Worst ever hospital. My sister visited for left foot pain and he charged 6000 rupees for synthetic bandage for 21 days and also after removing the bandage, he advised for medicines which costs around 4000 just for 10 days. And the doctor more interested in explaining diet charts than that of treating the patients. More money minded people and staff in hospital. I personally don't recommend this bloody hospital

Dr.Balaraju Naidu one of the best orthopedic. He treated us with proper atmosphere. I highly recommend consulting him if you have issues regarding this.

I have visited this hospital after gone through five star rating, soon I visit doctor Bala Raju he suggested to take both knees X-rays and one more X-ray for back pain,I have taken all as suggested he has seen them and written medication, he didn't even discuss on the problem what I have, I even don't know what is the severity, my total spent time is less than 2 mins, he has not given any clarity, it is very disappointing and very bad experience

My grandmother sulochana aged 84 was operated by Dr balraj Naidu sir at onus hospital for a fractured hip on 4-2-2023 and mobilised her the very next day, being an orthopaedic surgeon myself I can vouch for the preop ,intraop and postop care recieved by my grandmother at onus hospitals. Would highly recommend onus hospitals for the treatment of any orthopedic ailment.

Yet another day and another fraud from the hospital. For a patient with back and knee pain and with not so serious MRI report this hospital has admitted him to ICU and treated with antibiotics and physiotherapy which also can be done in a general ward. Finally I understood this is just because to loot us as we have insurance. And guess what for the above treatment we have been charged 132000. In the discharge summary they submit to Insurance company they have mentioned that my father has undergone surgery but nothing like that happened. With the fake case sheet and fake hospital report they have managed to get 107000 approved from my insurer and when confronted the front desk for the bill they have asked us to get it from the insurer. Why on earth will the insurer give us the bill. This is just because this hospital wants to hide the fraud which they are doing. We have a yearly insurance of 200000 and they have successfully looted almost 75% of that amount and though with no quality treatment. Please be cautious before you visit these kind of hospitals.

Firstly don't trust the reviews from the Google. I visited for tendon hand nerve issue & got sick ( severe vomiting , dizziness & headach) for using the medication suggested by Dr.Balaraju .I revisited the doctor regarding the above issue, he simply suggested to stop the medication & return them. I spent more than10k for physiotherapy & consultation fees in this hospital but their is no result and Physiotherapist guided me wrong exercises same was confirmed by the doctor .

Visited here last month for back pain. Dr. Balaraju Naidu Garu diagnosed the problem and explained me what exactly happened. I went through chronic Achilles tendon surgery on November 4,2022 at onus hospital champapet .overall experience with his hospital is very pleasing under guidance of first of Dr naidu for enticing his patients along with supportive staff ,excellent clinic, and facilities to include X-ray laboratories with immediate results. The only reason I could not provide 5 star as there is little scope to educate staff to take preventive measures and protect patients during their hospitalization and recovery.The whole team have all been patient, supportive and kind.

I contacted Dr Sridhar on 11th June due to myself falling down resulting some swelling at Right leg knee. Xray was taken and he confirmed that there is no fracture and prescribed some medicines. He asked me to see him if swelling persists. After booking appointment, I went to Hospital at 5.45 pm on 17th. He came at 6.45 pm and has seen one patient for one hour as I understand that they are his relatives and I was called at 8.00 pm.When explained the persisting simple problem, he asked me to meet another Doctor there for the simple reason that he is not having any expertise in this respect for which I really surprised since he himself having been qualified with MS Ortho and having many additional degrees. This is my bad experience with this hospital.

Worst hospital I have been. I have severe headache and sweat from past 3 days. I went to this hospital based on Google reviews on emergency basis First this hospital have more staff than patients where no one bothers about what patient wants Secondly doctor is helpless. He doesn't have bp machine in his cabin manual one and inspite of his regular requests staff doesn't care or responding to doctor Third there is no gel or equipment available to check my ecg report and staff are taking there own time in causality. Worst experience at reception itself. Receptionist doesn’t even listen the name of the doctor that we are asking for. If you go to this hospital, she’ll direct you to Dr. Balaraju irrespective of your issue. I asked her about Dr. Ramanjaneyulu appointment over the call and she informed about doctor's timings. After reaching out to the hospital, they confirmed doctor left this hospital few months ago and on top of that receptionist blames us that you ask for Dr. Balaraju. Luckily, had conversation record. I’m wondering how trustworthy these reviews are.. Treatment aside, you’ll lose your valuable time with pain to travel up there to hear “Doctor’s unavailability”.

I have been here for my 3 yr old kid bone injuri.. being a mother i was literally shivering but balu sir made me feel very comfortable and explained me the my son's issue very cleary and my son got recovered in a month. Balaraju sir is the best in ortho. Later I have been here for my back pain also.. i got relief with in few days... he just understands the problem immediately and quick solution follows.. he never scares the patients at all.. he keeps the treatment process simple and calm.
