Hotel looks nice in prime area of Hitech but rooms are worst. Bathroom is very small with big door. Shower is so uncomfortable, it will throw the water with pressure on ur face and u can't even move back bcos of the small size of the bathroom. They didn't keep dustbin in the bathroom, we need to remind them multiple times for it. Curtains are normal due to which u get so much light early in the morning. Very small space. Not going to visit again. It better that u can stay I another hotel in the same price

A fantastic establishment with excellent service and a welcoming staff. The entire atmosphere felt pretty welcoming, especially as a solitary visitor. It's also situated so that you can enjoy the peace while still being close to wonderful restaurants and attractions.

Hidden jewel in hitech City , I did early check-in which they allowed happily , had buffet breakfast twice in my two day stay even though it was not included in my booking I thought to pay at the end of my check out the owner refused to take my payment and said breakfast is on the hotel. Definitely I'll visit again. Awesome hotel

Overall, the stay was good. this is a new hotel premises, everything is new and clean. We stayed 6 nights, booked 2 rooms, house keeping was not done at all in 6 days, when asked for water, they said it is charged extra without knowing or checking. their service is not upto standard. there is no process for keeping a track. when asked they blame the customer for not getting the housekeeping done. I have never seen a hotel blame a customer for their mistake. Excellent management by their GM, Mr. Prakash

We hosted our wedding guests here for 5 nights in about 7 rooms.Pragathi was very helpful in last minute changes and was very supportive through the whole process. This hotel is very good option for hosting family guests. Everyone had a good time , thanks team.

Excellent hotel near to Hi-tech City with great staff. I felt very well taken care of and everyone was so nice and the hotel was very clean. Felt very comfortable, and was able to enjoy our experience. Definitely gonna come back.

Great service, and rooms are well maintained, especially considering the price. Staff is courteous and helpful, they do try to entertain all guest requests.

It was a wonderful stay and totally recommend. Staff is so kind and welcoming. Cleaning service is up to the mark. The cherry on cake is the breakfast with a good deal(complimentary depends on the room booking). Hotel ambience is so homely with lot of greenery which made my stay do peaceful.

Very clean. The environment at the hotel itself was awesome. Beautiful hospitality by all at the hotel. Only drawback was the availabily of food at the hotel was taking a long time. On the whole the Hotel ambience and the sevice was awesome. Would suggest the stay for friends too. EXCELLENT!

The room is very good. We had booked a room with triple occupancy. They provided an extra bed with a cot, which was also very comfortable. As far as the location is concerned, it is approximately 500m away from Hitech City metro station and there are plenty of food joints, food stalls and trucks around. The hotel also has a cafe and a restaurant if you wish stay back at the hotel. Excellent service and very polite staff. Thank you team Akoya for making our stay comfortable.

The room size and bathrooms were on the smaller side, and unfortunately, there was no hot water available in my room. On a positive note, the rooms were clean and provided a quiet atmosphere. The lobby and other features were well-maintained, enhancing the overall ambiance. However, considering the size and amenities, I found the prices to be relatively high.

The hotel staff were really sweet & helpful. They helped my mum check-in seamlessly as she was traveling a day earlier than me, & ensured everything was fine for her, even though she didn’t know the local language the staff was super supportive to all her needs and concerns. Throughout our stay all our concerns were met, especially when we had trouble with the Air conditioning, the Manager really helped us. The breakfast at the hotel is really amazing, totally would recommend the place if you’re traveling for a quick layover or a vacation with family and friends.

One of the worst experience regarding food. No food variety . Even items which are shown in menu they are also not available. Taste was almost same for all food. Non-veg food experience was worst. Chicken was not at all fresh. after eating that chicken I felt like I'm eating rubber, tasteless and bland. Service was very very slow. Less manpower. Room service is also not prope. Services were not provided in time.

Room was bit smaller in size, service was excellent staff at the restaurant very cooperative, and food was also good, dinner menu was perfect so many options to select, location was bit far from the main market to take a walk unless you go by auto or taxi.

Rooms are spacious. Rates are affordable. A pretty good sitting area in reception and outside lounge. Eateries and restaurants are accessible at a short distance. Overall, great value for money hotel.

Iam staying here for more than 4 months continuously. And it is really value for money. And the hotel staff are are so nice. Food is so delicious. Rooms are very good. And a good space for any meetings in the cafeteria. Iam so happy to stay with the hotel. And it is as a second home for me.

The property was very well maintained. The staff especially Mr. Sai at the reception, were very good. The common area has many games & books to pass the time and the area is very aesthetically build. Was not expecting such a good property at this price but it really is very good. Will definitely stay here on my next visit.

