have a luxurious Room hotel and I am blown away! From the stunning lobby to the beautifully designed rooms, this hotel is a true gem.
