Hi .. Highly recommended hospital for ortho related problems.. We came here for knee replacement surgery for my mother. It was a very nice experience... Well experienced doctors and staff. Patient care by nurse and doctors are very good.. at any time, they responded very well . My mother was recovered fast. We have stayed for 3 days in the hospital.. They maintained the rooms very cleanly.Sweepers cleans the rooms daily two times. All facilities are available in the rooms like AC, TV, Beds etc. My overall experience was nice.. Thank you ...

Dr. Divya Reddy general medicine, is very attitude person. Never respond to queries of patient attendants. Staff at ICU and security have never been like humans. My mother is 7 years bed ridden patient, never has bed sour. No AC at home. No alpha bed at home. Even ICU have everything, she got bed sour at back with in 3 n half days. No one respond to my pain.

Worst hospital. For Dengue we have admitted patient(Kalyani) in this hospital. For one day they charged 1lakh and the treatment was not good. They infused only platelets. For this one day treatment 1Lakh was charged. Please don't go to this hospital. They will squeeze your money.

DR.HARI PRASAD did surgery for her.BUT surgery was failed..we come to know after 1 month during scanning....we have wasted 1.5 lakh and valuable time in this hospital, patient suffered 1 month............we have shown all medical reports to other famous orthopedic surgens..to taken ther opinion, other doctors said it was completely Dr. Hariprasad mistake....he did wrong surgery.... My friend's spouse broke his hand 2 months back, we went to This Hospital at A S Rao Nagar, they really did a great Job making his life good. The doctors are especially good, but the staff need to develop themselves to provide food and courtesy support. Because the patients and their families may come to see and assist but your services are so important. And parking is a little problem for 4 wheeler The rest of them are good.

Hospital is good..... but the problem is with the valet parking drivers.... they r very rude with the customers... especially with the driver named “narsimha”., he dont know how to handle a remotely locked car and if i explained the same to him... he refused to take the car.... and the whole driver team refused to bring the car from the valet parking which is far from the hospital, entire drivers team are worst i have experienced so far...

Doctors are good. Not well trained nurses are appointed who don't have common sense how to treat a patient. They don't care about patients'health or the attender's voice. Nurse(akhlia) has no sympathy for how hard her actions affect the patient. Her mental condition must be treated first. Due to her now the patient is suffering from a new allergy which cannot be tolerated by any family member. Have some basic checks when appointing someone to treat patients. Should have realised why visitors are very low all the time to this hospital. Writing a review won't help us in any way unless management knows what has happened and I am sure no one bothers about patients. Billing staff have their own way of increasing the bill by adding unwanted expenses and no one is ready to explain how the total has increased. They will make sure that the bill reaches the advance amount paid which is looting people's money. Even the wheel chair moving staff don't come to the patient unless asked for 6 times but while leaving a group of 10 staff will appear from nowhere to ask for tips. Except doctors and few staff members everything is faulty and needs management attention.
