One of the best hospitals in Hyderabad. Very good service provided by everyone. Prices are a little higher compared to many hospitals but you can expect the service for what you are paying. The ambience was good, the Doctors are good, remaining all the staff also good. Only one suggestion: Please allow mobiles aleast after operation completion, so that patient can talk to there loved ones. 🙏

Had to visit here with a friend who got his shoulder dislocated while playing football. We went directly to the emergency and they took the charge from there. The wheelchair was ready to receive as it came so quick. We entered into emergency ward and everyone started working to solve the issue. A pain killer was given immediately and called a orthopedic. He understood the problem and asked us to get the X-ray done. Luckily it was fixed without operating it and everyone was so helpful there. It is hugely built place with lots of space. The architecture is also very good. We were totally satisfied with the treatment.

Very Bad experience. 1. We have opted for a sharing bed room which consists of 2 patients. the room is completely filled with bad odor for some reason in which we can't stay in the room. so we have requested for a room change. We along with the patient sat outside the room for more than 1hr and patient also feeling un comfortable. after continues request and shouting, at last we have received a room for shifting. 2. No one handed over the clothes/slippers of the patients to the attendant after the operation. after asking no one responded and told that you need to ask on the operation day. at last they told we don't have your belongings. then the patient had to leave the hospital with out slippers. Note: 1. The ambience of the hospital is very nice/top class. 2. Doctors and facilities are top notch. 3. Only issue is management. hope they improve it

The location of the hospital is good. The parking at the entrance is very nice which is easily accessible by patients. Rich look in the hospital and the central hall is very large and beautiful. Patient queue arrangement and the guidance for the particular doctor location is fantastic. Wheel chair access also good. Served tea for complimentary is very nice gesture. Relationship manager assisting us and taking appointments is awesome. Kalyan is a nice person and is helpful in taking appointments and appropriate guidance. Hospital is very huge and maintaine neatness almost in every corner. Doctor consultation process is nice. Overall good experience and the impact created by this hospital making me may visit the hospital next time definitely

It was a nice experience - getting treated in Yashoda. I got to know I was the first one operated here in this newly opened hospital. No one can know until it is mentioned that, it's a new hospital and mine was the first case, they maintained everything very well. Starting from the OP/reception till the end every staff member took care of me very nicely. Medical and non medical staff all are very co operative and responsible. I have been to the hospital for some feet wounds that were not healing and I have been welcomed by two amazing person of the Guest relation Department, Diksha and Vignesh. They have taken care of me in a perfect way, helping me with everything from the first registration to the appointment with the doctor (Dr. Sudharshan), the blood check, the second consultation, and a lot more. This was the best service I ever received in an Hospital. I had the pleasure to meet Mr Ravi Kumar (AGM) that even offered me the lunch and I saw how careful they are trying to improve and give all their best to make the patient feeling comfortable and welcomed. They also made me make a hospital tour, where I could appreciate the beauty, cleanliness and peaceful atmosphere of this place. I recommend the hospital and its guest relation department!

Had my health checked today in the health check department in this branch of yashodha hospital. The staff are friendly and yet professional. Though many patients the uniquess of treating each one with same priority is a green flag around here. Really loved the environment, cleanliness and whole set-up If you are planning on some health check ups through vouchers or a full on one. You must visit here. Don't wanna visit hospital often but i wouldn't say no coming here.

Good infrastructure but high fee!

It’s a huge hospital with good facilities and staff. Mainly the toilets are maintained very clean. The staffs in radiology were very attentive. I was informed well in advance about the delay in doctor’s appointment. Appreciated.

The most worst customer care service. They are employing not so educated people who are not bothered how to attend a customer call. without giving proper answers, they just hang up. This is my experience with Somajiguda branch. If this is the case, what about the treatment they give inside. God knows.

Hi my name is vijay I am referring to my mother (Lakshmi)she is 60 years old with rheumatoid arthritis (joint pains) and she had a severe back pain and diagnosed some fracture in her lower back(L4-L5 and L5-S1) region, consulted so many spine surgeons and neurologist but we were afraid of the consequences after the procedure. On the process we met Dr. Bala Raja Sekhar Chandra Yetukuri (Sr. Consultant Neuro & Spine Surgeon)at Yashoda hi tech branch,he gave a hope and positive vibration with his detail explanation (seriously point to point) He gives sufficient time to each patient to express the problem. He prefers surgery when it is very much required. -->initially he explained the problem, causes and fixation. he is very open to all our questions. -->After 2 days of procedure at Yashoda hospital, she is walking with support. now its almost 15 days she is able to walk herself with no support and doing her basic daily activities. she is very very happy after procedure; she is 95% free from the pains. Dr. Bala is not only an Excellent Doctor, he is simple, approachable, dedication, a friendly approach with smiling face with his services. Always amazing treatment with positive talks.