Excellent and value for money. Stayed for 3 days. Room was neat and tidy with a TV, AC, Mini fridge and everything needed to make tea/coffee. Very friendly staff always ready to help. Bonus - it is very close to the IT hubs of the city. Parking is a bit iffy as there is space only for 2-3 cars and 5-6 motorcycles inside. Will need to park on the road outside on more booked days. 100% would recommend.

Stayed for one day - it's a good hotel for the price. Location is prime as all the nice places in Hitech City are nearby. No hassles hotel, staff is good - though don't expect red carpet treatment. Didn't have any issues in the stay. Breakfast was modest with 2 or 3 items but nothing fancy. If you are a bachelor, solo traveller or on a budget you can book.

Stayed here for 3 days for my office trip. Lovely rooms and very prompt service. Food court to normal markets , all within walkable distance.

This was the worst hotel I had ever stayed. All the good reviews given here are the PG mates staying here may be forcefully Overpriced it’s a PG converted to a hotel. They have AC just for showcase, just suffocating no where it works. They woke me up 2 times in the night just for me to move my vehicle. Staff lack sense In the name of breakfast they made me wait and just 2-3 items on the menu for buffet breakfast. Absolute loot. It’s worth jus 1000-1500 Avoid if you are having any better option

It is located at prime location still you won’t find anything within 500 mtr from hotel, room size was pathetic, no mini bar, no key less entry, staff don’t understand and speak English / Hindi. It’s more like apartment rather than a HOTEL. Breakfast : very limited, no fruit juice, no fruits expect water melon, just poha and sambhar idly was there. Most pathetic check out time : got the call at 10:30 to vacant the room. When I asked them to extend my room till 4 clock they asked full amount which is not worth actually.

Everything was perfect EXCEPT food & service in the dining room. Food was bland, cold and service was really really slow. We complained about the food being cold when served, and the waiter just went inside the kitchen and passed on the msg. No acknowledgement, no suggestions to even heat it up. The hotel Manager was around but not at all active, and the show was being run on its own by junior staff, who seemed pretty inexperienced and a bit arrogant.

I stayed one night in this hotel. It's situated in a colony. As soon u get out of the colony there is a huge market on both sides. So it's v v convenient for a traveler to buy and eat all the stuff on d same road itself. I loved the location. Regarding room it's nice but v small with no view and windows as such. There are basic 2 windows wich u cannot curtain off as all d society members can see you. There was no hand towel in my bathroom. Soap was used. And pot was not clean. I told them to cook food for me which shudnt be spicy but they took forever to make and wen it came it has 100s of green chilli. I could not eat the food at all . Returned it as it is. i clearly told d staff i have health issues before ordering. At the time of check out i mentioned my agony about the meal but there was no action taken . Breakfast time is 7am to 10.30am and check out is 10am which is quite funny . It's property made in home so keep that in mind. The door stopper hurts v bad on door of room.

Stayed here 2 days. Room was clean. Bathroom cleanliness was excellent. Staff is cooperative. Breakfast options were good. Did not try other food options. Only issue we had was parking. You can either park in a single file outside the breakfast area inside the building(max 3-4 cars in series) or you have to park on the road outside, which has very less traffic as its somewhat of a deadend street.

Friendly place with great service and extremely friendly staff. That's the plus point. That's why the 5 stars. You barely see this simplicity and efficiency these days in the catering industry. The authenticity is endearing. Cuisine has good variety and great on the palate and the pocket. Popular too: not just with out station guests but also the locals who drop by for a meal with friends and family. The service is efficient and quick. Customer friendly as they will do all they can to keep you happy. Rooms are simple, with no unnecessary frills. This again keeps it easy on the pocket. The Mock tails could do with some variety and attention to detail. Also, an add on could include cuisine for the health conscious even if it means simply uppping the variety on salads and juices.

The location of the hotel is great and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful and made sure that we had the best stay. The breakfast was decent, there was bread, freshly baked cake, fruit and granola.

I stayed at the hotel for ~14 days. I observed that the hotel staff for the restaurant was especially good. A call-out to Harshad for going above and beyond his job to ensure we are satisfied with the buffet menu (offering to make changes and bringing other less spicy meals). He never disappointed us and was always available. He definitely made our entire stay much more pleasant. Even when someone else missed our order(happened a few times), he ensured to get it at the earliest.

I would recommend to choose another hotel. I don't know what people liked in this hotel. Location is not at all comfortable somewhere inside gully. There is barely in staff to serve you and for room service. Incompetent staff. I had to open the gate by myself for parking. Rooms are with bad odour. My sister ordered non-veg and got stale chicken which was cold af and felt like rubber horrible experience.

Good staff, good hospitality. Have been staying at Akoya since last year , 5-6 times. Location also Central and near by IT parks. This time due to emergency had to checkout one day earlier. The hotel graciously accepted the request without charging for the previous reserved day. Also they allow Swiggy/Zomato food inside. All in all a good place for budget friendly travellers.
