Didnt even meet the doctor. The rating is for the reception staff who treats pregnancy like a disease. Went to get the travel clearence certificate and the staff didnt even let us meet the doctor. Feel sorry for the patients who wait here for hours to meet the doctors. Will not recommend.

DON’T VISIT AND BE SAFE!!!!!!!!!! I have been visiting this hospital since 3 months and slowly got to know the ugly, unprofessional, unethical, rude and business strategies of Mrs. Dr G. Sarojini. Madam if you are reading my review please change your behaviour and be ethical towards your profession and patients. Believing that you would do some better help many people come to your spending their valuable time and money. As there was no minus rating i would give least i.e 1 start To everyone: As per my personal experience please don’t visit this hospital and never face this kind of human being during pregnancy time as this would put you in an additional health issues like mental pressure and low confidence. This doctor is worst in case of behaviour and service too. As per my survey i got to know she would encourage operations instead of normal delivery. Her rude response and behaviour will definitely hurt patients as they would be very eager and tensed about the feedback in every month’s consultation. But this cheap doctor won’t have any formal ways and she doesn’t have common sense to treat a pregnant woman. So please don’t visit this hospital and be safe.

Worst experience and the doctor is so rude that a pregnant cried with her words. From her perspective she is the oneway talk of the table and we shouldn’t inform about our situations and problems. Don’t have minimum knowledge how to behave with patients and uses vulgar language during consultation. Worst experience with this hospital especially Dr.Saroja. She doesn't even listen to our problems. She always looks serious. The behaviour of the doctor is very rude and NOT patient friendly. We don't even feel free to explain our problems to this doctor. Even if we try to explain our problems, she says " there is no solution for it ". I don't know how people are going to this hospital even after the rude behaviour of the doctor.We can't even talk to her openly. The tests here are very expensive and if we take tests somewhere, she gets irritated and starts shouting at us. I'll never visit this hospital again.

Your behavior reflects your personality & that's what exactly she needs to work on. I have no doubt about her competency as SHE IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCTORS IN TOWN. Being strict is good & understandable, howevere being extremely rude & humiliating to someone is just not acceptable. Because of her unpleasant behaviour she lost me as a potential customer & I would never ever recommend my friends & relatives to Dr. Saroja.

She told me "you people think you are very posh and doctors are not" so on that i said 'i never said I'm posh n u r not and why u r being like this". On this her reply was "I'm fed up". So Dr Saroja first u should get basic knowledge of how to talk with u r patients before starting clinic and if u r that much fed up u can close ur practice n retire bcz we r paying u all the money u r asking and we all are also fed up of our problems so we r coming to u for treatment. Hi all, It was my personal experience am sharing to you all. We and my wife and my mother went to this prashansa hospital few months back. First hospital staff behaviour was very very rude, from gate keeper to inside compounder they feel like they are only humans. And they treat patients are like insects. They won't give minimum respect to their patients. They don't follow time sense. Nobody will care you once you reach hospital even you had appointment also. Minimum we need to waiting time is 2 to 3 hours for every body. Finally our turn came after 3 hours waiting. Than we went to doctors room. Once we enter into doctor's room our ears should work not our mouth. We should not ask any question or doubt to her. What ever she says we need to hear. As my mother was trying to ask something about my wife. She suddenly getting angry and scolding my mother like any thing , like a mad fellow. I controlled all my emotions, and my mother getting tears on her eyes. As we feel very bad about her insult. We came out from hospital, and we never visited again this hospital. Please don't go to this hospital. Especially doctor behavior is very rude and she won't consider her patients like human's also. Finally doctor don't had humanity.

One of the worst doctors I have ever seen in my life. Rude behaviour is a very small word for Dr. Saroja. I have consulted her for my menstrual problem , instead of talking about the main thing, she criticized my mother about her weight and told me that I would become like her if I had not maintained my diet and weight. She claimed that she is very clever and intelligent because she had maintained a proper diet(speechless). Being a doctor I don't know how can she talk about a woman like that, this shows her mental state, I pity her for her serious mental condition, she needs a mental help.

She is very good at her job, she handled my mom's uterus and ovaries complications first, that's how I came to know about her, she treated everyone nicely and equally, because of her only I traveled every time 50mins all the way from hitech city to Alwal . After that she treated by pcos problems and now she is handling my first pregnancy complications with very carefully. I recommend her, and feel blessed to be in such a safe hand. Expect doctors treatment, everything else is very horrible. First is the punctuality, second is worst behaviour of staff they know nothing. Other like Lot of mosquitoes, treatment timing. They take lot of time to treat a patient, even other doctors can treat covid patient. Main problem is in reception and scanning room, in reception one lady never speaks properly very rud and in scanning room except the scan doctor other support staff are like not studied.

Worst hospital!! No time sense at all. The obgyn doctor keeps the patient waiting for hours together. Staff just says she is in c-section. No c-section goes on for 4-5hrs or more than that. I could not wait and left.. Not sure if she came even after that or not. I strongly discourage this hospital.

Patients visit the doctors for treatment with their ailments. They expect the staff at the hospital to be empathetic and welcoming. It's the worst possible experience one could get especially when the duty doctor says that she can't accept soft copies of the reports and says 'i don't want to argue with you, we don't accept soft copies, go and get hard copies' this was said after waiting for almost two hours as the main doctor was in OT. The patient did not even have breakfast and had to wait for 2 long hours although having an appointment.. pathetic service. I would not recommend anyone to pay a visit. Besides your physical well-being, your mental well-being is also important. Avoid this place and avoid unnecessary stress. The whole world is accepting soft copies post COVID and we are being told 'we don't touch phones' we could have shared the documents to her WhatsApp or sent her an email.. this way she could have touched her phone for as long as she wanted and avoid touching our phone. I'm gutted with the way we were treated. Shame on such doctors who take an oath and forget it the next moment! Utter disgrace!