My father got admitted in Yashoda Hospital Hitec city and we are very satisfied with the treatment and services. All the services including food, housekeeping, nursing and management. All the staff are very kind and polite would like to Mention Keya (PRE), Iris, Akhila(nursing) took excellent care of us.

I got my daughter operated for her heel fracture and am very happy with the way Dr. Kirthi explained and performed the surgery. The hospital has a nice ambience even though it is still under construction. A special thanks to the nursing, PRE, IP and housekeeping staff for their support and regular follow-up.

Very warm hearted and comforting staff. The hospital is really good and service is really good. Mr. Franklin, Mr. Avinash and their GR team is really supportive and always ready to help with a warm smile round the clock. They made us feel homely at the hospital. With their support we can contact any doctor from any department with ease. The hospital atmosphere is also really pleasent. The doctors are very experienced and we really appreciate the effort they put in. Dr. V. Rajashekhar and his entire cardiac team are very experienced and knowledgeable, critical cases also they were able to give excellent outcomes. This is my personal experience.

By far this branch is the biggest of all the Yashoda hospital branches. It is so huge. If someone brings you blind folded inside, you will feel you have been brought to a 7 star hotel. Not for a minute anyone will feel that it's a hospital. Every chance that you would feel it's a hotel. It's so beautiful. There is a possibility of one thinking that the services must be a very costly affair. Surprisingly it's not. A specialist consultation fee is Rs.700 compared to Rs.800 at KIMS.

This is the 4th branch of Yashoda Hospitals after Somajiguda, Malakpet and Secunderabad. Looks to be huge. We don’t know when this will be opened. Lies exactly opposite to NIA building.

Very neat and clean. Doctors and staffs are equally prompt and polite. I visited the orthopaedic department for OPD consultation and faced no hassle. There are very experienced doctors available for IP as well as OP treatment. It is recommended to reserve an appointment prior to the visit from their official website. The consultation charges are at a minimum, and if a online reservation of appointment is done it waives off the registration charges for new patients.

It was a nice experience - getting treated in Yashoda. Starting from the OP/reception till the end every staff member took care of me very nicely. The hospital's environment was so good. I visited the hospital to get my meniscus tear repaired. I was treated by Dr. Ram Mohan Reddy, he was very patient and kind. All the nurses and attenders were patient in taking care of me. The doctors who performed the surgery encouraged me. The house keeping staff were kind and helped me in ways I cannot explain. The food offered by the hospital was very tasty and nutrious. All thanks to God first, doctors, nurses, house keeping staff for making my knee operation a success. The hospitality shown at Yashoda hospital is great.

One of the most renowned and trustworthy hospitals in the country, equipped with highest grade Doctors and had experience more than 15-30 years in all departments.The hospital is centrally located in Hitech city, it is a multi super speciality hospital with excellent doctors and medical facilities. The in-patient experience was also seamless with very cooperative doctors and nursing staff. They are generally on their toes to assist admitted patients. The food served is good and they also a very neat food court as well.

Doctors are extreme knowledgeable , very engaged and supportive. GR Mr Franklin was helpful in moving things along smoothly and have been available at anytime of the day. Staff in general have been friendly and attentive. I hope some of the things like coordination between different departments , processes like hand offs between the nurses etc will improve over time.

Best infrastructure with friendly assistance by staff. I have been to yashodha hospitals, hi-tech city for health checkup. Assistance from the staff was really good, coordination & communication between them is magic. I should mention Malaya who helped us with a clear process & timely suggestions. He guided me till the end of the consultation with the doctor. Staff at the health check zone is supportive. Environment is very clean and maintaining at the best. Hospitality by staff is superb. Worst experience ever. No hygiene maintained. Lots of mosquitoes, washrooms were hardly cleaned that too for ICU. No insurance facility available. No blood test facility, everything is being managed by Somajiguda branch. Reports also not coming on time. Its not a hospital, its a money looting institute. No co-ordination between doctor and staff. Food not provided to patient on time.

The response from the hospital authorities are good. And services too are good. Though the staffs are yet to be acquainted with the new work place they are in. And they haven't started a full fledged canteen yet.

Hospital is very clean and sanitized. Staff Ms.Hema took care of us for our annual checkup. She is very knowledgeable for the tests performed, taken responsibility till all the procedure completed. Most important thing she is very polite and obidient subject to elders. All the staff is also very very good.