We had consulted this hospital in the month of June for regular check-up with Dr. Saroja. The way the doctor spoke is very arrogant. No patience at all to listen to problems. Suggestions provided by doctor are not clear. Did not give proper solution to the problem. Worst service by her. I would suggest all the women who are approaching her to think twice before taking appointment. Unfortunately I do not have the option to provide 0.5 rating for the service that we received.

I completely mis-understood the Doctor and im ashamed of it. She was very helpful, concerned and super patient. Dr Saroja isn't corrupt at all unlike other doctors who simply diagnose you with a surgery for a small pain.My Mom has fibroids and she was treated only with medicine(before this close to 6-7 doctors had asked her to go through a surgery) , I have PCOD and ovarian cyst for which again she suggested no surgery. She tirelessly works from 10am to 10pm with small breaks(no long lunch break too) . I was completely shocked. This energy at 60+ is so inspiring. There's a lot to learn from such a great personality and don't judge a book by its cover guys. Heard from other patients that Mam is rude and arrogant. Come on guys, at 60 I don't think we'll even be making our own coffee! Do not feel bad at all, just let her do her job and be calm. It's not that hard, right? India needs more people like her. That being an understatement. Dr.Mrs.Saroja Garu, is extremely caring, supportive and kind. Very professional and approachable. Right from our very first visit, we were very happy to have chosen her for our care. The right amount of information at right time kept us at ease and relaxed, which was very important to us. No unwanted tests, no scares etc. Just the required tests and visits to make sure me and babie were doing well. When it came to surgery, the care taken by her was the best of all. We could not have asked for more. We are now happy parents of healthy baby girl. I would definitely recommend her without any second thoughts.I would also like to mention the excellent quality of caring nature of all staff and nurses at Prashamsa Hospital. Nine months of pregnancy felt like a breeze, thanks to the outstanding efforts of everyone at the hospital. Overall, a great experience, we feel lucky and healthy...

Reasonable charges, neatly maintained, good advice on proper medication every time we have visited. Well taken care of patient by the Dr. Saroja, nurses and staff till the time discharged from hospital. Dont truely relay on negative comments. Might be the Dr. is little arrogant at some time becoz of responsibility she is holding and her sincerity towards her profession. Yes patients and her attendies need to wait for a longer time as Dr.Saroj examines each and every patient in detail and in between she also has to go for rounding to check already admitted patients and their complications and if you are in hospital you need to have patience as other patient life is also important. My wife got admitted 5 yrs ago for child birth and iam sharing my experience she is very humble if you can able to understand Dr saroja madam from your inner soul and last my kid and wife are healthy till date.

She said Dont take any pain meds and later due to an incident said “why can’t you take a pain killer med instead”. First time mothers have lot of questions and fears. Being an “experienced” doctor, she should know this. She literally shouts and curses before the ladies making them feel abused and shocked. Please Do Not consult this doctor if you want a peaceful delivery. And if a patient stopped visited their hospital, they won’t even call back to check if something happened to that patient. Dr Ramesh (pediatric) is the best doctor i have recently come across. He listens to all problems and gives good medication. Consultation fee is little high but worth it.

Business alert! This is not a hospital it’s a business strategy by all the people. I was told that doc is available when I went during 5 o clock at evening as I asked for general physician. One of the receptionist took the consultancy fees Rs600 n told me there’s no general physician available after paying. She said gynaecologist is available u can proceed she ll check u. But after visiting to her she we came to knw that she wasn’t even gynaecologist as well as we asked her some gynaec related query. she was just a duty doctor who’s was freshly appointed after mbbs. When I start telling her my problem she immediately told me stay quiet unless M asking you don’t speak in a rude way. Later on I asked I want to meet gynaecologist she said come on Monday and you can meet her n no need to pay money again. Later when we went on Monday the staff started asking us money again n when we refused to give they made us wait for hours. And also when we asked for the bill for consultancy staff told us that server is down. Not only one thing but there are many things to tell abut them. I suggest you guys to think twice before going. As my fever lasted even after I visited the duty doctor

Initially,when I saw the reviews I was a little worried about going to this hospital but my entire 9 months of visit experience was very good.I was given good guidance entire trimester.Doctor prescribed very less medicine (only calcium nd zinc), before each vaccination the importance of that vaccination was explained.The staff especially head nurse are very caring.I had normal delivery on September 18.Rooms are neatly maintained and reasonable price. My entire experience from visit till discharge was very good.

I do not understand why there is no punctuality in timing. AT least in these unprecedented times of COVD-19, I hoped for a timing appointment system. What is the use of patients waiting in the hospital for longer durations without the 1.5-2mt distance ? When I called for an appointment at 11 am, I expected us to be called in for the appointment with an error bar of 10min-15 min. It has been 1hr now, with an infant, and yet we are waiting. Ridiculous!! This was the case for two doctors' appointments in the past and now (we even waited 2.5 hrs in one case). Either the doctors are late or the reception people do not know how to handle the appointment system - communication gap between doctors and reception. I strongly suggest starting the "timing appointments system" rather than token numbers. Timing is very important in life. I agree that the doctors are of high eminence at this hospital, which I highly appreciate Prashamsa team, but what use if our time is spent waiting uselessly? Please take this suggestion positively and I expect to see improvements soon.

I went for an emergency and forgot to carry card or cash. The receptionist directly asked me to leave that to too rudely. I dont know what kind of attitude they carry as if they are only Prime ministers. Salute to the hospitality.
